I would be able to visit several places and save money, at least I thought so. But actually, I had to wait longer than the ticket holders, because appeared I didn't have any ticket. So, my disabled child and I , we had to stand in long queues. In addition to that, we could not visit Madame Toussade at all, because appeared we had to book it in advance!!! So we were not satisfied at all, we were trapped.

Everything was amazing, except of one thing, what I was very sad about...visiting the Shard. It says that it is included in the ticket, but I could not book any with my ticket and the PROMO CODE (in the description) was NOT working, so I needed to pay extra 45 Pounds in order to go there. :(

It's unfortunate, but we were told by an American tourist we met in a coffee shop to buy these London City tour tickets. So, my son and I bought them specifically to use for Churchill War Rooms. When we arrived and said that we had tickets, we were declined and told that these are not accepted. We then had to wait in line for 40 minutes as a walk in to tour the war rooms. We were there in London for only 4 days and did not have any other opportunity to use the tickets as other things were planned.

According to online Booking London Eye & Madame Tussauds was included to all access pass. They are not though! I needed to purchase access to them separately which was a shame. Shard entrance hours /availability was very limited with London pass. We missed that also. It seems reservation with your service is needed to make several days ahead. Not sure it was worth for us paying for the pass.

When buying a ticket, I did not pay attention to the fact that Big bus does not speak Russian, which I understand. The buses were very slow, so I wasted a lot of time riding them and I didn't get to visit all the paid attractions I wanted, because their opening hours are very short.

Good choice and variety of activities. A pity that a number of activities cannot be booked in advance even though they can normally be booked in advancevon the website of the specific activity. E.g. dare sky walk, bowling. The initial setting up of the pass is quite confusing. The head out app first seems to be the app to use, but then i discovered that actually there is a specific go london city pass app . All in all a positive experience though!

They are the worst App that exists, I would never take it again and even less recommend it, I am going to denounce them in networks for their lousy service, try to cancel the service because I bought it by mistake my trip was leaving the same day and they did not want to make a refund, which leaves me thinking that this way they STEAL THEIR CUSTOMERS, THERE IS NO RETURN POLICY, AND THE WORST thing I did not even use the service, they stole 260$ from me.

the site let us book the experience without any notice that in the 26th would be a holiday in england, so the great majority of them were closed. so there was 69£ plus 2 for nothing. at the next day, we went to the view from the shard, were we where told that for london pass they where sold out until january, but we could buy seperate tickets. in the end, we concluded that the pass it's not with it, and you not get any vantage about having them. would like my money back

Hello, now I will tell you how my trip went First, my booking is for 4 people, for two days. before we left I saw that you actually sent me only two QR codes. I wrote to you and your colleague told me that there was a technical problem and sent me two more QR codes, assuring me that everything was fine. but it was not when we arrived in London. The first thing we decided to visit was Tower of London. there we were told us that two QR codes were invalid. There are 2664-8427-1001 and 2664-8427-1002. we had to pay 29.90 per person to enter, total 59.80. I contacted your colleague who told me that everything is fine with my tickets. even had to call which was quite expensive for me as i was in uk. and on the phone they also told me that everything with my tickets is fine. I have had to spend a lot of time writing and talking to your colleagues. The next thing we wanted to visit in London was the Tower bridge. We went there and were again told that the same QR codes were invalid. there for two of us to enter we paid 11.40 per person, total 22.80. And so while I was writing and talking to your colleagues my first day in London passed. The first day I just thought I had a London pass. Two of us paid everywhere to get in. The next day, all four QR codes were valid. Parliament is included in the list of attractions. When we went to the place, however, we were told that we could not enter because it was not possible with a London pass. we paid to get in there too. On our last day in London we decided to visit Kensington palace. We had to pay there too, and actually two of us only used the QR codes for one day. We had paid for two days, for four people, but we didn't get that. We only had three days in London. Most of the time we had problems with two of the QR codes and had to search the wi-fi to contact a colleague. It ruined our plan and our time in London. Two of us almost everywhere had to pay to get in.

It would have been great, but for the consecutive day timeline/deadline use. When multiple days are purchased (in our case 2 Day), there should be a broader usage without the restriction; otherwise, it can be a waste of money.

Wir haben das Tagesticket perfekt ausgenutzt. Über Bootfahrt auf der Themse bis zur Besichtigung der Stallungen am Buckingham Palace. Perfektes Ticket für ein Städtetrip und alles sehr unkompliziert. Leider führen die Busse der Golden Circle Line nicht wie ausgeschrieben bzw. kamen nicht zur Haltestelle. Dafür konnte man auf den Big Bus zurückgreifen.

El autobus ese dia hubo bloqueo en el puente y no habia nadie quien me diera informacion en que otra parada podia tomar el bus, Pero el viaje en barco tuvimos que esperar mas de una hora, y era el barco que cada 6 minutos hacia una parada, no tenia nada de turista. The pass is good value for money. I would however advise you to plan your day well in advance as some attractions couldnt be booked close to the date. The view from the shard for example was fully booked on the London Pass section, but surprisingly could be booked if you were paying ?? Also, if you only have it for a day, you need to find attractions close together in order to get the best use from the pass.

The surprise for me was that having paid £138 for the one day it was clearly not value for money. To enable value the cashback which would have gone some distance to reduce the cost you market as "banked" necessitating further outlay to realise. For two people to achieve a fair and reasonable value numerous experiences would not have achieved any significant return on cost. Furthermore, believing that using the links on the website to access the experiences would generate discount were found to be not the case. I could have booked direct to the experiences and not have paid the fee to your company, realising considerable savings, when I realised that a booking to see St Pauls needed a print-out (where would you get that while travelling?) it was too late that following day, So, to make it quite clear I believe that I have been the payer of a sum which the receipt of by your company has not given me value and want a refund. I will be chasing this issue and respectfully suggest you log on a case number to enable a mutually acceptable result. Yours Kevin O'Grady

Tickets didn't work properly had to try again and again and go though the emails to show date of purchase.then Tower of London wouldn't let us in so we had to call the support team after about an hour we got new tickets that actually worked.then we had to rush around the Tower of London because we had booked Kensington palace so didn't get much time there all together a very stressful day .

Easy to use. Lots of information provided when booking and lots available to print which we kept on our person. Huge bargain, added up the costs we would have incurred if we went to London and paid for everything separately...we definitely saved money with the London pass. Used Uber boat for 2 days Visited, Tower of London, shard, west minister abbey, went on open top golf tour bus plus lots more. Everytime we visited an attraction the ticket desk recognised the London passes straight away and did what they needed with them in no time

We did not use the hop on hop off bus service on this occasion nor the little venice trip either, both of which we plan to use on our next visit as the pass does not expire for two years I believe. I would like to see which buses go close to which attractions rather than the hours we spent on the internet trying to find out to see what we could fit in and when and where and would also like to see the fact the pass has a value limit more obvious on booking. There also seems to be some confusion with the Uber boat ticket redemtion which can only be done at certain piers ticket offices and meant we had to purchase tickets to one of those piers and redeem them for tickets and then claim the cost back, which was done without argument and quickly I have to say, but after we had purchased the tickets a ticket inspector got on our boat and a large group showed her their passes and that was accepted but the crew of our first attaemp didn`t know anything!!!!, this needs to be clarified with Uber to avoid our situation happening to someone else again. There are a certain amount of places on the information sent that are free to enter anyway but this should be highlighted and does not appear to be so and may affect who goes where and when as there are som many paces to visit we could not get to the majority in the two days we had, but having said all of that they were definately worth purchasing.
