The class palace is truly sumptuous: the paintings, the Desporte moldings and all the door and window frames are magnificent, with Cesure and illuminating chandeliers. Each room is crystal-clear, and the grounds are exceptional. The Petit Trianon also offers a beautiful period décor, retaining all its authenticity. Absolutely worth a visit.

Wonderfully beautiful but not a single sign in the park or in the castle was in English! And the staff also spoke poor English. Surely it is mostly foreign-speaking tourists who visit Versailles?

Beautiful!!! Give yourself time taking the RER. We made it 15 mins after the time of the tickets and thankfully they let us go in. No visit to Paris without seeing Versaille.

Going to the Palace of Versailles and the gardens in the month of October was one of the most memorable experiences. Getting to Versailles was also easy for a day trip, setting the tone for a pleasant day. After seeing the images, the interior of the palace lived up to all the expectations. The place was amazing, beautiful, and historical, and there was something to learn about every little detail. Yes, it got crowded, especially in the interior rooms of the palace, but it never took away from the beauty of the place. The best part of the trip was going outside to the gardens. In the month of October, the gardens arrive in a more subtle way. The colors are more muted and it is quiet. You added the ability to meander, and it is a place that reminds you to travel to see places in the world, especially if they are historical and beautiful. Worth the trip.

The Palace & gardens were very ornate & spectacular. Only issue was with access. There was an electricity failure which meant venue was not able to open. We were originally told to come back next day or request refund. Later that day the venue opened, but too late for us due to other commitments. We returned next day and there was confusion as to where to queue/ how to access. Most, but not all, staff were helpful. Once entered, the venue was very interesting.

I really enjoyed my visit to the Château de Versailles, especially the beauty and grandeur of the place. Each room is richly decorated and tells a part of French history. The perfectly manicured gardens offer a peaceful, majestic atmosphere. It's an impressive place where you can really feel the power and refinement of the royal era.

I went to the palace at 1:30pm. It was easy to get in with my ticket. I only paid $24 to see both the palace and gardens and it was well worth the price. The food is reasonably priced. Since I did go recently, yesterday, in the month of November everything like fountains were not running. Overall, truly liked the experience I had and would visit another time of the year.

The tickets worked perfectly. We arrived at the places at the indicated time, there were signs with the schedules, and we got in line to wait to be admitted. Always take into account to be in time to be able to find and locate yourself, because if you arrive running the experience is not the same.

It was a perfect day, nothing to say about Headout's service, tickets obtained on time, no problems, everything went smoothly. However, we saw the prices on site (64€ for 2) and I find the Headout fees slightly expensive, since we paid 120€ via the platform.

The staff was very kind to my husband who needs assistance to walk. We were able to use a wheelchair, which was a great help. It would have been very nice if a staff member would have picked up my husband at the street to take him up to the entrance. It was very hard to push his walker over the stones.

The visit to Versailles was very memorable. The palace and the interior were magnificent. The garden was colorful in autumn, it was just a pity that the weather was not the most pleasant for walking in the garden. That's why we skipped the visit to the Trianons, because it was a long walk there.

Really good restaurant. Typical dishes and done well. The take what you want formula up to 40 euros per person is very convenient. You pay for the extras on the spot. Access to the Chapelle is convenient.

The place is obviously prestigious. One drawback: the signage in the Petit Trianon gardens, apart from a map at the entrance, is almost non-existent.

This is a good combo and we can choose to visit on a seperate day and time. For both tours, bring our own ear phones fully charged. We received the links like a day or 2 before the tour. The link shows the top 10 attractions for the Lourve Museum and each has an interesting commentary. Once we located the painting or sculpture, hit the audio to listen. I wish the link tells us where are the top 10 valued exhibits are, which hall and level. We had to look for them and it isn't easy when the museum is most times crowded. Fortunately we found 7 out of 10 in one wing out of the 3 wings in the museum. Each wing takes min 2 hrs to view. So we need to spend a whole day there otherwise focus on whichever wing by studying the map first before u visit. For Versailles, it is as crowded and again this place need a whole day fm 9.30am to 5.30pm if you want to enjoy the main gallery, Trianon gallery and the gardens. The audio commentaries in Versailles are more useful if we study the link before visit and shortlist what we want to listen to in order not to be overwhelmed and not know where to begin. If you only have 3-4 hrs to spare, do the main gallery and the gardens. Collect the physical map outside the gardens entrance. The map shows a route highlighted in red to different checkpoints in the gardens and this walk takes 2 hrs. For spring and autumn you really should walk in the beautiful gardens. If summer, it will be too hot to cover the entire greenery or too cold in winter. If you don't enjoy arts much, you still musnt miss Versailles palace. It is worth the trip!

Although there were really many people at the entrance, entry was quick and easy via an extra line. The castle itself was very impressive, although the crowds often blocked the view and you just had to walk along with the masses. Smaller groups would definitely be nicer here to enjoy the experience. It is simply impossible to see everything, the castle is far too big for that. The gardens, however, were very relaxing and with the music, the fountains of the fountains and the whole landscape you were transported to another world.

Even though we had skip the line tickets, the line to skip was huge. It took about 30mins to enter. Besides the wait, we really enjoyed the Louvre. It had beautiful sculptures, paintings and artefacts. The Mona Lisa painting crowd was insane. I thought that this could have been organised so that you have to walk through and see the painting instead of people pushing all the way through to the front.

The artwork and statues were amazing. That's it. Place is extremely disorganized. Very hard to navigate and the attendants gave lots of misinformation, refused to help me with my walker, barely got up to assist. Some were very rude and gave the absolute worse directions ever. Was very disappointing. Would never go again or recommend to friends and family.

We visited on a Sunday, and it was extremely busy. The business put us off a little. The gardens were lovely, and the hidden cafe in them was a good find. The water show was a little disappointing as it just seemed to be switching on the regular water fountains .The timed entry access was very easy to use.

It was a very beautiful experience. You had the history of France there from the creation of the Palace of Versailles to the last king. The garden was very special and impressive. I had a family ticket for a couple with a boy for both of them and I didn't waste time getting tickets. Fast and accurate.

9 am timed entry worked perfectly...yes there was a line but it moved so quickly that we were inside within at least 10 minutes. The crowds were less than later in the morning and further on in the day. We spent a good day here and we aren't art buffs ! There is so much to see..

The Louvre is one of the most impressive museums simply because of the magnificent building and the many exhibits. But the organization was also great. We didn't have any long waiting times and were very satisfied with everything.

Beautiful gardens and interesting. However the signage is very hard to find when entering and the audio tour numbers should be placed at the entrance of the room - not on the floor in one spot where you often can't find it due to the crowd.

The tickets to cruise were find and the experience was nice. But ticket to Louvre was not sent on the correct version and had a delay in entering the museum for about 30' till your support team sent me the correct format

Incredible place and palace. Long line to get in even with timed tickets so get there early. Easy once you’re in to find your way around just ask for a map and follow the crowds pretty much.

I loved Versailles but would have like to receive my tickets without downloading the Headout app. It was confusing and stressful when I arrived at the venue and realised this.

We visited Versailles on the 28/09/2025. The booking was convenient. We booked for 9.30 timed entry. Even then it was very busy. The palace was amazing and was well worth the line up. However sometimes you were in a line just to move from room to room. The gardens were spectacular. We saw the musical fountains which my kids loved. We planned for half a day but ended up staying the whole day. Some advice for future travellers 1. If planning to spend the day bring your own food. The food is ridiculously expensive. 2. Toilets use the ones in the courtyard. We were in a 30 min line up just to use toilets inside the palace. Later we saw the outside toilets which were not crowded. 3. If I were to come back again I would do the gardens first and plan the palace for late afternoon. The crowds are less then. Overall it was a great experience and something not to be missed if visiting Paris.

We had tickets for the time slot 3:00 – 6:30 PM. However, at 5:30 PM, when we wanted to leave the Grand Canal and return through the gardens in order to reach the exit and go back to the parking lot, we were denied re-entry to the gardens. Instead, we were forced to walk around, through the town, which made our return much more difficult and inconvenient. In addition, I was asked to pay an extra €11 for my 10-year-old daughter to access the gardens, even though I had already provided her age when purchasing the tickets and it was clearly stated that admission was free for children. It turned out that the free admission only applied to the Palace, not the gardens, which was not made clear during the booking process. It would be very helpful if these restrictions and additional charges were communicated more clearly in advance, so that visitors can plan their visit accordingly.

Firstly, it is not ideal for the tickets to the palace to be sent less than 24 hours before the event. We booked months ago, and in the event had to chase Headout for the tickets the da before. As we were touring 2 weeks beforehand, it isn't always convenient to have to download on the hoof. Also there was no mention of where La Flotille restaurant was and this would have been helpful. There was a general lack of information with the tickets as to exactly what this included (everything, as it turns out), but we had to research last minute (once we received tix) to see if it included the visit to the Trianon estate. The Palace, of course is stunning, queues were long and no shade if you were on your own and wanted to queue. Overall a lovely place to visit, it's just the ticket and information prior to visit that isn't ideal.

The excellent artifacts from Egypt, Babylon and other countries, some of which were 4500 years old, were up-to-date and vividly crafted for eternity! The audio guide that was provided to us provided additional information in a clear and concise manner and was very helpful, as the museum's audio guides are currently being revised and are not available. We entered the exhibition with a moderate waiting time of 1 hour at the Carrousel entrance, as the tickets were not available until 10:30 am. So if you like exciting moments and unpredictability, you should prefer this type to any thriller. Thank you for that!

everything super beautiful, only in the castle much too busy, you can barely take pictures and some parts you can hardly walk through . the gardens were also beautiful and nice and spacious. the tickets would initially be online within 30 minutes, so not, then it would be twenty-four hours in advance online, so not, we were almost at the entrance when they came in 6 minutes before the indicated time clock, this is really not possible! We were almost in line to buy tickets, so we could only half hour later than indicated time inside.

The venue is spectacular, but inside of palace was overcrowded, especially with people taking selfies obscuring the view of genuinely interested visitors. We were given the run-around with a mysterious rule regarding how often we could enter the gardens. Despite having been sent outside to go to the Dragon Gate by staff we were nearly not allowed back in after going to Trianon due to this being our "3rd" entry. Rules not clear and extended our walking route by about 1km for no good reason

Great to be able to bypass the queues as I have slight mobility problems. On entry I was asked if I would like to borrow one of the Palaces wheelchairs, I nearly said no as I didn't have someone with me to push me. I was really pleased I accepted the offer as I could push the wheelchair and then have frequent sits in it when I was tired. I had my driving license with me and was therefore able to hire a golf buggy to drive around the gardens.

The meeting point to enter the Louvre is unclear. I was unable to download my ticket. I couldn't download the audioguide. Receiving the information and ticket only the day before the visit is too little too late. The number given in the event of a problem only allows me to speak to someone who only speaks English. I would like to request a refund for the unused audio guide, which has failed to download. Yours sincerely

The ticket got us through the castle grounds easily. We were amazed that we still had to queue longer at the palace. Only a few fountains were visible to us early on in the gardens. We were very disappointed that no fountains were visible during the long time we were there. We also wished that we had at least been allowed to visit the Queen's Gardens.

The palace was amazing so much to see. The gardens were huge lots of walking involved or you can hire bikes or little cars if you're tired of walking. Don't forget to visit the two smaller palaces with their own gardens. Ideally you need 2 days to fully enjoy everything. I would highly recommend going if you're visiting Paris.

There aren't enough words to describe how beautiful the Palace of Versailles is. Grand, opulent, elegant, stunning, scenic are just a few. I totally recommend seeing it for yourself as photos could never do it justice. Tickets were easy to purchase through this app and everything went smoothly with no issues at all.

Way to many people were walking through the palace at the same time. There was no crow controll in the place and within the smaller corridors. It was not an enjoyable experience. In contrast the gardens were lovely but the major fountains were not functioning. Music being piped through was an nice idea.

if you visit 2 places on your trip it has got to be the Louvre and the Eiffel tower, we chose a guided tour of the tower and it was amazing! we went right to the top and enjoyed a glass of champagne! something very romantic about having a glass of champagne at sunset at the top of the eiffel tower!

Would recommend checking your tickets before going to Louvre. Also definetily be 1 hour before. Had a bit of difficulty finding my tickets, but got sorted in the end. So, definetily check if you see and download your tickets before coming to musem. Overall brilliant experience.

Very convenient way to make the reservation and access to the site. The palace and gardens are impressive. It is best to book the whole day to discover every corner. The only strange thing is that they warn that there may be pickpockets inside the palace.

Louvre entrance excellently organized and clear directions to the exhibits. Versailles disappointing. Firstly, too many visitors at the same admission time and secondly, unspectacular compared to other palace complexes (e.g. Schönbrunn).

Price was ok...i wasn't sure If i am going ti get my ticket at all...i made reservation 7 days ahead, but they could not provide me ticket untill 18 hours before the entrey. And i had to make some back up reservation and lost that money at the end.

Impossible lines, even with advance ticket reservations. We stood in a very long line in the rain and cold, with people packed into the museum like sardines. Everywhere, even inside the restrooms, there were lines. It was an unpleasant experience, of course, but the art, history, and beauty of the Louvre are unforgettable.

The castel was incredible! Everywhere beautyfull painting and furniture and the garden... I have not seen as beauty like this before. But need a few hour for the visit and not a restaurant or bar that you can buy water.

An essential visit to experience the grandeur of Louis XIV of France. We visited in September so although still very busy I felt we had time in the Palace to look around more without feeling too rushed. Enjoy

It was my first experience entering a Casrillo, it was very impressive, of course also painful to see how the kings lived and how the people lived. The wealth and the poor were very well defined.

Palace of Versailles is beautiful and a little bit quieter in the morning than in the afternoon. Louvre ok in the morning, totally overcrowded from 2pm. You just get pushed through.

The visit to the château was perfect, and we really enjoyed strolling around the gardens afterwards. We took a slot between 12 noon and 2 p.m. to avoid the crowds. There were still a lot of visitors, but that didn't stop us enjoying the place and immersing ourselves in it. However, I wouldn't be the first to recommend buying these tickets via Headout, as the price of their tickets is twice as expensive as on the official site, although they do allow access to slots that are sometimes more available on the official site. What's more, the app only informs us after payment that tickets will finally be received 24 hours before the actual day. We made a request to receive them faster, and it was fulfilled, however our tickets were in an unknown name, not ours, which generated a lot of stress in organizing and waiting for the vacation. I'd recommend going ahead and buying tickets on the château's website, which also gives you access to really good discounted rates for the options on offer. The Palace of Versailles is really big, you need 2 hours for the visit if you don't stop for each audioguide (it took us 2 hours without stopping), and the gardens are really huge and there are lots of things to discover, it's a really relaxing place.There are no means to eat, I found, it can be good to bring something to eat.

The ticketing experience was great. Easy to find my tickets on the app. Thankfully they were available offline, since Versailles had no wifi that I could find. The reason my review wasn't higher is that several of the fountains were off (only on on weekends?), the 150th anniversary exhibit was closed (also only on weekends), the State rooms where the famous David painting of Napoleon was closed ( don't know the reason), and the carriage house was closed. So we met disappointment several times. The app tour didn't mention any of these closures. What we did see was absolutely spectacular. Food was delicious and reasonably priced, workers were kind (although several didn't know much about the rooms they were working in), everything was very, very clean. Restrooms were sparse. Drinking fountains couldn't be found, security was easy. Overall, an amazing day at a world-class museum. Great job, France.

The queue was short as it was a timed visit. The map wasn't easy to navigate but was somewhat helpful. There was no way we could see everything so we did as much as possible and it was a great experience. Not all the paintings and art works had an audio guide recording which I think wouldn't be difficult to add to the app even few lines would be better than nothing. One last thing, I don't understand why the tickets arrived very late the night before the visit date. Despite the customer service reassuring me that it would come but I was still nervous about it. For future I suggest that you send them at least 48-72 hours in advance for the peace of mind of customers.

The tickets booked corresponded to the possible accesses to visit the Palace of Versailles and its surroundings. However, we only benefited (fortunately for us) from the official rate (€32.00) when we booked a special time slot....when you advertised the other time slots at higher rates.... The Versailles site offices find this situation highly unusual.... Finally, in our case, we were lucky enough to avoid a surcharge that would have left us with the bitter taste of having been "ripped off". In future, we'll be even more careful to ensure that we only visit sites officially recognized as such.

Versailles is a beautiful palace with impressive art. The staff on site were also very friendly and always courteous. However, you have to be aware that you will encounter a large number of visitors there who come from different cultural backgrounds and are socialized differently. All in all, however, it is highly recommended, with the corresponding stresses and strains. Incidentally, the ticket purchase worked very well and we received the tickets via the app and not, as described in the text, vouchers. All in all, absolutely flawless. Many thanks for that.

Versailles Palace and gardens are incredible, not to be missed! We certainly got our money's worth as we were there for 7 hours! It is well run and staff are friendly and helpful. There is a restaurant and a couple of snack bars one in the Palace and another in the gardens.lots of parking too. The palace is magnificent, we had audio guides which were reasonably priced and very informative and easy to use. The Gardens are Hugh but you can hire a golf buggy or there is a little train. All in all a fantastic day out.

A timeless wonder The Palace of Versailles is a masterpiece of elegance and grandeur. Each room tells the story of the French monarchy, with the Gallery of Mirrors as the highlight of the visit. The meticulously landscaped gardens are equally spectacular: fountains, statues and perfectly symmetrical avenues create a fairy-tale atmosphere. An iconic place to see at least once in a lifetime.

The Louvre is by far the largest museum we have ever visited as a family. It wasn't the Mona Lisa, but the variety and age of the really different exhibits that impressed us deeply. And in many of the works of art, the LOVE for detail speaks for itself. Really impressive. And we "only" visited the first level.

The headout teams can't be reached quickly. It's too complicated to get an answer to a question: for a question about tickets not received, I got a return e-mail 1 week after the event! Fortunately, the on-site service provider was more responsive and efficient. Overall we had a bad experience. We won't do it again.

The gardens of Versailles are splendid with the tickets we could do everything the grand trianon, the petit trianon, all the gardens and the visit of the castle nothing to say. The tickets arrived on the day of the visit, a few days before would have been preferable for my taste. This site is very reliable and I recommend it without hesitation.

I did not like having to go all the way around the grounds for a second access to the gardens. They do not allow access through the original access and send you to the gate of the dragons that is not exactly close. There there is no problem to access but the return is incomprehensible and absolutely dispensable. It is so tremendously absurd....

the visit to Versailles was fine, only we were not able to use the Premium Dining option at Versailles' Palace Restaurant La Flottille - no indication on the Versailles tickets; no separate tickets received either. we did organize our own lunch on site. Greetings Barbé family - Liessens

Ticketing with Headout was easy and efficient. Versailles was amazing and we could have easily spent the whole day there, instead of just 4 hours. Going early in the morning was a great idea as it got really busy as the day wore on. Just need to be aware that the line ups for female toilets are long during peak season.

The entrance to the castle was very good. Can only be recommended. Small criticism, the tickets did not come as announced 24 hours in advance by mail. Had to write an email where the tickets remain. A short time later got the tickets via WhatsApp as a pdf file.

Admission was not as described. You couldn't get in half an hour earlier as it was written when you bought your ticket. You were turned away to another queue and had to wait directly until the entrance indicated on the ticket.

I had to send out a reminder to obtain the tickets I had ordered. The chabot didn't understand the question relating to this case and the Question Answer doesn't address this situation either. Not easy to find out how to contact an advisor.

Unguided visit to the castle and gardens. About 3 h on the way. Enjoyed the splendor. Parking in front of the castle has its price. 20 eur for 4 h. A nice crowd, but not overwhelming. Well worth it

Too crowdy, not possible to look at the interesting points. Mainly the big groups are taken all the place, as result one can not go close to the objects. better should be to limit the amount of people in a group to e.g. 10.

The ticket process was very smooth. We spent the whole day at the palace. The gardens were stunning. The musical fountain show was most impressive. The ceilings were phenomenal. The room of mirrors was also a real treat.

The entrance to the castle was very well organized. Despite the long queue, entry was super quick. In the castle, as in the gardens, you could take all the time in the world to linger. I would gladly come again.

The visit to the Louvre was a great experience. Entry without queuing and waiting. The use of the audio guide was a bit annoying and confusing. We ended up switching it off. Too bad.

It was nice to visit the Louvre with the audio guide. This way you can follow their mapped out routes and saw the biggest sights. Good to get extra information at the museum.

Amazing experience. Please allow plenty of time to tour the palace and grounds. Rented a golf cart for an hour to tour the grounds. If on a time contraint I highly recommend the golf cart.

The ticketing experience was excellent. The E-tickets were delivered to my phone which made access at the entry / security point seem less. All in all I have only positive things to say.

Ease of access to the entire estate, including the Château de Versailles with its check-in time (no stress on arrival!), access to the gardens, the Trianons, and so on.

The places are exceptional. Certainly there are a lot of people and to enjoy the most famous works of art is very difficult due to the high number of visitors.
