The 1 hour cruise on the Main was lovely. The Bar Attendant was friendly. It was a beautiful day, fresh air and sunshine.

Good opportunity to see a lot in a short time. However, no stops to enjoy the attractions, just going round and round, quite fast

Well managed pick up and transport. Friendly drivers who went out of their way to assist in transfer to cruise stop. Head out app not the easiest to use.

Our tour provided a great overview of Frankfurt along with many interesting facts. Our driver was professional and friendly.

Cruise was ok, everything went well. Then changed to the bus. It was not clear which bus was on the red tour or the green tour. The first bus at Römer only wanted to leave in 45 minutes, the second bus further up then immediately took us on the green tour. We got off in Sachsenhausen and walked a little along the Main back to the Römer. We wanted to get back on the next red tour bus, but no one came for a long time because of a demonstration. The next bus came at 16:30, but then closed.

It was very easy to purchase the tickets and find the bus, get on, plug in the audio guides. Easy. What wasn't good was that the Palmengarten wasn't even visited from the outside, the Goethe Haus was left out, there was a bit little narration in general. We stood around a lot at traffic lights where nothing was said.

It was really beautiful to look at and the information we were given about each building was also very informative. A very nice experience! Of course, it was just a shame that we couldn't take any drinks with us and had to buy something there, but it wasn't the end of the world.

Headphones didn't work properly, frequency of trips a bit long, it's difficult to get on and off in between if you have to wait an hour for the next bus. 24 hour ticket is kind of weird with a travel time of 10-17 o'clock...

Boat trip was very enjoyable, very friendly staff only thing i found was more information about areas either side of the river would be nice

Compard to the Hop On Hop Off in Cape Town South Africa, this tour lacked audio. It had some but there was a lot of dead air. Does Frankfurt not have any other cool things to talk about? The main issue I had was with how to alert the driver I wanted off. I was seated upstairs and I did not find the stop button to alert him I wanted off. I did not feel safe climbing the stairs while travelling so I waited until we were stopped. He started to drive and continue the tour before I even made it to the steps. I ended up finishing the entire tour, getting off and walking to my desired stop.

The person that greeted us was very clear and very helpful regarding the times and how long to wait between buses etc. But the website was not clear enough. Couldn't find anywhere how long the time was between buses, if you hop off. Also the map on the website had a map that was not clear enough. According to the map the buses are stopping between Römer platz and Paulplatz and then also on the other side of Paulplatz. However due to the christmas market that was to open on 27/11/2023 (we bought the tickets on the 24/11/2023 for that same day) the bus did not stop on the spot between Römer platz and Paulplatz and the tour skipped some parts of the route due to the Christmas market setup. I wonder why there was no mentioning of this on the website or in the confirmation e-mail or in the app I had to download etc.

We did the two nice ones for a lesser knowledge of the city, an excellent tool to give yourself an overall knowledge of Frankfurt and the price seemed right.

Everything was very well organized. The departure and arrival times were on time and the bus was very clean. Very informative and entertaining. Can recommend.

The trip was very nice, we had good weather and the staff was very friendly! The price was very good and everything was very punctual !

The boarding and alighting stops were not recognizable in some places. When sitting on top of the bus, it is not recognizable why the bus stops. Whether at a stop or because of some other reason. We missed our stop with this. Then I find it confusing to see exactly what tour the bus is taking now. We were lucky enough to be on the bus with the correct (long) tour. I would have liked to see more organization for boarding. The bus driver has to keep his times. He can't necessarily take care of that. An information at each bus stop could help. (About boarding and headphones) On the homepage the KArte is not mobile phone-fairly represented. I had a hard time finding the bus stop at the main station. An information that the usual book stops are used as "welcome" would have made it easier for me. The drivers were all super friendly and helpful. Basically a great offer. Many thanks

Everything else was good. The issue was at the beginning when we only had e mails to confirm the purchase but not the actual code. We we re not left to get in the bus till a lady came with enough experience that decided is the systems fault and not owers...between the purchase till the confirmation was almost an hour ... it must either work faster or it should be somewhere written that the purchase should be taken the day before the trip...

Extremely easy to book and know where all The attractions were going to be. The conviecnce to get dropped off at any spot and explore and hop back on or at a later stop is great. Helped us see all the main attractions in a quick amount of time.

Very interesting tour, price is ok and staff nice.
