Ticket were easy to pick up and guide got us in, skipping the queue which was really long! Made the experience smoother. Overall, interesting visit. Audio guide kept glitching and it was hard to correlate the numbers to the audio as signage not the best - in hindsight, it would be better to book a guided tour if you are interested in the historical facts.

Bus ran approx. every 45 minutes, very good and detailed description of the attractions (however, you could not hear the information about the station where you wanted to get off, otherwise you would have missed the exit), possibility to charge your cell phone on the way.

Bus tour as described but no food or drinks were administered, and twice I was changed the day of the tour I had booked due to events in place but they should know in advance so you don't get booked on days when the service can't be effeected, good guide on board I suggest to include Italian language as well

Finding the tickets was a bit complicated and the audio guide was not working: entering the code in the reported app we were getting error message

The kindness of the staff and the guide to help me out with the ticket and guide me to skip the long lines. (I did arrange a ticket for Monday, but i couldn't make it because I tok the wrong bus, and it was almost time for aya sophia to close). So by this, thank u 🙏❤️

I was searching for the hop on hop off tour bus in Istanbul. After reading several bad reviews, I was worried about wasting a day touring. I am glad I ignored the bad reviews! It was a great experience for my group. And I really liked the bus feature of the retractable roof for the top deck. It really made a difference. Even with the heavy traffic, most of the busses were on schedule. Thank you.

E stato possibile evitare la fila per l'acquisto dei biglietti, ma poi si era legati alla guida per l ingrssso. Sarebbe più efficiente avere il biglietto in autonomia così da poter entrare senza dover aspettare tutto il gruppo. Hagia Sofia molto bella, peccato non poter visitare la parte al piano zero, con accesso esclusivo per i fedeli.

The security queue at the entrence lasted for almost 1hour. Inside the audio guide of the tour did not work proparly. Queue for buying the tickets was 15min. We paid 40euro more, but never the less waited almost 1hour. It is not worth it.

Unfortunately the day we went to visit there was issues at the ticket office it appeared. We were supposed to get tickets at 11am and it was 30 mins late. Getting tickets at the end was a bit chaotic. Not the fault of the guy we got tickets off of. He did his very best. Much better than queuing of course.

It was really easy to find the ticket collection location with the instructions, and it was great to miss the HUGE ticket line. Because of this, we also went straight through the security check. It would have been good to know that guide did not come through as the entire group stood around, wondering where he had gone. Hagia Sophia is easy to navigate by yourself, especially if you have earphones for the audio guide. All in all, a easy, practical way to get tickets organised.

The greatness of Hagia Sophia needs no introduction. Upon entering, despite being unable to go down to ground floor, you feel moved and in awe. Regarding ticket system, the ways the ticket retrieval and lining up system works needs to be way clearer. Venue needs to have better signs, better people directing. Where to collect was clear. However, upon arrival we got impression we had to be at cafe/tour company area otherwise would miss timing. Weird... Tickets were only given few minutes before, which is great, but not great was the direction of where we line up and enter. The lack of clear signs, clear English made many go to join the main queue...which was very long but at least it still moved. During this whole time we asked queue monitoring guides if the tix purchased at Headout can enable us to line up s.w. Else. None of them had a clue.

The tickets were advertised as "skip the line" however all you were able to skip was the line to buy tickets and not the entry/line into the actual venue. The advertisement needs to be clearly expressed.

Wonderful experience. Tickets were easy to obtain and we managed to skip the line to entrance which was very helpful as we were running late. Will definitely recommend during busy times.

Walking through the Hagia Sophia was amazing. The architecture alone was outstanding as were the mosaics. Worth the trip. Unfortunately., the crowds were pushy and we sometimes found it difficult to find an observation area. Lastly, the recommended free audio tour was useless. Not worth the time downloading the app. However, we marveled at the museum.

Fond of history, visiting the Hagia Sophia is a dream come true and it was made easier by booking it with Headout. Kudos to the team who assisted us.

Éviter la file est très appréciable et cela aurait été dommage de ne pas visiter Hagia Sophia parce que l'attente pour les billets nous aurait découragés. Le service et l'accueil étaient très agréables. Nous avons pu trouver le point de contact facilement. Ce monument est impressionnant.

There is no way that we pay to come to Turkey and we have trouble visiting mosques because of praying times. I understand these are the rituals in the country but losing time and money and not being allowed to enter? We walked around the tops inside od Hagia Sophia and had no idea how to go downstair where the green carpet is. We went outside and we wanted to go downstair but the girl said it is now praying time. Simple, next time we are not paying money to be second priority people.

I think it was almost impossible to get to the Hagia Sophia without the tour. The queues on the Easter weekend were enormous. So to save the waiting time in a line I recommend to use the Headout. But please note that even with a tour you might need to wait in the line to the security.

online ticketing was excellent, smooth and quick plus I received additional discounts for additional tours. the tour was very good, especially for people with limited time to visit. it was not always clear which buildings the guide was referring to and from the back of the bus it was not always visible. but quite comprehensive

Super! Very convenient service. Didn't have to stand in a huge line. Walked up to the site, went to the website, took the deletes and went straight into the facility. Very majestic and beautiful cathedral! A great shrine of Orthodoxy.
