The guide was really good.
Only issue was the lack of information prior to the event. Would have been nice to know that it was an option to bring my luggage in order to put into storage.

This tour was so fun and a MUST to do in Amsterdam. The staff all had great vibes and made sure to make it an exciting time for everyone. It's great to do with family or friends and it was such an engaging experience.

We were not able to use our tickets at the time and date I bought them for and the company was accomdating. We were able to use them the next day. It was a fun experience and who doesn't like a few beers!?

The staff was really nice and friendly, despite it being the last tour before closing they were thorough and ready to answer any questions we had. The experience contains both information about Heineken and about the city of Amsterdam in general. Recommended.
