This was a lovely tour and we were especially lucky to have fantastic weather with blue skies and sunshine, so we could enjoy the outside deck. The boat was not too full so you could have private space and it didn't feel crowded. The scenery from Koblenz to Braubach is fantastic and the boat went at a nice speed so you could enjoy it, with informative commentary in both German and English. It's good that there is the option to get off the boat at Braubach if you wish to explore, and take a later boat back.m to Koblenz. I had drinks and lunch on the boat, which were good quality and reasonably priced. There could have possibly been a few more food options considering it was a lunchtime tour. The only downside was that they do not take card payments on the boat. You can buy your boat ticket by card but once on the boat it's cash only which is not helpful and needs to change. It was the only time on my holiday that I've needed euros and the cash point near the dock was the only option, it charged a huge amount in fees and exchange rates. Had I not asked the question before boarding I would not have been able to eat or drink onboard. Overall it was a wonderful tour and I would have rated it higher if card payment was possible, as apart from that it was all run very well.

I like the ease of boarding and the room available, despite the two Viking boats that also had many people on the boat. There was a table for me by a window with heat that made for a comforatble tour.

Quiet and relaxing drive along the castles and palaces. Very polite and attentive staff who provided us with food and drinks during the trip. We spent two lovely hours on the boat.

We really enjoyed the trip on the Rhine. The only thing is the server made me feel uncomfortable when I asked if I could pay with my credit card. She was really adamant about me paying cash and they only use the credit card option out of necessity. I collect points this should not have been an ordeal, which she definitely made it out to be! Not impressed with that!

The boat trip was wonderful! We were completely enchanted by the beautiful view. The service also left nothing to be desired. Unfortunately, our train was canceled and we couldn't be there on time, but the organizer was incredibly nice and we were allowed to join the next boat tour. The ladies who brought the drinks were also very friendly and quick despite the heat. We can only recommend this experience to everyone.

The trip itself was really nice! However, the man at the counter was very unfriendly and by the time we were "allowed" to order something, almost everything was sold out. That was a shame!

Simple and uncomplicated booking. Friendly staff. Clean and well-maintained ship.
