We had bought tickets in advance so we got in the line right away. We posed for the photos first and bought one as a cute souvenir. The wheel is great fun, you can get a great view of Vienna from the top, and the cars are very safe! We both enjoyed it very much.

We were able to go straight into the Fastlane and were on the Ferris wheel in less than 10 minutes. The view of Vienna is fantastic! A must in Vienna!

Friendly, good-humored staff at the entrance and during the "photo shoot".
One (1) ride on the Giant Ferris Wheel is unfortunately a little short for the ticket price 🙃.
Nevertheless, we enjoyed it very much.

I found this "conversation" between the fictional characters ("And what do you think, Jana...?") rather suboptimal.
I would have preferred a pure, clear statement of fact ("On the left you can see the opera house, built by X in year Y...").
And WITHOUT music!

As I was at the Ferris wheel very early, there weren't many people, so the wait was just under five minutes. The ride was exceptionally long, breakfast was served in one gondola, so it took a little longer to clear out. There were only six people in my gondola and everyone enjoyed the ride because the waiting time for us was at the top and we enjoyed the view over the city of Vienna.
