Guide's provided information was not interesting except for the last one Ali Arslan who was a good guide. We had not enough time to visit Topkapi palace. Information provided by thé guide was useless. It was impossible to skip the guide as we had not individual ticket to enter the harem section. We couldn't see the treasures because visit of the blue mosk was planned just After. 2 hours in Topkapi is not enough time.

Arda did a great job! It always was interessting to listen to him. Topkapi palace was stunning and we liked this place a lot.
The schedule was clever as we started at the palace and had time for lunch afterwards.

Our first guide, Arda, who took us around the first two sites was fantastic. Really knowledgeable and went at the right pace.
However, our second guide, Martin rushed through explanations at the entrance to Topkapi palace, then used his QRs to scan us into the Harem and left. We hadn't actually been into any of the rooms or sites with him. He also pressured every one in the group to give him a tip before he left.

2 of the guides were excellent. The third one, that took us to Santa Sofia at 11:30 was very, very rude to one of the families on the group, the lady was almost in tears. I felt very uncomfortable and it spoilt the tour for me.

We had booked a package
Hagia Sophia + Blue Mosque and Topkapi Palace.
The two tours started at 10am and we had, according to the internet, 3 days to do them.
The first tour went smoothly.
Suddenly there were no tickets for the second tour!
Staff on site managed to get us into the 10am tour at the last moment.
That was unnecessary stress.
The procedure (3-day ticket) was not really clear to us and that it was a 3-day ticket was also not on our booking confirmation. It only stated the date of the first 3-day date, which caused us real problems.

The first guide Samet Akbulut was outstanding, friendly and thoughtful. He described the places in great detail making the tour very interesting.
The second guide, Martin, who took us to the Topkapi palace limited himself to a quick explanation near the explanatory signs; we could have simply read them to achieve the same result. To make matters worse, he politely asked for a tip which Samet did not dare to ask for. Shameful. Too bad, I would have given it full marks. Try not to lose people like Samet and go ahead and do without people like Martin if you want to raise the quality level of your offerings.

It's a scam: the guides can be very good ... or very bad and disappear after half an hour.
In any case, they know NOTHING about the program, which is impossible to keep.

The local tour operator changed the day before from 11 am to 10 am and our cruise ship did not dock until 9 am. Was told I could apply for a refund which they did not honor.
