A wonderful walk, very quiet, with beverage service and audio guide in several languages. Total relaxation while enjoying spectacular views of the city.

The guide was extraordinary. She went from English to German and back with ease. Very enjoyable. She made the trip special.

Ship was full...not enough space on deck for everyone. Holding the audio guide and taking photos at the same time was also not possible... As I said...it was okay...

Great city to see in the bus. Very comfortable and the English translation guide was excellent. Only thing that could be improved is on the app, or tickets, perhaps mention which bus we're looking for (eg. It's the red hop on hop off bus). Because there are so many buses we didn't know which one we needed to start. Also, the people at the stops didn't know that our tickets were for that bus, they said it was for a different one so we missed a bus trying to work out which one we could get.

It wasn't highlighted that there was an audio and I'm not sure if it was in English if I had realised there was one. Not until got off the boat after listening and not understanding the German speaker that we saw the small tub with some headphones on our way off. Pleasant to look at the sights though.

Good route but the information stating "closing time 5.30pm" is misleading. This in fact was one of the reasons we chose your tour. We expected at least one, if not different buses, to be doing the full loop at 3.30pm on Saturday from Berliner Dom, only to be told that that particular bus and any subsequent ones were going as far as stop 18, but no further. So our plan to use the bus to return to Checkpoint Charlie by 5.30pm did not work. Having said that, the driver was very kind and explained which metro to take. Not ideal, since we ended up spending in separate transport....

The ship and staff were fine, but the route was a bit boring, turn hi in one direction and then past the starting point in the other direction and turn again. I thought there was a circular route. It makes more sense then to book a longer tour.

We found the boat ride terrible. It was very loud in the boat and you did not understand a single word from the speaker. Bekan from a young man the electronic explanation even this did not work. The ride gung a piece down the Spree and then back again.

The audioguide in French is very incomplete, not all the information on the buildings is translated, sometimes skipping 2 points of explanations given in other languages.

The entire staff was friendly and straightforward. If you still know Berlin from the past, a very positive change. The moderation was good, however, the volume, especially in the beginning when it was a bit louder, was too low, so you could not understand everything. Since the back door was open, there was an uncomfortably cold draft on the windows in the boat. Nevertheless, we were satisfied with the tour and thank you for this experience.

The widows of the boat has stickers on and we couldn't see. Also we didn't like the recorded guide. A person giving info on the spot would be a lot better.

Beautiful tour on the Spree! Also for children well understandable and entertaining. A Spree cruise should be part of every Berlin trip.

We all liked it very much :) if you sit directly at the speaker it is very loud, maybe earplugs would be useful but otherwise top :)

We enjoyed the leisurely trip along the river and the lovely views! We also had a nice drink from the bar served to us in glasses! Unfortunately the commentary was in German but there was an option to hire audio and listen in English!

Very nice with a good explanation, drinks were not served, we would have missed much of the ride while getting drinks ourselves

The one-hour trip on the Spree was a special experience because you can see Berlin sights from a different perspective. Everything is very well organized, the boarding, the hospitality and the disembarkation. Since the boats are powered by electric motors, they glide more or less silently over the water. We had very nice weather and enjoyed this boat trip very much.

Our guide Eliot was fantastic, they were knowledgeable on topic and was very interesting to listen to ! Would highly recommend this tour to any visitor to Berlin.

I had not found the confirmation email on my phone, it was no problem, it was checked on the list if I had booked. I was treated very friendly and helpful.

The cruise started very relaxed with a totally friendly greeting from the crew. We were late, but were still allowed on the ship. The commentary was very appropriate and interestingly designed. Only when it started raining and we had to go in, we were unfortunately greeted by a smoky smell. But the ride was beautiful without exception
