The queue-less tickets didn't save me as much time as I had perhaps hoped. Tickets were sold at the box office for about half the price I bought them at Headout, and I only saved about 10 to 15 minutes in line.

Very good tour guide BUSE, get our full attention during the BlueMosque long line (no skip the line there), and very good explanation inside the Mosque too. Skip the line was helpfull by the Cisterna. I think during the summer the skip the line is more useful than in September.

The ticket it´s great! But there is a minus - At Dolmbache Palace we were asked to leave a deposit of €100 in cash, per person, to have the audioguide. As we were 5, it would be a deposit of €500 in cash! Ridiculous And we did not had the audioguide that is very necessary, as there is no information, anywhere in the palace and you cannot take pictures for you to remember the places and surch afterwords.

I thought the value was phenomenal. We were able to do all that the tickets included except the whirling dervish show. The etickets and skip the line worked very well. The only disappointment was the dinner show and cruise which was awful all around. The meal was mediocre, as expected. The show, what little we saw of it, was nothing special. The guests all crowded around the performers, so no one else could see. They did have a video of it but it was very grainy. If I had wanted to see a video of it I could have done so at home. And everyone was smoking despite the signs forbidding it. I got home and had to shower and was the clothes. If you want to see all the hihglights of Istanbul and are willing to cram lots of activites into a few day, this is definitely a great deal.

Did the Mega Pass with my girlfriend and wow, such a TIME SAVER. Skipped like 3 huge lines in one day. The digital pass was a bit glitchy first try but after that, smooth sailing. Loved the Bosphorus cruise (sunset was EPIC!). If you’re into history, Topkapi is a must, but bring water, it gets warm in the afternoon. Would totally do again.

Brought my wife and 8yo twins. The Mega Pass was totally worth it just for the skip-the-line at Hagia Sophia. The kids got a bit bored at Topkapi, but the gardens are nice for them to run around. Our guide gave us good local food recs too (try the simit stands nearby!).

We enjoyed the 5 visits and the cruise, all works well. The delivery of the Istambul Kart made us lose a lot of time, because in the first day we gone to the Topkapi kiosk exclusively to receive our Istambul Kart as wright in the papers we received. They told us that now the point of delivery changed and we must go to the Dsign Café near Blue Mosque. Since we are going to Grand Bazar on foot it was not convenient to go there. In the afternoon we gone there exclusively to receive the card but no one from Megapasss was there. In next day we visited Topkapi Palace and at the kiosk they told us to go there after the visiting. At last we could have our Istambul Kart. This change was very inconvenient and Megappas should have told us about that alteration when we bought the Megapass.

Great service and above all very uncomplicated. Thanks to the skip the line, you are guided to the harem and can explore les from there with the audio guide on your cell phone. Really easy and with free time management once you are inside. The tour starts on time, so you should be there at least 10-15 minutes early. You also have to get the voucher, which you can get at the Topkapi Café.

The experience of taking the ticket and pass without queues is excellent, they accompany you to the entrance of topkapi, we were 3 friends and we took the premium megapass. The transport card is very good, it includes 5 trips and then you can recharge them in the machines of any transport. The audio guides are good. The only but, the guided tour of the Blue Mosque is not worth much, it is in English and they do not explain much.

You definitely skip the line to buy tickets but not the one to access the various activities, the audio guide not always working. Other than the entrance to Topkapi Palace, Hagia Sophia (only upper floor since the ground floor is reserved only for the faithful) and Basilica Cisterna I did not use anything else since even for the metro tickets no one was able to give me directions on how to use the service. I do not recommend it for those who have cash days vistocchè we had to reschedule the itinerary finding the Basilica Cisterna not accessible due to private event on the day we were to visit it and reschedule it the next day not allowing us to see other things of interest; also due to bad weather we could not reschedule the visit to Dolabahce palace thus losing the money for admission and obviously not even the Bosphorus cruise. I probably would not repurchase it with so little time to visit the city.

The fike-cutters are very practical for St Sophia and the Cistern Basilica, but not very efficient for Topkapi. The cruise is very pleasant and the sightseeing buses always interesting for a first visit to the city.

The convenience of not having to queue practically anywhere. The Blue Mosque tour was very good! Too bad we could not access the Dolmabahce palace because it was the anniversary of the death of the leader and even with the tickets the queue was huge and that day we could only see one room, so we left it pending for the next visit.

The whole experience was a disaster: the the audioguide at Haiya Sofia did not work; the guide at Topkapi Palace misdirected us and to see the Harem was almost impossible (I only had to thanks the autorities of the Palace); I was forced to select days for every attraction and then told me I could use them whenever I wanted within a given period of time; for time reasons I wanted to change one attraction to another, they told me I could and gave me a phone no. to do so, but "the boss" did not answer back and I was finally told that changes were not allowed. Never again!!!

Too strict with the schedule in some hours and very relaxed in others for the Topkapi Palace and the cruise. They did not explain well the schedules in the case of the cruise, it said 15:30 in the electronic documentation, in the brochure it said 15:00, and in the end they did not take us to a queue that came from another place until 15.50 or so, we lost 1 hour waiting. The activity of the cistern as it did not depend on people who organized queues with many people was great, arrive and enter. There were many people from Spain and Latin America, and yet all the treatment was in English, when even the free tours are in Spanish.

The palace is great but I do not understand this way to enter, you have to go to a bar to pick up a papellito, a lady vbastante bordee and that he forgot to give us the transmitter, you have to return to enter and then the guuai collects the tramsioes and sees it spor tu ienta.Emntiendo qye would be more paractico have the etrad and ready.Y ademas have a schedule. BEWARE OF SCAM!! It's a shame that a company like headout is OK doing business with scammers like this company. I purchased the 4 tickets pass, but because of rain and weather conditions, I ran short on time and was only able to do 2 of the 4 tickets. I contacted support and they said a partial refund is possible but I would need to wait until Monday to process it since it was a Saturday. After that, they ignored all my attempts to reach them and have stopped responding to me and no refund or even explanation was given.

Purchase the tickets at last 2 days before, abd plan the schedule good. You are allowed to change only ones if you need to contact the support. You have to call support, since the provided whatsup number its not functioning. Or best buy normal tickets not a multipass. Multipass is ok if you can plan your visit over several days and have a schedule you know works,as said, you can change only ones through support. You cannot change anything once you started with first sight. We lost some yours and paid more then necessary. Be also aware that there I not a guide unless they say is a guided tour.

They do not explain that the files received are not the incoming tickets. There was no one to guide us. When we arrived at the venues we had to investigate where we would exchange the purchase for the QR codes to enter. We were only able to enter the palace on the second attempt, but only with the guide's tickets. All in all, very tedious. I only got the tickets on 01.11.24 at 21:30, so we had to completely change our plans. So we still have to visit the Sultan's Palace today on the day of departure. I will definitely not book through Headout on my next visit (different destination). The bus tickets only arrived after I requested them twice. Megapass can only be reached via WhatsApp or by phone at !!!!
