This hop on hop off bus ticket is a great way to get around the various points of interest in the city of Paris. The timetiable ran quite well with only one exception but not the fault of the operator. A traffic jam held us up for over half an hour and only got us half wa around at the end of the day which meant having to find an alternate way to get to my intended final stop.

The service was on time and the drop-off and pick-up points well marked. I personally find it an excellent way to see a city when one does not have too much time. Having the opportunity to stay at least a day the more I would have definitely taken advantage of the Seine tour as well. After a full tour we stopped at the 3 spots that had impressed us most. Just as we got off at one of them the Eiffel Tower lit up, wonderful. I recommend!

A bus tour like this is the best way to see the most of any big city, so we knew we wanted to take one when we visited Paris. We live in London and had taken TootBus with visitors before and knew it'd be similar. Good routes, regular arrivals and departures. Only issue was if you're using the app to listen to the commentary, it's glitchy and cuts out frequently. No real complaints, does what it says on the tin.

It was a great opportunity to see lots of sights, especially in the rain today. Unfortunately, the last tour stopped running at 6:30 pm, so we had to change to the metro to the Louvre. Apart from that, it was a nice trip to get a taste of Parisian flair and get some additional information via audio guide.

Good tour - enjoyed overall - thank you. Didn't receive a confirmation email which very much spooked me in to thinking I had mis-booked or been scammed. The App is ok, but not brilliant. The QR code ticket made it easy and paperfree. The maps were good with the route on, but there are a few niggles where selecting the filters overhangs 80% of the screen space so you can't really see where you are. The buses were good but vary in quality - first one the audio guide didn't work properly - maybe the driver forgot to start. The USB sockets were very welcome but also didn't work on 2 out of 3 that we were on. Timings for the river cruise wasn't obvious to us, so we ended up missing it as we turned up at 18:00 on a beautiful summers day (which didn't feel an unreasonable time) so sadly we missed out on that. A route that went up to Montmatre/Sacre Couer/Moulin Rouge would also have been nice. Overall though, really good experience and thanks for accomodating us :)

The city tour was very good. It makes you realize how close the sights are to each other. The only problem we had was finding the departure point. We wanted to get on at the Grand Palais. But we couldn't find a stop. I opened the help chat via the app. We then found out that the stop had been moved due to the national holiday tomorrow. We were then directed to the next one. All in all, however, it was very good and the Seine trip was also nice.

The route allowed us to see the top sights in 2 hours. The river cruise rounded off the experience. The frequency of the buses is very short and so there were no waiting times. However, we did not receive a map or the offer of headphones. 🎧 We used the app for the audio guide, but this was a bit cumbersome. It was also difficult to identify the route in the app. All in all, however, we received exactly the offer we were looking for.

The bus ride was all right except the volume control on the minijack system didn't work. Neither did I like the repeating and often belated messages on the loudspeaker about getting our cameras out because something great was about to appear. On the opposite end of the scale was the guide on the boat trip. She was outstanding!!!! Interchanging constantly between English and French, with solid information in a pleasant voice and the occasional funny remark all along the voyage. She spoke more or less constantly, byt not for one moment did we think it was too much or uninteresting. Impressive!

Explanations in the headphones in several languages and a version adapted for children, unfortunately a lot of music and the explanations start too quickly when the bus starts, we just had time to put on the headphones!

The points of departure were signposted so tiny that we only found them after the third attempt. The audio guide had far too little information. There were also so many large buildings during the tour that were unfortunately not mentioned at all. It was good that the sights were all nicely connected.

I bought five 48hr passes yet they were only valid for one day and on that day we were left stranded on the Champs-Elyssee in the afternoon when no more buses came that way despite it being mid afternoon, resulting in my family and I needing to get 2 taxi's to our hotel - The Big Buses were still coming along the road and I wish I had bought tickets on that.

Everything about the organization (ticket purchase, QR entry options at any place, frequency of buses, etc.) was on top, I liked it very much. But... The audio guide is ugly - absolutely uninteresting, and also illiterate. It is a tour! The information is minimal, the presentation is strange: I'm not interested in hearing about the hero's girlfriends and the heroine's sports activities. I once thought that the Paris tourist bus was the best in the world - the presentation was so lively and informative. And I recommended it to everyone. I was very disappointed. The point is lost. Only as public transportation to use, but it is too expensive, la and stops are too rare. And another thing. When there were several routes, shorter stops, it was much cooler. I know my way around Paris thanks to that old bus. Now a lot of things are left out, Montmartre is inaccessible, the Latin Quarter is only a little bit inaccessible, it doesn't go to the Bastille, etc.

To catch it at Plaza de la Concordia was a fucking odyssey.... And to get off we had to get off at another stop quite far from our metro stop because the driver did not stop at campos eliseos. We could also improve by putting air conditioning because it was so hot downstairs, I do not want to imagine in the middle of summer.

Subject: Complaint due to cancellation of the tour on September 14, 2025 Dear Sir or Madam, We were in Paris from September 12 to 15, 2025 and booked tickets for the Tootbus on two days (September 13 and 14). Unfortunately, there was a massive problem on September 14: instead of being able to start at 9:30 am as usual, the buses did not leave until 2:30 pm. This threw our entire planning into disarray. We had deliberately split the tour into two days so that we could take our time at the individual stops. Due to the late start on September 14, this was no longer possible, which significantly affected our trip. It was particularly annoying: - We were not informed in advance that the tour would start five hours later on September 14. - On social media and on your website, we found no indication of demonstrations or strikes that could explain this cancellation. - So it seems as if this restriction had already been planned - yet the full ticket price was charged and that for 3 people €175 is really not cheap for a family In our view, this is unacceptable and we would therefore ask you to comment on how you intend to proceed in this case. The commentators on the bus kept waffling on about their experiences which were irrelevant and so false. Often we were past the location before the audio mentioned a sight. The bus was swimming in water downstairs and every turn more water came down the stairs and the bus was crowded downstairs sompeople were splashed. The safety instructions said sit down at all times yet why take on more standing passengers when it is already full ?

I did not like my experience with your company. First of all, we couldn't find the STOP signs on your bus STOP 4 ET.....We waited more than an hour at the stop (lots of people leaving) only to realize that the bus didn't stop there (cause unknown). Decided to leave and give up, super disappointed. Finally, while walking around, we saw your company and boarded THANK GOD.... but not a great experience for us. Would not recommend

There are too many stops making it difficult to get to any of the sites in a timely manner. The traffic was very heavy due, partly, to the Pride March. The stop locations changed and were not all identified in the initial alert. This made the last day of a 72hr pass useless. Several of the headset ports were defective on the two buses we were able to ride. Very poor communication and support. I will not recommend Toot Bus. Particularly for multiple days. It is a waste of money.

The staff didn't seem to have a clue what was going on. We waited in line for a bus, only to be told we were in the wrong place and then ended up being at the back of the queue. At another stop it wasn't clear which bus was leaving next and the staff seemed very confused, we were told we couldn't board a bus, the next bus wouldn't allow us on. Then once on the bus, we were sat around for ages. The audio guide seemed to jump all over the place almost like it was confused as to where we were. I wouldnt rush back to use the toot bus again, in fact after this tour I doubt I would ever use them again.

It was extremely cold in the bus. Then we were stopped by the police just before the Eiffel Tower and, for whatever reason, the driver was not allowed to continue. So our tour ended prematurely. Actually, we should have received compensation. We only just made it from the Louvre to the Eiffel Tower.

I ended up not really even using the bus ticket because it did not at all meet the expectations and if I could I would ask for a refund. The busses did not run every 15 minutes as stated, instead they ran every hour. I thought I'd try again but I got on one bus and they informed me that it was not moving and that the next one after that would only be further hour away. I gave up and just bought a metro ticket instead and did my own site seeing. Very disappointed

The tour is badged as a "24hr hop on hop off tour" however the ticket expires at 5.30pm. My view was that I purchased the ticket at 3pm and would then use it the next day up until 3pm the next day therefore utilising the full 24hrs!!

The tour Company staff were generally very friendly and helpful. The recorded narration of the tour was quite lame and uninformative. At least one of the stops (at Place de la Concorde) did not correspond with the information on the map on the brochure provided by the tour company, which showed the stop at Pont Alexander. finally, avoid hop on hop off during the mid day (and possibly even the late afternoon) when heavy traffic makes the travel between stops very slow.

Once the bus was available it was fine, but since the bus was many hours delayed we were unable to actually get on and off because the day was coming to a close. We bought tickets for Sunday and there was an event around the Effel Tower which was not made aware to us so we were unable to begin our tour until the afternoon. The kind man working for the company was trying to help us (in person) find the bus and that took a long time even with the communication between him and the bus driver. We would have appreciated a refund for at lease 1/2 of out ticket costs as the day was 1/2 over when we finally got on the bus!

We booked the tickets online for 20th Oct. but you did not advised us that the venue access to tour Eiffel was blocked. But when we got to the tour Eiffel stop ( we stayed at Novotel tour Eiffel) we were informed that toot bus will run from 1.30pm At 3pm there was still no bus. Finally after 3 pm the guide told us to walk across the bridge to next stop to catch the bus. As we were leaving the next day for Brussels we could not really do much. I do believe the 76+€ spent for a couple of hours and all the time wasted waiting for the bus was not acceptable. I wish you have alerted us on the website before we booked that 20th Oct was an event day at Paris. I could have booked for 19th instead.

I like the audio guide on the bus. The drivers were nice. BUT When there is standstill traffic in Paris, the bus is stuck and can't go anywhere. The bus driver ended up opening the doors and letting passengers off. We ended up walking 30 mins to the Eiffel Tower. We were so late to our Eiffel Tower Tour. And the signs where you can get on and off the Tootbus is not visibly or there's no sign at all. We had a 72 hour pass and only used it for one day. I only recommend the Tootbus off season and if there's no traffic at all in Paris.

Despite APP we waited 30min. at the bus stop, bus should have been there for 20min. (according to the APP). At one stop we just stood there for 15 min. For no apparent reason. Great tour through Paris, especially when you have only one day to visit it. You can really hop on and off on each mentioned location, and it was easy for us to find the stops. Nice guide on headphones. As it was a sunny day we used the opportunity to sit outside on upper deck, very nice experience. The only thing you need to take into account is very heavy traffic in the afternoon which affects times for hop on and off, so would recommend to use it in the morning, maybe till 2pm.. (we returned back using metro and RER)

A scandal, whoever wrote the nonsense in Romanesco that intersperses the very little serious information should go back to work, in fact he should start working in communications at all. Stupid nonsense, unlistenable and in all languages not just Italian. One expected a serious guidebook, illustrating the best parts of the city. Instead we got off early, abandoning a painful show devoid of any serious value. I will put a bad review on TrstPilot, I don't want others to waste their money on your buses

Hello Hop On bus tour Paris, I was disappointed with my tour because the purple route was no longer operating, despite it being shown on your web-site. I paid for a two day pass via an online purchase, expecting to do the blue route on Monday and the purple route on Tuesday. See below website link that shows that both routes are operating. When I asked the bus driver on Monday, where do we pick up the purple route for the next day, he said it had only operated during the Olympics and was no longer running. I had paid for a 2nd day, which was of no use to me, as we wanted to go to Sacre Cour, Mont Martre. We made our way there on Tuesday using the Metro instead. When I previously sent an email to your company to complain about the inaccuracy, they replied that the website was accurate. I told them I would check again, once I was home. Today, I can still find the purple route today on your web-site, so you are still mis-leading people. see web site link below Also, during our travel on your bus on Monday, at the Notre Dame stop, it still had a sign up showing where to line up for the purple route, giving the impression that the purple tour was still available. I think my request to have a refund for the cost difference between a one day vs a two day pass is justified. Otherwise, I was satisfied with the blue route and all of the staff operating it. We also did the tour in Munich and were satisfied with it. I was unfortunately disappointed with the issue of being mis-lead about the purple route option. We had trouble with the speaker jacks at our seats. Only one of the two worked in the seats we sat in. At another seat neither worked, and at yet a third seat only one worked. So, between three of us, we only had two working speakers. Not that this ended up being a disappointment. Since the actual commentary was way too jovial, with some GenZ'ers relating how they took their girlfriend to a bridge, and/or visited some cafe close by some attraction. It was not useful, professional or worth listening to. The bus itself was adequate. It had seats, and it drove around in a circle.

The audio guide tour was terrible. I have traveled to many cities and everywhere I go I take such tours to learn more about the history, architecture and people of the city. I can say with certainty that Paris had the worst tour. People told me about having a glass of wine or a cup of coffee on the terrace or jogging along the Seine as we passed interesting monuments, buildings etc.. But they told us in detail about shopping centers and how we should go there. I don't know who wrote these texts, but they have nothing to do with a city tour. In addition, the audio guides were often defective and the jacks were broken. On the positive side, the staff were very polite, the buses ran very often and we hardly ever had to wait.

The audio guide was absolutely terrible in Paris. Please hire a real speaker and record the audio guide in Russian. It is impossible to listen to. It is read by a robot, with mistakes, the information itself is scanty and there is very little historical background. Two sentences are said - and music plays for 10 minutes. We were stuck in a traffic jam in Paris and listened to music! This is something absolutely unexpected! In this time, you could tell a ton of stories. We were extremely dissatisfied with the audio guide.

The audio guide is aware of time & useless as us clearly evident as virtually no-one uses it. The map for the drop off & get on stops is out of date & info extremely difficult to find. Even the on/lind maps are inaccurate & the print out that you can get when you catch the bus. There should be a bus stop between Eiffel Tower & Bus Stop, 11 Rue Auber, 75009 Paris, France; & the next stop at the Opera is far too close. The bus stops should be marked on google maps. The bus seats are very small & cramped. The river cruise boat broke down thus wasting 1hr of already invaluable time. No apology given or compensation offered, & we were then loaded onto a already full boat this making it very overcrowded. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS SERVICE, OR ANY OTHER BUS/BOAT TRIP.....STICK TO PUBLIC TRANSPORT..!!!

The bus service initially seemed quite good, with frequent and comfortable buses. However, I had a very disappointing experience during the evening commute around 4:30-5 PM ET. I was at the Arc de Triomphe (point 7) and wanted to go to the Eiffel Tower (point 9). I boarded a bus from point 7, but to my surprise, the bus went back to the starting point (point 1) instead of continuing on to point 8 and then 9 as expected. This resulted in me spending over 2.5 hours stuck on the bus due to heavy traffic. What was most frustrating was that the driver did not immediately announce the route change to passengers. This meant we were not given the option to get off the bus and find an alternative way to reach our destination. I & my husband finally got off the bus before reaching Eiffel Tower as it was taking too long for the bus to reach, and had to start walking. Sitting on the bus for such an extended period was highly inconvenient and unpleasant. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this bus service to others. The lack of clear communication from the driver about the route change was a major failure that significantly impacted the customer experience. I expect transportation providers to handle service disruptions much more transparently and proactively.

The assistance of a TOOTBUS agent or attendant on site, so that I could pick up my tickets in the e-mail I received from HeadOut. Seats available and equipped with seat belts. Totally electric bus with no gasoline fumes, WoW! A very good point for the environment and for our lungs. The audio guide was of good quality. I regret, however, that the tour did not include the Sacré-Coeur or the Père Lachaise cemetery.

I booked 48 hour tickets for 2 people for September 7 and 8. Only on that Saturday was I informed the toot bus was not running on Sunday due to parolympics - and I paid for the 48 hour tickets. site never should have allowed me to book for Sunday - big bus tour didn't allow Sunday booking, but toot bus did. Looks like big bus was on top of it. I wouldn't have booked at all since Sunday was going to be the main day. Kindly request refund, thank you.

The river cruise on the Sena , was so crowded. The seats are incomfortable. They don't give us any information of PARIS places where passing throught .

The Toot bus was very convenient especially for us we had a 4 year old son and going around the city on our own would not be easy. So the bus was really helpful and we manage to see many places by hopping on and off the bus. The waiting time for the bus was not too bad at all, they have the bus coming frequently. Felt good to go around the city on this bus.

The route of the tour changed and we didn't know that. Said changes were not explained and when asked no one was clear to explain. Because of the changes the audioguide didn't make sense and the stops were different. We bought a route that included sacre coeur and that neighborhood and there we realized that it was changed. The agents didn't understand correctly English nor Spanish.

You're website is confusing. We couldn't find out where to catch the bus. When we finally found the place, the maps being handed out were all for the violet route, but the only route available on your website was the blue route. We didn't know what was going on. Finally figured out we were on the blue route, but the bus didn't stay on the route shown on the website. When we finally asked, we learned it was the last day for the blue route, and the violet route started the next day. This should have been explained on your website and audio guide. The next day we were on the bus again wanting to get to the Eiffel Tower, but the violet route map shows that the violet route doesn't go to the Eiffel Tower. We almost got off at the Arc de Triomphe and walked, but luckily we stayed on the bus and it DID go to the Eiffel tower. Also, the stops on your paper maps and website should be numbered, and your audio guide should announce the next stop by number as well as the location. We've taken hop on/off bus tours in several cities, and yours is by far, the most confusing we've experienced.

Good view of all Paris highlights. Stops are at the right places. Tickets were easy in handling in combi with the app. Unfortunarely due to the bad weather we were soaked. Trying to leaving the bus we could not step out due to the crowded beloofdnot willing to step out to let us pass). Not all buses have a roof which kan be closed during the rain.

Was raining so herded in like castle. Couldn't sit down buses were to full. Didn't have access to a terminal for any comentary so didn't get what I was sold. Truly awful experience.

Nothing good. Audio guide is a joke. You should be ashamed of it. I took the hop on hop off in Paris 12 years ago, maybe more, the bus had several loops, the guide provided a lot of historical information, and very informative description of places we drove by. Now instead of several lines, there are several different companies, and one has to pay attention of the route you choose. We bought 48 hours tickets on the tootbus. Never again. From my experience they are getting paid to make Paris as unattractive as possible.

I did not like that audioguide played music 90% of the time and was telling something 10% of the time. Should be plenty to tell about such a beautiful city as Paris. Overall experience was lower because of poor information on audioguide.

Not enough historical stuff. I would have liked to learn more about the history of Paris rather than weird anecdotes about made up people. It was cute but not what I came for. The music in between was good enough.
