Cirque du Soleil: LUZIA Melbourne

I was charged what I think was a currency conversion fee for tickets purchased when I bought in Australia, with an Australian credit card, for an australian show. $80 approx more than the tickets cost. I am now awaiting clarification from Headout team, who have said they will get back to me asap.

The seats are uncomfortable especially for the price of the ticket ($200+). You are just shoulders to shoulders with strangers.

Seats were amazing, loved all aspects of the show, transitions were seamless, performances looked effortless so talented 😀

Seats great could see the show very well not too far from the stage. Good value tickets. Great costumes just did the show with no fuss. Parking was $25 Outrageous. Train not running to flemington. Why? Had trouble downloading the head out app . Had to do it e times before it was successful.

The show was awesome so many clever people doing their thing. Seats were ok, took some time to find my walker though. Overall it was a great experience.

The show was amazing. Paying exorbitant prices for food and being charged $25 for parking after spending $800 on tickets is unsatisfactory.

Utterly outstanding performers and such athletes. Seats were excellent and the stage movement was perfect. Can't fault anything. Even the organisation and ease of parking etc were excellent.

Honestly, when I first enter, I was quite disappointed after looking at the stage, it was too small for performance and is full of flowers, the minute you guys start performing, I don't even notice you guys already changed all the set up. Bravo, what a wonderful stage.

It was the music, the outstanding strength and elegance of the performers and the all round spine tingling visions that made this experience great.

The performance and visuals were amazing. We had issues with our seats that we purchased as we had a pole in our view, we requested to be moved and of course had to pay for it. Food and drinks were at ridiculous prices. To top it off getting ripped off for parking at $25 for 2hrs. To be honest I won't be attending this type of event again.

Originality Music The performers enthusiasm (you could see it in their faces!) they were so talented and we could feel their passion in the entire performance.

The visuals were out of this world! Completely transported me to another realm. I loved it. The moving stage also made it so every seat in the house was a good view.

The show was fantastic in everyway, my only criticism was the seating was very squashy and the seats we booked werent as shown on the seat booking layout on the headout web site

All seats had good view. The performance had a gull audience but it was not overcrowded plenty of room and good facilities. Actual performers were amazing

I had restricted view of front of stage .light tower directly in front of out seats. I bought tickets with no obstructions. Terrible seats. Missed a lot of the show that was on the front of stage.Wasn't allowed to move unless I paid for an upgrade

This was the best Circe du Soleil show I've ever seen. The mix of jaw dropping acts was fabulous. Great entertainment all round.

Performance was mind blowing, visuals were stunning. The seats could be better, the poles created an obstruction at times.

Act was amazing, beyond talented! The atmosphere was truly electric and made me feel like I was transported into a different world for 1.5hrs!

The entire performance was amazing , the skill the costumes the stage, it was all round the best show I've ever seen. I will definitely go again one day

Have seen many of their show over the years - always in awe of the talent, the sets and costumes Their shows are always very different in subject matter and there is always someone to draw your attention when main performers leave the stage. The rain curtain a very interesting effect; the metal horse and the mountain lion (?) especially a very novel and intriguing factor. Really loved it!!!
