Only the first part of the ticket arrived via email, and x get the second part (visit giralda) I had to download App. I liked that they respected the entrance time.

We did not find the optional bedroom. There was no indication at the entrance. Good thing was we could book a German audio gaet. Unfortunately the return is poorly organized . First back to the entrance then to the exit in front. All in all good.

Our guide was entertaining and very informative in this fascinating building. She gave lots of detail, and was able to answer any questions. Tickets were very easy to buy via Headout.

Wonderful visit! Minor points for improvement: - Given the number of French visitors to the cathedral, it would be a good idea to translate the commentary into French. -It would also be possible to improve access with tickets by creating 2 separate queues, 1 for each schedule.

It was very varied and diverse. Although there were a lot of tourists, you didn't feel crowded. Thanks to the online ticket purchase, you didn't have to wait anywhere.

It was very easy to get into the cathedral and into Palace Alcázar without any waiting time. Everything went smooth and efficiently.

Non siamo potuti entrare a visitare il cuarto real. Sarebbe stato importante specificare al momento dell'acquisto del biglietto che non si sarebbe potuto acquistare l'ingresso in loco perché sold out e necessitava di due mesi di anticipo anche per la prenotazione online.

Le prenotazioni fatte on line hanno un ingresso preferenziale per la cattedrale ma non per il real alcazar ma poco male, non c'era tanta fila. Per il resto tutto perfetto

Anche se compri il biglietto salta coda, alla fine NON è riconosciuto, una volta arrivati agli ingressi SI DEVE COMUNE FARE LA CODA. I responsabili degli ingressi ti dicono espressamente che NON ESISTE NESSUN BIGLIETTO SALTA CODA , Nè per l'Alcazar nè per la Cattedrale. Quindi devi fare la coda come tutti gli altri. Detto questo, vale davvero la pena visitarli e fare la coda. Notevoli!

It was great having bought the tickets and audio tour in advance.... the audio tour was excellent with detailed instructions about where to stand and direction walk as we made our way through with photos to assist... the commentary was excellent.

Tutto OK, anche se il biglietto salta coda serve solo a saltare la coda della biglietteria, mentre per entrare bisogna comunque fare una fila. Inoltre, l'audio guida va installata (a pagamento) sul proprio smartphone e lo si scopre solamente una volta entrati: indicandolo prima, uno potrebbe acquistarla ed installarla sul proprio smartphone mentre sta facendo la fila per entrare, così, una volta entrati, si potrebbe essere subito operativi ed iniziare la visita guidata senza perdere altro tempo.

È stato molto facile acquistare i biglietti sul sito di Headout. Abbiamo Potuto evitare una lunga fila di attesa. Il palazzo di Alcazar è stupendo, consigliabile visitarlo con una guida.
