I loved experiencing the view and how breath taking it was, however 2 ( one an employee another a civilian) people we encountered were very rude when we wanted to leave also the exit signs lead to bathrooms so that is not a good guide .
Luckily there was another sign that was placed on a floor sign to wait for the guide to take us down
( however he was rude with the response to tell us to wait there)
