Caminito del Rey General Entry Tickets

Great experience to walk around gorge well organised car parks and bus service but glad went on morning visit depending on time of year mine mid May so cool at first but after ten warms up tickets emailed or on app

The hike was top notch! We only had to wait an incredibly long time for our entrance tickets. Several times we contacted your robot bot and had to be patient. This made us more and more uncertain whether we were on the wrong site! Later we finally had contact with a "real person" and he indicated that there was a technical problem and that we would receive our tickets within 48 hours. And we did!

El caminito del rey itself was spectaular although very busy with alot of people. The problem we had was with Head out not issuing us our tickets. I had to call them the day before to ask where our tickets were. I was promised a phone call back within 6 hours. No one called back. After calling again they told me there was a technical issue with the ticket on the vendors side and that they would call me back within 3 hours. Again no one called me back by 22.30pm. I then had to call for a 3rd time. We had to go to bed as we needed to be up at 5.30am to drive to El caminito del rey and we still had no tickets. The service was appalling and I will be leaving a bad review. If I hadn't have called 3 times. We wouldn't have been given tickets we paid for! No one from customer service called us back or sorted the issue for us. We had to drive 3 hours to El Caminito del rey not knowing if we had tickets or if they would even work.

The tour itself was fantastic, very pretty scenery, and good memories. The groups were dancing and very close to each other, lots of explanations, and we didn't necessarily hear everything. Another downside is that the meeting point you provide doesn't even exist. We made several return trips between arrival and departure. Luckily we had time. The site management warned us that the problem had existed for some time, and who warned you? The rendezvous is simply at the departure point after the tunnel, and it's much simpler.

Without a doubt, our guide Marcelo, a lover of his work, and a good communicator. Too bad the chaos at the meeting points .......

The whole organization has worked very well there were no problems at all. The Caminito Del Rey itself is an absolute dream.

Few directions to the starting point. We plan to come an hour early and that's not enough. Parking not clear, entrance not clear either, as you have to walk 1.5km with no signs. Once inside, it's incredible.

Terrific walk. I must say I was very early and missed the organised tour. I am sure it went well. Thank you for the opportunity.

OK, the actual walk through the Caminito del Rey was spectacular and met all expectations. However we were lucky to make it at all. We missed our guide (by two minutes) and walked without them because instructions on accessing the start of the walk were inadequate. We (and many others we met) were all late for our official start because of the difference between getting to a designated car park and the time it then takes additionally to get to the official start of the walk was underestimated and not well explained at all.

Parfait. Les paysages, les commentaires du guide. Bonne balade. Dommage que le matériel d'écoute soit de mauvaise qualité car parfois on avait du mal à entendre à cause des grésillements.... Seul bémol, il faut payer en plus de l'entrée générale 2.50€ pour reprendre le bus du retour et 2€ pour le parking.

The experience was spectacular, Mar, my guide was friendly and made the experience a pleasant and very bearable moment.

The place was amazing and it was a very nice and new experience for me and the guide was an amazing person with lot of knowledge explanation about the place.. also i have fear of heights specially when we reached the hanged bridge but the guide was very experienced with dealing with these situations and he helped me to cross that bridge safely. I would really thank him

Great guide, very enjoyable visit. No queues, we arrived at the entrance and started the visit.

The guide Fernando was great, he had interesting information and a funny accent. Great guide. And of course great view.

Tour guide was fun and informative. Viws spectacular. Where to go to meet the guides, not so clear.

The canyon is very spectacular and everything is very well secured. You shouldn't be afraid of heights...
