The crew made it an experience. The waiters were very friendly and attentive.

I had booked the tour at the beginning of August as a boat trip through the Speicherstadt. The booking was confirmed. But I was put on a large ship and it only went through the harbor because several times as many tickets were sold for the boat tour. I think it's a scam that they sold loads of tickets for the boat trip on the same day (according to the fellow passengers on the boat that wasn't booked). The boat must have been fully booked before Saturday. I expect compensation!
