The ascent in the elevator is different from other places because, having the glass roof, you can see how fast it goes up. Once at the top, the views of Berlin are spectacular and the sights are very well indicated.
The purchase of the tickets was very simple and fast.

We had booked our tickets online beforehand. As Berlin was on vacation, it was pretty full. We liked the exhibition. Unfortunately, we could hardly take any photos due to the crowds. It was just too crowded for that and the visitors weren't very considerate. The cramped conditions in the checkroom were particularly bad.

Quick admission, no long queues.
I had a few problems with the scanning. Thanks to the help of the employee, I managed it.
The view was great, we spent about an hour up there.
My grandson was absolutely thrilled.

We liked that the booking of the ticket and the team on site was very nice and helpful!
We did NOT like the fact that there were a lot of school classes there at the time!
Therefore only the okay!
This could possibly have been coordinated differently....because
some of the pupils were totally bored and blocked the information boards on the windows, which was so annoying!
But otherwise .... a great experience!

The view was great, simply impressive. Unfortunately, the tickets can only be accessed in the app and are not sent by email. So I had to download the app, which didn't work on the train. But I managed to do it in the TV tower. The restaurant was closed, it was being renovated. The drinks stand had hefty prices.

All the illusions worked for us.... Lots of different perspectives with good instructions on how they work down to markers from where the photos perfectly capture the illusion.

There was no waiting time, admission and security check went smoothly.

If you buy tickets online, it's a bit cheaper than on site. And you don't have to stand in a line for tickets. It's a good choice.

It's a very small exhibition, so I think the prices are too high. The staff were friendly, the exhibition was good but short.
