Our Hop on - hop off experience was excellent from the technical beginning to the very end. The opportunity to buy online tickets is perfect for several reasons. First of all, it was possible to read more and while still sitting at home make a decision what offer to accept. If we had waited to buy the tickets in Vienna, we would probably have had to do it in a hurry, with not much thinking and planning, still wasting some time while looking for the agency, starting point... We decided for these buses as we could get tickets for 2 days and use them on 3 different lines having chance to see and hear really much about Vienna, its buildings, famous people... Not only we had a great tour round the city but we also did not need public transport at all. Vienna public transport is great, but for tourists who stay there for 4 days only, it is important to see and experience as much as possible.

We just had 24 hours in Vienna during our river cruise and so wanted to make the most of it. This tour was great and gave us a good idea of where we wanted to get off second time round!

it was easy to book and the trip was as expected, but the commentary such as it was was barely audible. the overall experience was alittle disappointing.

It would have been nice to know that we needed to replace the voucher with a ticket. We almost did not make it in time! A lot of stress for a lot of people! I also would have preferred that it was not the same way out and back.

Generally, it was okay, and I did not faced any technical issues. However, I was expecting more from the price that I paid. Boat was a bit overcrowded and there were not enough seats to enjoy the ride.

I limed mostly the possibility to change routes. I would.suggest for the future that the validity of the ticked doesn't start at 9:30, but at a time hous, decides by the client. To give and example, I bought a 48 hour ticket, but I "lost" half a day because I arrived to Vienna midday, so I began to use the ticket after 2:00 pm

The experience was great for my 4 year old granddaughter!!! I live in Nussdorf and when she is with me she always sees the boats and wanted to go on one, so I fulfilled her wish!!! I choose any sub-item as this is necessary for the rating!!!

If we had used it, the service would certainly have been good. Overall, we were very disappointed with the few 'sights' we were able to see. Had I known this, I would not have spent €29 on this rather boring cruise. I had to click on something above that didn't apply. But the cruise was just boring

It was great not having to worry about getting lost or trying to find a place.The staff were very helpful and friendly.I would recommend them 100%.

It was okay, not much to see! Good you could purchase food and drink onboard, but unless it's a sunny day l wouldn't go again.

The bus was crowded. It was so crowded that we couldn't get upstairs and we had to stand because of a lot of people, for about 1 hour. My mom is disabled and it was a struggle for her. We couldn't see anything for most of the blue route. It was not at the venue, but in the bus

The tour itself met my full expectations, only there were problems with the ticket that it was issued to Salzburg. After some time, the problem was solved by their staff. It is only annoying if you book online in advance, as such a tour with four children is already exhausting anyway, and the complication would have been more relaxed with a payment on site.

The evening atmosphere on the ride was great, the staff totally nice and our kids thrilled with the relaxing ride.

Brisk booking, great that 24 hours usable, One request: Stops for tourists not always recognizable, eg Praterstern, Prater.

The accompanying announcements were sparse, I would have liked a little more background on buildings, districts and some history.

The boat ride was already okay, it's my fault if I imagined a more interesting ride. Too bad that you go only in the channel back and forth the same course, that was rather a bit boring. The staff was helpful and friendly. I would not choose this ride again though .

The trip overall was a great one ! The service staff on board very well skilled and taking care of their guests ! The price levels absolutely correlating to Vienna tourist city environment. I can reallyrecommend this trip / journey to everybody ! Just a kind advice to the marketing team: It would be appreciated to receive confirmed tickets directly on computer or smartphone - would avoide not staying in a row at the desk office receiving your entrance tickets on hand. On the other site - that is making old fashioned Vienna attractive ! Sometimes a little bit late - but everything working well when you are talking directly to citizens. Enjoy this trip !

When buying an online ticket for several people, it should be possible to receive the individual tickets, because if necessary the group separates. Likewise, the stops should be easier to find. We got off at one and walked to another. Only is e.g. the area around the Westbahnhof in Vienna is large. We "wandered" through the rain for 15min and had to ask our way. Coordinates for google-maps would be helpful. The yellow line is little worth seeing. We were disappointed here. And the bus did not come in 15min rhythm but only after 35min. An info on the HP would be helpful.

The tour was informative. The bus was comfortable. The bus schedule was designed in a way where we didn't have to wait for the bus too long.

Das gesamte Personal ist sehr freundlich, der Apfelstrudel war vorzüglich. Auch die Informationen über den Donaukanal und rundherum waren interessant. Wenn man über diese Plattform bucht, muss man sein Online-Ticket in ein richtiges Ticket am Schalter tauschen, das war für mich nicht ersichtlich, ging aber schnell und problemlos. Der Ausflug ist sehr empfehlenswert.
