We used go dubai company with the guide of Najam.From the first minute to the end point of the night he guide as and welcomed us really well. The experience with 4*4 massive jeep safari was breathtaking and he helped us not to scammed by overpricings as well so really thats the experience we have to get from any tour company ,many thanks to Najam.

I had an amazing desert safari experience with our guide Yasir Bukhari. He was very professional, friendly, and made the whole trip unforgettable. From the thrilling dune bashing to the beautiful photo stops in the desert, everything was organized perfectly. Yasir was patient, helpful, and really cared about making sure we enjoyed every moment. The safari was so fun. We were accompanied by Ranjit, he was so good at driving around the dunes and guided so well all through out the safari. Such a memorable experience overall.

The best part about desert experience was our guide Yasir who made it memorable. He was calm, kind, interactive and made sure we were comfortable the entire 6 hours. I would recommend him any other other day. The car was clean and comfortable.

Mr. Yasir was an excellent host. He maintained constant communication before our arrival, keeping us informed, and arrived at the pickup location right on time. From there, he took us to the safari, sharing interesting information along the way and earning our complete trust. He drove the Land Cruiser with impressive skill and experience, which made us feel safe and relaxed. He also arranged everything for us — from ATV rides to camel rides — and even dropped us off at our preferred location. Overall, he was fantastic, and we would be delighted to have him as our host for our next adventure.

The entire experience was truly incredible! From start to finish, Yasir made sure everything was comfortable and enjoyable. He was not only extremely kind and approachable but also an exceptionally skilled pilot, which made the ride feel smooth and safe. His professionalism and friendly nature added so much value to the experience, making it truly unforgettable.

It was listed as all-inclusive. Drinks were only available from 7:30 p.m. In addition, the soft drinks were mixed with water, making them undrinkable. The on-site staff insisted on over-consuming for a fee (upgrades cost 50 AED per person...). The meal wasn't good at all. A big disappointment, apart from the activities.

Everything was impeccably organized. Ranjit is a true professional, an excellent driver, and exceptionally kind and helpful. I would certainly recommend considering the VIP seats, as the price difference is minimal, and the overall experience is significantly enhanced.

We liked the experience a lot. It was easy booking it from headout. Thanks mainly to our tour guide Nazam. He was right on time for each schedule and made sure we are back on time to hotel. Also, explained in detail on what to expect at each stop. He was very attentive in driving and gave a great first time dune bashing experience.

The experience in the desert is unique, they pick you up at the hotel, they are always aware that everything is correct, Najam's professionalism and attention is what makes everything ok, comfortable, excellent driver and is always aware of everything.

For the price good experience, dunes and truck fun. They could let you take pictures at sunset, when we got to the camels the sun was no longer visible. The camp with regular food

Overall, the experience was total satisfactory, particularly with Mr. Najam, a professional Dune bash driver who provided an exhilarating desert ride in a four-wheel drive vehicle. Despite the arid desert setting, the Atlanta tourism desert dance show and buffet provided an enjoyable experience.

We had an incredible experience of desert safari, our tour driver Mr. Najam were very professional, made the drive very comfortable and full of fun during sand bashing. Our group consisted of one senior citizen and one infant but Mr. Najam made it very comfortable and everybody enjoyed... At Atlanta it was a good show in the evening.. Only thing is the dinner which was very average.. Overall it was a nice experience..

Honestly, his dune bashing skills were on par with Yazeed Al-Rajhi, the current Dakar Rally champion – thrilling, smooth, and so much fun! Sandboarding was also an unforgettable experience – I highly recommend everyone to give it a go. After the adventure in the dunes, the camp experience was also great. The guide sucks He was rude and unpleasant

Firstly, the so-called desert is right on Dubai's doorstep, with houses and roads just a few metres away.... Everything is done to make you pay extras. The guide practically forced us to take the quad bike excursion, which costs €95 for 3 children... The camel ride lasts 1 minute, if you want to do more you have to pay.... When we arrived at the so-called campsite, we had to add 50 Aed per person to be able to sit more comfortably and have access to the barbecue shown on the photos presenting the excursion... The guide, Mohamed, was unpleasant and unsociable. He didn't say a word to us during the trip...

Spent more time in the car then the experience

There was no refreshments during or before the dune bashing. The place where the driver took us was all crowded my marketing people. We were kind of forced to buy 2 scalfs worth around 100 AED which is very expensive. We had to buy water for 10AED, we were expecting that to be provided the host/driver. Secondly, we never saw arabic/got arabic coffee and the food provided were very worst. Overall it's a decent experience, driver did a good job of picking, dropping and performing dune bashing.

The good thing we're extra to pay. The money you spend for having good fun is 5 to 8 time the initial price. At the place we're you get the dinner, you were yelled an VIP ticket. If you not take the VIP, you have to wait for 2 hours for the food. The price for a beer is 10 Euro sic! And for paying VIP you get disturbed by lots of people that want sell you things. The performance of the actors was good. The food was also good.

The good thing was that the driver was experienced , but was not interactive . Unlimited water and refreshment at the camp was promised but nothing like this was there in reality. At the first stop only one water bottle per person was provided. No refreshment at the first stop. The refreshment at the first stop , available by purchase, was very poor quality. I purchased juice very bad quality for 30 AED. After the drive in desert we paused at a shop which readily provided water and juices which at first appreared to be for free but surprizingly we were asked to pay exorbitant cost . At the camp another surpize, we were not provided anything upon arrival but were asked to pay additional 50 AED per person to join ongoing BBQ buffet dinner with extra dishers, else wait until 8 PM for dinner where we were told to take food only once, not to top up any dish in the plate second time. The food was average quality and BBQ chicken was poorly made.The fried refreshment before dinner was extremely bad and not worth eating. Heena painting is complete cheating where the heena painting is done on one hand a very small design, any thing more is available for payment. Camel ride is also a joke, very small and for few moments only. The dance program was good. Not recommended.

What we were sold as a family-friendly Dubai safari was in reality a disturbing and potentially criminal situation that no family should be exposed to. Let’s be absolutely clear: 🔴 The driver/guide behaved in a highly inappropriate and suspicious manner, repeatedly asking our 7-year-old child disturbing and unnecessary questions, including “What is the nationality of those people?” and “Where are you from?”. This kind of behaviour is unacceptable and dangerous. We do not expect our children to be approached by strangers with probing questions on a supposedly reputable tour. It is predatory, criminal-like behaviour, and we are considering escalating this to legal authorities and child protection services. 🔴 The guide had zero training, gave no information about the safari or the schedule, and simply dumped us at each spot without any explanation. We were left standing in desert heat with nowhere to sit, no refreshments, and no idea what was happening next. 🔴 The so-called BBQ dinner was inedible – tasteless, dry, cold. “Unlimited refreshments” was a lie – not even water was provided. We had to carry our own bottles. When kids tried to sip water in the car, the driver shouted saying “No drinking in the car!”. What kind of tour is this? 🔴 The entertainment was rushed and chaotic, the camel ride lasted barely a few seconds, and the photo opportunities were skipped entirely. We didn’t receive half the items promised in the itinerary. It’s blatant false advertising. This tour is a scam, and Headout should be held responsible for allowing such operators to handle guests. We are filing a formal complaint with the UAE Embassy in London and escalating this matter with Dubai Tourism Authority. 👉 Dubai, you want tourism? Then clean up your act. Allowing untrained, unsafe and possibly criminal people to guide tourists — especially families with children — is a disgrace. You’re ruining your own reputation. Absolutely disgusting experience. Avoid this tour at all costs.

The desert safari experience was awesome, we had such a cool driver/guide Ranjit, who was super helpful and cool. He gave us a reminding experience. Super!!!! The show and the BBQ were also very good. We also tried the Quad bike experience and we loved it.

The entire program was very well organized, and we thoroughly enjoyed it. Yasir, our guide, was very kind and communicative—he was attentive throughout the entire experience and shared a lot of interesting information with us. We can only recommend Yasir—thank you for the wonderful experience!

The dune bashing experience was exhilarating so we're the performances at the location. However the food was below average quality.

Our driver connected with us through WhatsApp and came to pick us up from our Hotel. Everything went easy and we had a lot of fun during this Safari trip. Meanwhile there are a lot of opportunities such as fire show, belly dancing, bbq buffet and sandboarding. Highly recommend!

It was fun especially with Mr. Yasir Bukhari who drove us through dune bashing and made us thrilled. Budget friendly experience is not good as such, for better experience VIP pass is better tp avoid nuisance of rush for food and drinks. Over all awesome.

Only I think that is very crowded, too many people in the bbq place and the experiences specifically there was very fast. The line to get the coffee it was very crowded and didnt look clean it.

It was a successful and well-organized trip. Our guide Ahmed was very professional and kind, taking care of everyone and every detail.

Safari did not meet my expectations. We drove for a very long time just to wait an hour idly for those willing to ride quads (half of the tour was waiting). To ride camels, which were included in the price, you had to wait in a very long queue. In the desert it was hard to take pictures without buildings in the background... out of a six-hour trip, two hours are for attractions. The remaining time is spent driving or waiting in lines.

Awesome Desert ride with an extremely friendly and forthcoming driver. The Buffet was out of this world as well as the fire show.
