Did not know it was Kings Day and there were no trams. We had limited time and mobility issues which meant we could not get to the venue in time and no option to reschedule or cancel and get refund.

We arrived at WONDR a few minutes before our time and was refused entry because we need to be 15 minutes earlier however there was no ferrys running at that time because the rain was really bad and windy. I've received now refund and really not happy about this
