Combo: Galata Tower Tickets + Basilica Cistern Skip-the-Line Tickets

Visiting The Cistern Basilica was one of the most beautiful cultural experiences I have ever had! It is like being immersed in a surreal world where the charm of the ancient world is combined with the magic of contemporary art. I highly recommend skip the line given the amount of tourists!

The place is incredible and there's no queue with the online ticket! The queue was huge and we went straight inside without any queue.

Thia was a great experience, tried to do it two years ago but it was closed for repairs , but managed to get to see a magnificent like temple to the engineers of the past , a must go and see , you will be amazed , book on line as the ques are long , enjoy the experience

The team need to be given better information on how to use the etickets. The young lady mentioned that we had to download all 3 tickets that were purchase individually and not be on the app as it was purchased by one person. That delayed us almost 15 minutes in trying to figure it out, when we got to the checking in location the other young lady told us it was not necessary as it was easier for her to do on the app of the person who purchased the tickets. Too much confusion, just make it easy.

I was very impressed with the woman helping me download my tickets to .pdf ready tickets. She was incredibly patient with my lack of experience. I also was astounded by the cistern.

It was really cool to be able to skip the line, as it was very hot outside and we were with a child. Inside the cisterns we were blown away by the beauty of the roman architechture and the number of turists there. There was no control on the number of persons going in. You are pushed by the crowed and cannot enjoy the experience as you're supposed to do. But that's the responsability of the turkish administration. All in all it's been an enjoyable experience.

Amazing architectural feat. Technology meets beautiful art. Just wunderful in every aspect. To avoid quenes buy tickets online. Not to be missed.

Un coupe file indispensable pour visiter la citerne basilique d'Istanbul où la file d'attente de plusieurs centaines de personnes du soir au matin peut dissuader ! Une fois à l'intérieur, la magie du site opère. Une visite à ne pas manquer.

It is very convenient to have the skip the line ticket as we arrived at 9am and walked straight in past a long line. The cistern is well worth a visit well presented.

The Basilica Cistern was amazing. Once again I could not access the bar codes for our tickets after paying Headout. Bit again they responded wuickly in an email with the codes. Would like to work out why I could not access the bar codes on my I-phone 15 Pro...

It took me only 15min from buying the online ticket outside the Basilica Cistern, to me entering it!! Very happy about it! I downloaded the app.

Skipping the crowd was awesome! The row was kilometer long. Online ticket was the best part, no need to meet someone, just jumping inside the Basilica.

Very straight forward booking and could definitely have spent more time in the Basillica as the history and atmosphere were great

The purchase of the tickets was easy and they arrived promptly in my inbox, so no issues there. Only when I arrived I was told I needed to download the app then sign in - it just made the process more difficult given I had limited data and had only just bought the tickets. Would recommend setting it up when you have access to wifi!

The cistern was amazing! Though we initially had problems getting our tickets, the agency later the same day corrected the issue.

Extremely efficient queue-cutting ticket (there was a long queue for those with "normal" tickets; we went ahead!). The cistern, with its play of light, is magnificent and well worth a visit!

Visiting the Basilica Cistern in Istanbul was way cooler than I expected. They call it the "Sunken Palace," and it really feels like stepping into a different world. The lighting down there is just perfect— it creates this mysterious vibe that makes the whole place feel magical. It's actually a lot bigger than it looks in pictures, which was a nice surprise. Walking among those ancient columns with the soft echo of water drops around you is something else. If you're in Istanbul, you've got to check it out. It's not just another tourist spot; it's a whole mood on its own.

This underground basilica, built as a reservoir, is fantastic!!!!! Incredible, but really incredible in size! There is also an interesting light show . What could be improved is to have more language and better visible signs. It was very easy to get in without queuing! It's also very nice that if you open the ticket during the internet, it opens later without internet. I recommend it to everyone!
