Combo (Save 5%): Hungarian Parliament Audio Guided Tour + Light Art Museum Tickets

I booked this experience since I ran out of tickets on the official Parliament website (prices on the official website are much lower). They send you detailed instructions a few days before on the meeting site. It was easy to find the attendant with the tickets!

La visite elle-même était très bien, l'audio guide sans problème et très utile. Le point noir est l'accueil, selon vos instructions il faut aller échanger la réservation pour un billet au guichet, vous faites la queue pour vous renvoyer vers quelqu'un d'autre, explications pas claires, on s'adresse à quelqu'un au milieu (pas très aimable) qui nous renvoi à l'extérieur et là une personne tient une affichette avec son nom, et là c'est la bonne !!! En gros 30 minutes pour avoir son billet heureusement que nous étions en avance sur l'heure d'arrivée indiquée sur le voucher ! A améliorer

Visita parlamento molto interessante con audioguita completa ed efficiente. La parte più interessante dell'esperienza è stata l'efficienza della visita, mi spiego meglio: menytre le altre persono erano in fila per acquistare o cambiate i biglietti all'interno della biglietteria (Fila infinita!) - Noi abbiamo incontrato la guida fuori dall'edificio, ha raccolto e atteso i partecipanti e poi lei ha provveduto a ritirare per tutti i biglietti all'interno della biglietteria. Quindi no stress e ingresso super puntuale

Glio operatori sono stati untuali,gentilissimi ed efficienti.Hanno gestito le procedure e i tempi in modo rapido,comprensibile a tutti nonostante ci fossero gruppi di almeno quattro nazioni

Good service if you want a quieter trip. And the fact that it does not have an audio guide to distract you from enjoying the ride was a good thing for me. Big boats are too noisy. This is how things should be done in my opinion. Very professional.

The organization was very good. The change of visiting time was communicated to us very clearly, giving all the necessary directions. The audio guide was user-friendly and the diction was very good.

It is worthwhile to make the visit to the Parliament with native language audio guide. We found the organizers at the entrance who took care of chek in with our identification documents. The visit then continued on our own with the audio guide given by the parliament workers themselves.

The parliament is a must-see half while visiting Budapest. I bought the tickets on your site because I did not know there was online sale from the official site. I would have saved 10.90€ per ticket....traveling you learn.

Parliament very nice , it would need the entrance with tickets to be faster ,instead of making users wait outside in the open . But in the end everything is very nice

Superb building. The tour itself lasts about 40 min. Instructions for tickets not very clear but the guide calls you at the right time and has all the tickets ready.

The audio tour was not personalized. You couldn't go back and listen to an explanation. Only the guide had access. Too fast. The conclusion is that you don't learn much. An uninteresting visit.

The visit to the parliament was the main reason for booking. Though later than originally planned everything went perfectly. However short before the parliament tour started I was informed that the Donau cruise was cancelled due to technical errors. Headout was easy to reach and they refunded within a couple of days.

The experience was very good although quite short. Whilst it is an audio guide you are fully accompanied through all the rooms so there is no scope to wander. It was our first time using Headout and we found it cheaper than other brands and the app was straightforward to use. However, instructions on how to collect our tickets were a bit unclear with the photos showing 2 separate collection points. It would be easier if the guide could wear an identifiable item of clothing or you collect straight from the venue desk.

The visit to the parliament was perfectly organized. Two guys waited outside to give us tickets. Everything went smoothly and without a hitch.

The parliament was spectacular. Your staff were a bit disorganized. In retrospect, I think the service fee was a bit too high.

The tour was good. No sense to arrive 20 min earlier, the tour starts exactly at 12.00. For the price (45€) the tour is too poor. Only couple of halls inside, the tour itself took ~45 min, that's really short for this price.

La persona che ci ha accolto davanti al parlamento è stata abbastanza sgradevole, il ragazzo che la accompagnava praticamente inesistente, ma francamente quello che abbiamo visto dopo ha compensato la scarsa gentilezza del personale che ci ha accolto. Vale sicuramente la pena.

Hotel is located in ideal area to visit the palaces and museums churches parks of Budapest, proximity to the yellow line metro that takes you downtown in no time, vicinoza local food stores and restaurants, excellent breakfast and cleanliness of the rooms, cost of living and entrance museums as in Italy

The parliament tour was good, great building only at the beginning with the tickets it was a bit hectic. The Danube cruise itself was also good but you had to be very early to get a reasonable place, actually too many people on the boat.
