It was a great experience except I coudnt work out how to book a time slot for the London eye. After lining up i was sent to the office to get help. The lovely girl helped me and I was able to go through. It didn't refresh but they still let me on. It still hadnt refreshed by the time I had finished. Everything else was amazing. Loved it.

At the end of the day, we were at the stop. The driver slowed down. Clearly looked at us. We waved our arms to show that we wanted to load the bus. He didn't stop and continued down the road. He clearly intentionally left us. It was really strange. We ended up having to take an Uber instead of finishing the tour - because we had dinner reservations and couldn't wait for another bus. Wasn't impressed.

We start with the London eye the view was fantastic, then we took the River cruise, a few steps from the London eye that is a plus for this combo. The next day we took the hop on - hop off taking a view of the highlight land of the city taking a lot pictures and visiting important areas is the city. I highly recommender this combo.

The London Eye experience was memorable. The website for the pre-booking had some problems in the week before the selected day (it seemed like there was no availability in the whole day). However, 3 days before the visit everything worked fine and we managed to book a time slot. We arrived about 15 min before the scheduled time, but they allowed us (me and my family) to go. There was almost no queue at 10:15 am and we really enjoyed the view. The Hop-on Hop-off Bus Tour was good and we appreciated the description of the sites during the tour. However, at 13:30 the bus was late and after about 45 min waiting we decided to take the metro. The Thames river cruise was wonderful! We really enjoyed the visiting and the descriptions by the boat staff.

I bought a combined offer for London Eye, BigBus and cruise on 07/08/2025 mid-afternoon. I was very disappointed to discover that the tickets were only valid on the same day. I booked the London Eye straight away, which I had the pleasure of doing. I had planned to take the Big Bus the next day and the cruise the day after, to enjoy the activities. As you can imagine, it's impossible to do everything if you buy these 5 activities at 2.30pm... Fortunately, a very kind member of your staff let me on anyway, so I could at least enjoy the activity, but I couldn't get off and could only do the red tour, even though I also wanted to do the blue one. I obviously didn't try my luck on the cruise...

The big bus app was not helpful, the audio was spotty, cannot tell when to get off the bus. Very hard to use the bus to get to places. Keep seeing the same thing twice. Can only use the bus one day even though got the 48 hours pass. Not enough instructions to use the inclusions guided tours. Not worth the money. Kids Did not have a good experience for their first time in London.

Finding this bus stops were confusing and we didn't know we had to get a printed ticket. It took us more than an hour to find a Big Bus bus and the man printed out our ticket and brought us to a stop point to wait for the bus. However, the bus stop we were at we were there prior waiting for what felt like an hour and saw zero Big Bus busses. We kept seeing other bus brands stopping which made us wish we chose a different company to do the hop on hop off bus tour. Overall if I can do this again I would choose a different company.

The river cruise was excellent but a bit too short for me(We are planning to book a longer cruise) . I especially enjoyed the live commentary by the boat crew. The London Eye experience was well organised and the wait was not too long. BUT we found the recorded bus commentary not great and the volume of the recorded music , too loud and repetitive!

The Hop-on Hop-off Tour was great and the guys that are available at the different stops were very helpful with providing maps and information. The boat tour was also really nice. I was a little disappointed however in the London Eye experience. I didn't realize I was going up in such a large group. It felt like I was being pushed into it like cows/cattle. One little girl tripped into the container because of that. Also, I could tell several people in our container were uncomfortable because of the amount of people. It was hard to space out and get all the pictures we wanted and some people smelled. I would not recommend it to anyone unless they book it with a group size that takes up the whole container of just people they know and want to ride up with.

Finished the river cruise, immediately london Eye and then...bus for the rest of the day with various stops to visit other London neighborhoods...pretty much full day. Beautiful

I visited London with my 12-year-old daughter. We had a combo ticket hop-on hop-or bus, london eye and canal cruise. The hop-on hop-of bus is the best way to see a lot. We were able to see many major tourist attractions without walking through the helex city. A ticket combined with a ticket to the London eye is great. What a spectacular view we had of the city and for 30 min! The canal cruise was also wonderful. The guide could tell great stories. Really enjoyed it!

The London eye and tge staff were well organized and it was great apart from tge weather🙂 My hop on hop off bus experience was terrible. I kept getting told to get,a ticket from the guides. But tgey sad I didn't need one. I had the ticket on my phone Noone scanned it so it could be any ticket abd tge guys at the stop by the eye didn't have the time if day for me. I didn't bother with the canal tour ae was too annoyed. Will not be using again.

The experience was awsome. I felt like Joey and Chandler visiting London. Well, after many hours of searching for close bis stop (the ones around London Eye were not functioning due to not one but three strikes) The boat ride from Westminster (out back up plan for the time being) was cancelled. I have been very upset to not to be able to show my partner around London as well as expected. At that point he wanted to walk to the Buckingham Palace, to see that at least. From there we eventually joined your bus journey and the lady from BB Tour extended our tickets for another day. We were not able to use it for more than few hours. But at least we could enjoy the morning boat ride, before continuing our trip away from London. That was realy good experience, as the ride was comfortable, fun with one of the boat staff talking about the whole journey. Also we loved the bus ride, when we could. The London Eye ride was great, too. The problem was the inconvenience with the strike events and at that time not having live information on your app, as to where is the nearest warking stop. Appart of that we loved it.

Great service on the London hop on hop off and very helpful guides for queries. Only problem was the long waits between buses but that's city traffic for you. Fabulous experience and definitely consider using Headout again to book future excursions.

The London Eye was a great experience for us (including 2 children). We found everything easily and we were lucky that the queue wasn't very long. On the Thames river cruise afterwards, we got on halfway because we thought it started right next to the London Eye and so missed the first half of our paid ride. Nobody pointed this out to us either. A more precise starting point would be important to mention here. And the bus ride was ok, unfortunately it was actually pointless in parts due to a lot of traffic. We stood there for about 1.5 hours without seeing anything new. But we couldn't get off either because we were too far away from the other routes.

The driver didn't follow the route in some cases and moreover at the bus stop near Buckingham palace we had to change the bus 3 times - we spent there (at one bus stop) more than 30 minutes because of changing buses. It was very chaotic and the staff was unpleasant. Everything else was great. ;)

The London eye was fantastic as well as the river cruise, and the bus was also a really great way to get around and see everything that you would need to. The negative that I would have about the bus is that it was frequently crowded. There was one late afternoon where the bus stopped at marble arch And everyone had to get off because the driver had gone over his hours. Everybody was left to fend for themselves to get to where they needed to, when 30 seconds later Another big bus came behind ours to drop people off and took off again to continue their journey. if we were quick enough we could've hopped on that big bus . It Would have been nice if the driver had known that bus was following could still continue on the journey for the rest of us that got off the bus. I noticed that they were a huge amount of places selling tickets to the big bus and wonder if you have two big of a Market share and not enough buses to transport everybody around. I noticed some of the other bus companies pulling up behind big bus did not have nearly as many people on them, which is something for me to think about next time?

Our trip started well but after we got off and then tried catching another bus later in the day, it was very over crowded, so we never got the seats and the opportunity to listen to the audio. During the booking process on the Headout website, I selected the wrong date, and it was not possible to change the date in any way. The site's policy is indeed too rigid. I contacted customer support one minute after making the booking, but there was no way to resolve the issue. Later, I was contacted by customer service, who reiterated that nothing could be done. Moreover, when I tried to respond, my emails often bounced back. In the end, they offered me a 25% refund. I will Never use Headout again

Compré una entradas para el día 29 de Agosto a las 8:00; la compra fue efectuada el día 29 de de Julio a las 17:20 horas y la experiencia ya finalizaba. Esto ha sido claramente un error informático ya que una persona no va a comprar algo que finaliza el mismo día a una hora diferente. Y se puede comprobar que las entradas no fueron activadas. Así lo confirma la persona que me atiende del soporte técnico pero aún así me dice que no puede efectuar el cambio de fecha y que me quedo sin 320 euros, así como que mi familia se queda sin vacaciones, y no me solucionan nada. Se pide ayuda para que subsanen el error y me dicen que no pueden hacer nada, que las compré de nuevo y las page.

1.River Cruise was booked for the same day @16h. At 16.30h at the peer the info was: next boat only in 2h(!!) why was it possible to book a cruise if obviously only 1 out of 3 boats was working and pier overcrowded? 2. I booked 48h ticket and before the day is over the booking had disappeared from the head out app. Although the Londoneye was booked for 18.45h I can now at 17h not access my bookings any longer 3. Organization was horrible on July 27th. Other Tour providers actively informed in the mornings about the demonstration and restricted service. Big bus said there are no restrictions and had chaos in the afternoon. I will clearly dosas use all friends from using head out and BigBus fir London

It was horrible, I bought the 48-hour ticket and only used it 2 times The driver changed the route and stopped the bus, got off and we were without a driver for 20 minutes which made me lose the entrance to a museum I had bought. The second experience I got on the bus to visit 2 tourist spots that were on the itinerary and again the bus made another different path than what was on the map. Terrible
