There were 25 people in the group .. When booked I had the impression it was a group of 12 to 14 people max . The guide gave us some interesting facts about the Eiffel Tower while waiting in the queue (which was most of the time) the time to queue to get through the first two entrances and then the two lifts (which was not the fault of the tour guide) there were so many people. However the tour guide leaves you on the second floor and you go to the summit yourself. The price if you buy your tickets online on the official site to go to the summit with the two lifts is 37 €. (obviously you have to do this at least 6 weeks in advance at peak times as there are only a certain amount of pre booked tickets available per day for sale) so basically the guided tour is 90 € per person.. I could have looked up the facts the guide gave us on wikipedia ... She was very pleasant but not worth the extra 53 € I paid.

This afternoon we visited the Eiffel Tower on a guided tour and it was a truly engaging experience. The guide was knowledgeable and passionate, able to tell historical trivia and interesting anecdotes that made the visit much more lively and less "touristy." The organization was on time and well managed, allowing us to avoid long waits. Climbing the Tower and admiring Paris from above, despite the cold weather, was exciting and evocative. A visit we absolutely recommend to really understand the symbolic and historical value of this iconic monument.

We always enjoy so much the magic of Disneyland. This Christmas, the decorations, the music, the projections, parades were spectacular! Made our Christmas so special. I have only one complaint, it was freezing so I wanted a hot chocolate to warm my hands and heart but there were ABSOLUTELY NO plant milks offered in the whole park. Please do better for those that are vegan and lactose intolerant.

We arrived at Disneyland on New Year's Day and everything was decorated in a New Year's style which created a very festive atmosphere. It was my son's birthday and he was given a name badge which was very nice. Both me and my son, of course, most of all liked the evening show with fireworks. The staff is really prepared to attend this kind of events. They are all very friendly, attentive and willing to help. The park is prepared for everyone to have events and not miss anything. The only thing you have to do is to prepare your exit because it can be complicated on Christmas days since places are closed and tired and the journey can be long for the children. The Christmas event could be a little earlier so everyone can enjoy it. Maybe there is a reason to do them at closing time. I was very skeptical of these types of parks and events. But I would go back.

These tickets were very easy to use. We got the the Louvre about 25 minutes early and were through the doors by 9:05am. If you are going for the Mona Lias though, I'd recommend getting there a bit earlier for the line as people literally ran to see her and get photos. The Louvre was great - just very difficult to navigate (even with holding a map in my hand and having a digital one on my phone). We spent about 3 hours here walking around, but it's definietly a whole day adventure, we just had other places to be. Museum fatigue is defineitly a struggle here, the food is quite expensive, and there's not a lot of places to sit, but we enjoyed our time nonetheless.

One thing I really enjoyed about my tour of the Eiffel tower, was the how punctual and orderly everything was. Our guide met us at exactly 2:15, the agreed upon time. From there we were taken very quickly to the Eiffel Tower where our guide, swiftly guided us through all the security checkpoints in an orderly manner. We were slightly late so did not have to queue - a bonus as we had queued for another Musee earlier in the pouring rain. Perhaps shelter over the queueing area for those waiting. Louvre was busy and layout quite confusing. Lots of stairs and long walks. However, we saw some Of the most fantastic and notable art works. Toilets were not in a good state. Some Out of order, long queues and actual facilities not very clean. The shopping mall under the Louvre was a surprise and had a good range of shops, restaurants, etc.

The Palace & gardens were very ornate & spectacular. Only issue was with access. There was an electricity failure which meant venue was not able to open. We were originally told to come back next day or request refund. Later that day the venue opened, but too late for us due to other commitments. We returned next day and there was confusion as to where to queue/ how to access. Most, but not all, staff were helpful. Once entered, the venue was very interesting.

Good and nice guide. However, she left us after we waited in line forever and finally got to the second floor. Had thought she would gather the group and tell us more. The elevator up to the third floor was closed due to technical errors, which no one can help of course. The question is whether it was worth paying 700 Sek person (one of which was a child) for a nice guide to entertain us in the mile-long queue?

I went to the palace at 1:30pm. It was easy to get in with my ticket. I only paid $24 to see both the palace and gardens and it was well worth the price. The food is reasonably priced. Since I did go recently, yesterday, in the month of November everything like fountains were not running. Overall, truly liked the experience I had and would visit another time of the year.

Our family had an amazing time at Disneyland Paris! We went with our 6-year-old, and it truly felt like a dream come true. The park is bright, clean, and full of Disney magic everywhere you look. Our child loved meeting Mickey, Minnie, and the princesses — they were so friendly! The rides were perfect for families, with fun ones like “Peter Pan” , " Snow White and the 7 dwarfs" and exciting ones for grown-ups too. The parades and shows were beautiful and made our child’s eyes light up with joy. The food was good, and there were lots of choices for kids. The only hard part was waiting in long lines, but it was worth it and we used Fast lane service for Peter Pan. Disneyland Paris gave us memories we’ll never forget — pure happiness for the whole family!

This is a good combo and we can choose to visit on a seperate day and time. For both tours, bring our own ear phones fully charged. We received the links like a day or 2 before the tour. The link shows the top 10 attractions for the Lourve Museum and each has an interesting commentary. Once we located the painting or sculpture, hit the audio to listen. I wish the link tells us where are the top 10 valued exhibits are, which hall and level. We had to look for them and it isn't easy when the museum is most times crowded. Fortunately we found 7 out of 10 in one wing out of the 3 wings in the museum. Each wing takes min 2 hrs to view. So we need to spend a whole day there otherwise focus on whichever wing by studying the map first before u visit. For Versailles, it is as crowded and again this place need a whole day fm 9.30am to 5.30pm if you want to enjoy the main gallery, Trianon gallery and the gardens. The audio commentaries in Versailles are more useful if we study the link before visit and shortlist what we want to listen to in order not to be overwhelmed and not know where to begin. If you only have 3-4 hrs to spare, do the main gallery and the gardens. Collect the physical map outside the gardens entrance. The map shows a route highlighted in red to different checkpoints in the gardens and this walk takes 2 hrs. For spring and autumn you really should walk in the beautiful gardens. If summer, it will be too hot to cover the entire greenery or too cold in winter. If you don't enjoy arts much, you still musnt miss Versailles palace. It is worth the trip!

We reached at the venue 20 minutes ago but initially had trouble finding the guide. The chat support was also not useful and the call did not work. It would have been nicer if some more details about the guide and the time of meeting would also be specified more clearly. The tour time mentioned on our ticket was 8:30 PM, however, the guide informed that it will be 9:00 PM. The expectation was that the guide will tell about the history but he only escorted us to the second floor and left after that. Overall, paying double the amount of the money of the ticket did not feel worth it as we anyways had to wait for almost an hour to get to the Eiffel and initially we had to take the stress of not finding the guide.

I’d rate it 7 out of 10. We also visited Hong Kong Disneyland back in 2016, and I noticed that they had more rides and a livelier atmosphere there. But since the child I was with was visiting Disneyland for the first time, she was so happy and excited throughout the day, and seeing her enjoy everything made the experience worth it. I just want to comment on the fireworks show (Disney Tales of Magic). It was quite underwhelming compared to the one in Hong Kong Disneyland ... the effects, timing, and overall energy felt a bit lacking. Although there were really many people at the entrance, entry was quick and easy via an extra line. The castle itself was very impressive, although the crowds often blocked the view and you just had to walk along with the masses. They funnel them in from one room to another.....began to hyperventilate and one of the employees had to assist me outside. At the time I booked the headout ticket, the ticket through the regular route was already a lot more expensive. So that was already a big plus in the first place. Everything went perfectly with the ticket. I was also able to pay a little later which was very convenient for my plans. The visit to Disneyland was fantastic. Magical. Outside of two activities nowhere I had to wait longer than 25 minutes. Saw The Lion King show: fantastic! And worth the wait. Changeable weather but even that was totally okay. Very nice experience. We also followed a walking tour (organised in the official app), which I would recommend. Afterwards you can still explore on your own. We had a payed guided tour to summit. One of our group members lost her ticket after the security entrance so the guide told us she will send an sms to the people at the agency to send her the ticket to enter the elevator. Since the elevator was close to the security entrance and we didn't want to make a problem for the group, we asked wouldn't it be better if she made the direct call and manage everything in few seconds. She answered it's ok, when they see the message they will respond. That resulted in our friend having to wait at the bottom not knowing what would happen and the guide made us others go up to 2nd floor because we were part of the group. But when we arrived up there she told we have to wait now for our friend so we were stuck waiting near the elevator. So we were divided, lost a group member, couldn't wander around at least at the 2nd floor and the guide said goodbye now, the group just proceeded without us. The guide even made 2 of our friends (while climbing up with the elevator) scan her code and give her 5 stars "because she put so much effort in helping our friend" (who was stuck at the bottom waiting for the ticket). She even looked at one of our friends' phone during review writing and typed in lots of hearts for herself in the comments which we found pretty aggressive. So it was a bitter sweet experience. We didn't hear practically anything about the eiffel tower so it was an expensive expreience for just getting up there. On the other hand, the internet ticket system is easy to do, the girls in the agency where we registrated were really polite, we passed the security fast and the eiffel tower and the view is of course beautiful. But I think it would be easier to just buy tickets for self entrance and read some info about it on the internet.

We visited Versailles on the 28/09/2025. The booking was convenient. We booked for 9.30 timed entry. Even then it was very busy. The palace was amazing and was well worth the line up. However sometimes you were in a line just to move from room to room. The gardens were spectacular. We saw the musical fountains which my kids loved. We planned for half a day but ended up staying the whole day. Some advice for future travellers 1. If planning to spend the day bring your own food. The food is ridiculously expensive. 2. Toilets use the ones in the courtyard. We were in a 30 min line up just to use toilets inside the palace. Later we saw the outside toilets which were not crowded. 3. If I were to come back again I would do the gardens first and plan the palace for late afternoon. The crowds are less then. Overall it was a great experience and something not to be missed if visiting Paris.

We had tickets for the time slot 3:00 – 6:30 PM. However, at 5:30 PM, when we wanted to leave the Grand Canal and return through the gardens in order to reach the exit and go back to the parking lot, we were denied re-entry to the gardens. Instead, we were forced to walk around, through the town, which made our return much more difficult and inconvenient. In addition, I was asked to pay an extra €11 for my 10-year-old daughter to access the gardens, even though I had already provided her age when purchasing the tickets and it was clearly stated that admission was free for children. It turned out that the free admission only applied to the Palace, not the gardens, which was not made clear during the booking process. It would be very helpful if these restrictions and additional charges were communicated more clearly in advance, so that visitors can plan their visit accordingly.

Firstly, it is not ideal for the tickets to the palace to be sent less than 24 hours before the event. We booked months ago, and in the event had to chase Headout for the tickets the da before. As we were touring 2 weeks beforehand, it isn't always convenient to have to download on the hoof. Also there was no mention of where La Flotille restaurant was and this would have been helpful. There was a general lack of information with the tickets as to exactly what this included (everything, as it turns out), but we had to research last minute (once we received tix) to see if it included the visit to the Trianon estate. The Palace, of course is stunning, queues were long and no shade if you were on your own and wanted to queue. Overall a lovely place to visit, it's just the ticket and information prior to visit that isn't ideal.

I only had a few hours in Disneyland but it was the best few hours I had in my life. I was a solo traveller. It will be an experience I will never forget. From walking through American Parade, soaking up the live bustling music , facing my fears on thunder mountain, taking selfies with Disney characters, taking in the magnificent view of the castle, getting lost and found into Alice and Wonderland Maze and going into Captin of the Caribbean for my dinner. I had a whale of a time. Pardon the Pun. Thank you so much for making me smile today .

The venue is spectacular, but inside of palace was overcrowded, especially with people taking selfies obscuring the view of genuinely interested visitors. We were given the run-around with a mysterious rule regarding how often we could enter the gardens. Despite having been sent outside to go to the Dragon Gate by staff we were nearly not allowed back in after going to Trianon due to this being our "3rd" entry. Rules not clear and extended our walking route by about 1km for no good reason

Great to be able to bypass the queues as I have slight mobility problems. On entry I was asked if I would like to borrow one of the Palaces wheelchairs, I nearly said no as I didn't have someone with me to push me. I was really pleased I accepted the offer as I could push the wheelchair and then have frequent sits in it when I was tired. I had my driving license with me and was therefore able to hire a golf buggy to drive around the gardens.

The ticket got us through the castle grounds easily. We were amazed that we still had to queue longer at the palace. Only a few fountains were visible to us early on in the gardens. We were very disappointed that no fountains were visible during the long time we were there. We also wished that we had at least been allowed to visit the Queen's Gardens.

We were lucky enough to enter the park before everyone. The aura was amazing, the design, the music, the characters were fabulous. We really had a great time there. Food is mostly overpriced, so I would recommend to bring with yourselves. The waiting ques are long, at most of the famous trips, but if you are ready to spend your whole day here you can finish the whole park.

The guide was very soft spoken and really only addressed the people closest to her. She also didn't seem to notice if there people missing or fell behind. The rainy weather didn't help, but we could actually hear another guide better even though he was a distance from us and he was interacting with everyone in the group rather than those immediately in front.

It was just awesome. When we reached the top of Eiffel Tower the sun was setting and the views were beautiful. Then when we finally went down the lights were on the Tower and then the twinkling started. It was just perfect and Manualla was so helpful and gave us great insight into the history of the Tower, and also made it fun. If was a wonderful evening.

The palace was amazing so much to see. The gardens were huge lots of walking involved or you can hire bikes or little cars if you're tired of walking. Don't forget to visit the two smaller palaces with their own gardens. Ideally you need 2 days to fully enjoy everything. I would highly recommend going if you're visiting Paris.

The guys were very nice. The Meeting point, however, was on the other side of the Seine, on the street. Not even a curtain, a stall. When buying, they talked about visiting Eiffel's office, instead you can see it from the window. Overall, nice tower, but next time I will buy the ticket directly from the Tower.

I was able to avoid the long queue thanks to my arrival by public transport at 8.10am. Opening time is 9am, so we were in the first 10. With the purchase of my tickets, I didn't have the audioguide option, unfortunately. I was able to discover a huge part of it thanks to the possibility of entering and exiting, but only under the glass pyramid so that I could eat. I'd like to add that it's preferable to specify this option, as we visited all the floors in 6 hours, but didn't linger over all the paintings. A very interesting place to visit is the basement of the Louvre, to explain how the structure began. A very pleasant visit. The G elevator is a must if you have a stroller and want to move more easily from floor to floor.

The meeting point was clearly communicated and the tour operators were organized and knew what they were doing. It seemed a little excessive to be there 30 minutes before tour time but it wasn't as we were there at opening and the lines were forming quickly. They kept us all together and explained the entry process well, including two different security/bag checks. The skip-the-line was helpful as tower security helped ensure that our group was able to proceed and they detained people trying to move ahead without that option. Sharon was our group guide and she was very knowledgeable and kept up with all of us even while she explained all the history of the tower. It was a great experience and I recommend Experience First for your tours. And be sure to book tickets to the Summit (by elevator). It's awesome up there.

Early morning the line was long but Fortune knew to take us to gate 2 whick was moving and less crowded. This was a FANTASTIC TOUR thanks to the tour guide Fortune, he was funny, knowledgeable was able to give us a wealth of knowledge and fascinated facts about the Eiffel Tower. We had tickets for 12.30pm. Everything was well organized and admission began shortly after 12 noon. Despite the time slot, we had to wait about 15 minutes to get into the castle. We were amazed by the castle! Totally beautiful and huge. The garden was also breathtaking. Luckily we had comfortable shoes on because the gardens were worth the many steps! We spent the whole day there. Nice that we still got tickets.

It was amazing experience. Although I went on weekday, it was still crowded in the main park. I waited nearly an hour for each game. The highlighted were: Peter Pan, "it's a small world", Pirates of Carribean, Haunted Mansion. The last show with firework were fantastic. I recommend to stay until the last show around 10.40pm in the summer. Definitely come back next time

The visit to the château was perfect, and we really enjoyed strolling around the gardens afterwards. We took a slot between 12 noon and 2 p.m. to avoid the crowds. There were still a lot of visitors, but that didn't stop us enjoying the place and immersing ourselves in it. However, I wouldn't be the first to recommend buying these tickets via Headout, as the price of their tickets is twice as expensive as on the official site, although they do allow access to slots that are sometimes more available on the official site. What's more, the app only informs us after payment that tickets will finally be received 24 hours before the actual day. We made a request to receive them faster, and it was fulfilled, however our tickets were in an unknown name, not ours, which generated a lot of stress in organizing and waiting for the vacation. I'd recommend going ahead and buying tickets on the château's website, which also gives you access to really good discounted rates for the options on offer. The Palace of Versailles is really big, you need 2 hours for the visit if you don't stop for each audioguide (it took us 2 hours without stopping), and the gardens are really huge and there are lots of things to discover, it's a really relaxing place.There are no means to eat, I found, it can be good to bring something to eat.

I have to congratulate you for what you did there at Disneyland! Bravo! I booked 3 tickets online, it was simple. (I didn't know you also had a hotel inside the park. You should have displayed this on your booking page). I quickly received confirmation, the Query codes and the booking details by email. I went with my 11-year-old nephew and my daughter (the nephew's mother). We got there, we had covered parking and paid for in the reservation. Although it was crowded, we quickly passed the hand luggage and ticket control. When I entered the park, my breath was taken away! the flowers, the colors, the fountain, the music from the loudspeaker, the benches and the castle in front enchanted me! I should mention that I am an adult past my early youth! I have visited many beautiful places in my life, but there is something special! A real city from another century, colorful houses, many tourist attractions / themes, shops, street vendors with nice things. I felt a joy, a happiness that is hard to express in words. The show with Minnie and her gang amplified the emotions. Although there were a lot of people, it was clean, the staff very kind and nice. I can say that I liked MAXIM! I will definitely come back.

However, at times her kindness to a few clients came at the expense of the rest of the group. Some guests did not read the instructions about the meeting point, so we had to wait for them at the entrance. Others continually slowed us down as we tried to move through the crowds and stay together. Marcel spent a lot of time waiting for them or going back to find them. Additionally, some people had not booked tickets to the top, and she tried to sort this out for them. Unfortunately, while she was handling this issue, the rest of us were already in line to go up—and we never saw her again. The small amount of information she did share was wonderful, but I feel we missed out on learning much more about the tower because of these repeated delays. The ticketing experience was great. Easy to find my tickets on the app. Thankfully they were available offline, since Versailles had no wifi that I could find. The reason my review wasn't higher is that several of the fountains were off (only on on weekends?), the 150th anniversary exhibit was closed (also only on weekends), the State rooms where the famous David painting of Napoleon was closed ( don't know the reason), and the carriage house was closed. So we met disappointment several times. The app tour didn't mention any of these closures. What we did see was absolutely spectacular. Food was delicious and reasonably priced, workers were kind (although several didn't know much about the rooms they were working in), everything was very, very clean. Restrooms were sparse. Drinking fountains couldn't be found, security was easy. Overall, an amazing day at a world-class museum. Great job, France.

My two children liked the Hyperspace the best, as a mother I liked the roller coaster the best, where you went through the water once and the parades were great. Unfortunately, we missed seeing more Disney characters close to the visitors. We only saw Donald and Daisy dancing. Otherwise they ran past with Watchmen. We were always sent away during the photo queues. That was disappointing. The final show was great, but afterwards there was a mass rush for the exit, not well resolved. We got lost in the crowd and I fell over a high kerb that you overlook in the crowd. Definitely needs to be reconsidered with the routing of the crowd.

It actually makes more sense to buy tickets in advance. There are 2 entrances. The queue at the pyramid to buy tickets was up to the moon. The one for tickets already booked was empty. You should really bring plenty of time if you want to see all the areas at your leisure. It's a bit confusing in the palace itself because the rooms and floors merge seamlessly. Without a plan, you're almost lost. It is really worthwhile if you want to see the many masterpieces. Only the Mona Lisa area could be handled differently. It's all pushing and shoving although everyone gets the chance to see it. You need patience and nerves of steel.

So many great pieces to look at, you're overwhelmed, but you can fill up on culture and art for weeks or months in one day. Only four stars because of one point of criticism. Point of criticism! Only 2 (two). Cafés are included in the Louvre itself. These are of course totally overcrowded. With a stay of 5-8 hours and crowds of people, a better concept should be worked on for this. Vending machines with snacks like in the train stations would be enough. The already plentiful staff could then keep an eye on it. Then maybe they wouldn't almost fall asleep...

Once we figured out how to get around, it was an interesting and spectacular visit in the variety of artistic, historical and cultural artifacts. To be improved is the entrance ticket: it would be more convenient to receive in the foreground the entrance code avoiding the unnecessary and (time wasting), steps to the pdf. Also to be improved is the information on the distribution of spaces in and out of the various sections and the places to refresh and rest, to avoid tiring unnecessary laps, the museum being an immense labyrinth.

Versailles Palace and gardens are incredible, not to be missed! We certainly got our money's worth as we were there for 7 hours! It is well run and staff are friendly and helpful. There is a restaurant and a couple of snack bars one in the Palace and another in the gardens.lots of parking too. The palace is magnificent, we had audio guides which were reasonably priced and very informative and easy to use. The Gardens are Hugh but you can hire a golf buggy or there is a little train. All in all a fantastic day out.

The crowd managing was very proffessional. there were different queues for different times so it went very smooth despite there being tons of people. The security is also very organised. In the Museus itself there are lots of sitting spaces so even if you get tired you can quickly recharge and get back to exploring. Our only mistake was to get afternoon tickets, as the museium closed at 6 and there still was a lot left to see. If you manage I recommend getting early morning tickets.

Think carefully about how much you really want to go up the Eiffel Tower. Even with skip the line guided tour tickets, you are crammed alongside hundreds of others and it's pretty torturous queuing every inch of the way.
