Just got back from an amazing desert safari, and it was such a blast! We had an absolutely fantastic time out there, soaking up all the scenery. Honestly, I'd give it a solid four stars for the overall experience. My only minor gripe would be that the food didn't quite hit the mark for me. Still, definitely worth the trip though!

I loved everything. It was an amazing family adventure. Our tour guide Sadeem was so paitient with us when we were late, and the agency was gracious enough to accomodate picking us up from another location than earlier stated. We enjoyed visisting the beautiful desert for the first time and all the activities that came with it. Our guide encouraged us to do the activities that we were hesitant to do saying, "This is once in a lifetime experience you must have when you visit the dessert." The quad bike ride was fun, and exciting. I was apprehensive at first, but with time I got the hang of it. The dune ride was exhilerating and the highlight of the day was the night time activities, the camel rides, the barbeque dinner and show. Also, it was nice to be dropped off apartment safely afterwards.

The guy picked us up from the hotel at the appointed time. We felt taken care of the whole time, but I can't miss the gesture that Syed Mohib did for us: my daughter had a birthday the next day, after we had already sat down to dinner, he came and asked me to tell him the child's name, after which there was an announcement from the host, who congratulated my daughter on her birthday. A little later, Syed Mohib came with a box in which there was a cake for the child's birthday. I can say that the experience with the jeeps on the dunes was great, the food, the show and everything related to the Desert Safari was unique, but what we will never forget is that Syed made our daughter the happiest that evening. Thank you Syed for everything!

A desert Safari is a must do experience if you visit Dubai. What made this even better for us was it driver Najam. My father has issues with mobility and Najam noticed this and was immediately very considerate and ensured his comfort throughout. He made sure my dad sat in the front passenger seat , advised us to reseve our preferable before most of the other guests arrived before we won't on with other activities. Also made sure that during the Safari, my aunt (who is also elderly) was seated in the 2nd passenger row and not the 3rd as that is where you get thrown around a lot and is suited for fitter individuals . All in all, we have a seamless experience back and forth , thanks to Najam :)

We had an extraordinary experience. Najam was our guide and driver, a very kind person, who proved to be a real support for the trip. He introduced us to the desert, drove perfectly for our adrenaline, guided and supported us in the camps. Thanks to him, I also drove a buggy through the desert dunes and it was one of the most interesting experiences of my family, who accompanied me on the route. The program was identical to the one presented in the offer, recommending that in the camp where you have lunch, you opt for VIP, paying an additional fee of about 50AED. Everything was very well organized. The dune driving was the best. I know that the stop to the quads is necessary but for me it would have been great to skip that part if not contracted in advance. The camp is ok if you pick up the VIP which is an extra but must better seats and you are alone seating would recommend. Our driver was Aldo very kind, well driver and Better photograph. I had an unpleasant experience with the seating situation in the Car. I booked for 5 tickets but the guide prioritized the other 2 we shared with, I was seated at the back and was not able to breath because it was really tight. The experience on site was excellent so far I just notice that the quick stop on dunes for photoshoot are not done anymore. The guide was helpful anyways and considerate for the waiting time.

I personally like the tradisional tanoura dance and fire show. It is spectacular.. The Quad bike is adventure.Tour guide, Syed Najam is attentive and good in time management and care about safety. It is convenient with hotel pick up and transfer. Just need to improve the Arabic costume as it is limited choice and no guid on wearing. Perhaps camel ride can be slightly longer without compromise animal welfare.

It was listed as all-inclusive. Drinks were only available from 7:30 p.m. In addition, the soft drinks were mixed with water, making them undrinkable. The on-site staff insisted on over-consuming for a fee (upgrades cost 50 AED per person...). The meal wasn't good at all. A big disappointment, apart from the activities.

Our evening desert safari was an incredible experience from start to finish. The highlight of the trip was not just the stunning landscape or thrilling activities, but the exceptional service we received from our guide, Ranjit. The dune bashing was exciting and well-paced, offering both adventure and amazing views of the desert. We also had the chance to try quad biking, which added an extra layer of fun to the evening. At the desert camp, we enjoyed camel rides, henna painting, and sandboarding, followed by a delicious BBQ dinner with plenty of options. The live entertainment—especially the belly dancing and tanoura show—was vibrant and engaging. What really stood out was the thoughtful gesture from Ranjit—he surprised us with a complimentary Red Dunes Desert Safari, which took the entire experience to another level. Safari did not meet my expectations. We drove for a very long time just to wait an hour idly for those willing to ride quads (half of the tour was waiting). To ride camels, which were included in the price, you had to wait in a very long queue. In the desert it was hard to take pictures without buildings in the background... out of a six-hour trip, two hours are for attractions. The remaining time is spent driving or waiting in lines.

The process was smooth and simple - exactly as it should be ... after confirming we got an email with the relevant details, the driver contacted us and pick up and return was on time. The event (Desert Safari) itself was pleasant and alot of fun ... plenty of activities and photo opps for very nice memories ... the complaints (more focused on organizers not Headout) is the excessive over-sale ... non-stop since we stepped in until we left were harassed by the sales people on every single step ... in the end it might have been also better to chose the more expensive trip option that included a few of the "pay to access" activities ... hope the organizer can control the sales people or re-organize things differently ... I was with my wife trying to have a little couple time and got interuppted non-stop by them coming one after the other each trying to sell shihsa, juice, ice cream, 10 extra minutes of camel ride, falcon photo, general photos, scarfs, souvenirs, vape, etc etc etc ... it was fxxxking tiring ... in the end we had to act as the "arrogant white tourists" who shouted at the poot workers to leave them alone ... but what else would you do? but the events themselves were fun ... in the end we have a lovely evening and indeed recommend for visitors to Duba it experience it ...

The Dubai Frame is quite impressive. For the safari, the experience is really great! Our guide, Ahmed, was very friendly. The only downside was that we were stopped in a place where they just asked us for money to sell us things. We stayed there for 20 minutes doing nothing, only to get back on the road. Once at the safari, we have to pay extra for a camel ride that lasts longer than a minute, we have to pay for photos, we have to pay to reserve our table for a better buffet, and so on. After paying all the extras, the experience is memorable and the buffet is excellent!

I liked our guide, camels, driving in the desert, food, show. Was good, But it all took a lot of time. First, we were brought an hour earlier to the parking ,where they offered to ride a quad bike for extra money,then we went to the desert and waited 2 hours again. This tour could have been made shorter , not from2-8, without waiting. If you have enough time, I recommend it, but if you don't have much time, don't waste your day, because take from 2-8. But you waited on the round 3 hours.

Booking with Headout was really quick and painless. The experience itself was great. Pickup and drop off to hotel was good and on time. Dune bashing could have been better is driver drove faster! Desert camp experience was superb. Would highly recommend to purchase VIP pack - better seating and more variety of food. Entertainment was fantastic and watching the guys spin made me dizzy! Overall, a fantastic experience and a must do when in Dubai.

We got to experience everything that the desert can give us (dune bashing, camel ride, dancing, fire show, amazing food), but please note that both dune bashing and camel riding was a very short experience. As it wasn't our first time going to the desert for us it was perfectly enough and we enjoyed every minute of it. The show and the end was very entertaining. I also suggest to pay for the VIP dinner experience as you will have more time to enjoy the food.

An Unforgettable Experience with an Amazing Driver! I recently went on a Dubai Desert Safari, and I cannot recommend it enough! From start to finish, the experience was seamless and thrilling, but what truly made it special was our incredible driver/ guide, Mr. Soni. He was not only professional but also extremely knowledgeable about the desert. His driving skills during the dune bashing were superb—he navigated the towering sand dunes with precision and care, making the experience both exhilarating and safe. It was obvious that he had extensive experience and knew the desert like the back of his hand. He also took the time to share interesting facts about the local wildlife and history, which added so much to the adventure. Beyond that, he was friendly and attentive to our needs throughout the entire tour, ensuring we had the best spots for photos and that we were always comfortable. He truly went above and beyond to make this an unforgettable experience.

The dune bashing was good. But the overall experience was not as expected. The guide delayed us at the first rest stop waiting for the other cabs and we did not get much time to enjoy the sunset. It was very rushed and we didn't get time to rest or enjoy the experience in the desert. When we went to the camp, it was already a bit late and we missed the first two performance.

*Disappointing Experience* I recently went on a desert safari tour with high expectations, especially since it was my honeymoon. Unfortunately, the experience fell short in several areas: - *Sunset Photos*: Despite being included in the ticket, there was no photographer available to capture our special moment. - *Henna Artist*: The artist was rude and limited in her designs. When we asked for custom designs, she demanded extra payment and only offered two basic, unattractive options. - *Shisha*: Not served as promised; it was basic and sharing mode only. - *Sandboarding*: No guidance or instruction was provided. - *Premium Seats*: We paid an extra 50 AED for better seats, but the experience was not worth the extra cost. The only exclusive part was the common dance program, which was the same for everyone. Overall, the tour failed to deliver on its promises, and we left feeling disappointed.

There was no refreshments during or before the dune bashing. The place where the driver took us was all crowded my marketing people. We were kind of forced to buy 2 scalfs worth around 100 AED which is very expensive. We had to buy water for 10AED, we were expecting that to be provided the host/driver. Secondly, we never saw arabic/got arabic coffee and the food provided were very worst. Overall it's a decent experience, driver did a good job of picking, dropping and performing dune bashing.

The good thing we're extra to pay. The money you spend for having good fun is 5 to 8 time the initial price. At the place we're you get the dinner, you were yelled an VIP ticket. If you not take the VIP, you have to wait for 2 hours for the food. The price for a beer is 10 Euro sic! And for paying VIP you get disturbed by lots of people that want sell you things. The performance of the actors was good. The food was also good.

Firstly, the so-called desert is right on Dubai's doorstep, with houses and roads just a few metres away.... Everything is done to make you pay extras. The guide practically forced us to take the quad bike excursion, which costs €95 for 3 children... The camel ride lasts 1 minute, if you want to do more you have to pay.... When we arrived at the so-called campsite, we had to add 50 Aed per person to be able to sit more comfortably and have access to the barbecue shown on the photos presenting the excursion... The guide, Mohamed, was unpleasant and unsociable. He didn't say a word to us during the trip...

The good thing was that the driver was experienced , but was not interactive . Unlimited water and refreshment at the camp was promised but nothing like this was there in reality. At the first stop only one water bottle per person was provided. No refreshment at the first stop. The refreshment at the first stop , available by purchase, was very poor quality. I purchased juice very bad quality for 30 AED. After the drive in desert we paused at a shop which readily provided water and juices which at first appreared to be for free but surprizingly we were asked to pay exorbitant cost . The food was average quality and BBQ chicken was poorly made.The fried refreshment before dinner was extremely bad and not worth eating. Heena painting is complete cheating where the heena painting is done on one hand a very small design, any thing more is available for payment. Camel ride is also a joke, very small and for few moments only. The dance program was good. Not recommended.

What we were sold as a family-friendly Dubai safari was in reality a disturbing and potentially criminal situation that no family should be exposed to. Let’s be absolutely clear: 🔴 The driver/guide behaved in a highly inappropriate and suspicious manner, repeatedly asking our 7-year-old child disturbing and unnecessary questions, including “What is the nationality of those people?” and “Where are you from?”. This kind of behaviour is unacceptable and dangerous. We do not expect our children to be approached by strangers with probing questions on a supposedly reputable tour. It is predatory, criminal-like behaviour, and we are considering escalating this to legal authorities and child protection services. 🔴 The guide had zero training, gave no information about the safari or the schedule, and simply dumped us at each spot without any explanation. We had to carry our own bottles. When kids tried to sip water in the car, the driver shouted saying “No drinking in the car!”. What kind of tour is this? 🔴 The entertainment was rushed and chaotic, the camel ride lasted barely a few seconds, and the photo opportunities were skipped entirely. We didn’t receive half the items promised in the itinerary. It’s blatant false advertising. This tour is a scam, and Headout should be held responsible for allowing such operators to handle guests. We are filing a formal complaint with the UAE Embassy in London and escalating this matter with Dubai Tourism Authority. 👉 Dubai, you want tourism? Then clean up your act. Title: Very Poor Refund Experience – Still Waiting After Months I booked through Headout but had a terrible experience when I tried to get a refund. Headout told me my booking was cancelled in April and even gave me a refund reference number. I contacted my bank with this number, only to discover it was invalid and that no refund had ever been issued. After weeks of chasing, I was then told the booking had not actually been cancelled at all. This has caused me a huge amount of stress and wasted time. I’ve been to my bank, which dismissed the case since Headout never processed the refund properly. Despite repeated follow-ups, I am still waiting for my money back. A company of this size should not be giving customers false information or invalid reference numbers. Customers deserve honesty, timely refunds, and proper support. I would strongly advise anyone booking with Headout to be cautious, especially if you may need to cancel or expect a refund.

The guide picked us up 30 minutes late. He didn't tell us about The tour schedule or anything at all. He just sat quietly The whole long drive. First we had The dune ride which was ok. Very bad, absolutely do not recommend! The guide Ali did not speak the whole trip, he did not explain anything to us about how the day would be organized. He came to pick us up at the hotel at 2:30 p.m. instead of 2:00 p.m. and after us he walked around for another half hour to pick up other people. At 4:15 p.m. we arrived at a place where it was possible to ride ATVs (extra charge, 250 AED for 20 min), of our group only one person did so and we had to wait for another half hour without the guide giving us any information about what to do in the meantime. After the person said the quad bike ride we took the car back and traveled for another hour to a desert village. Until 5:30 p.m. we were still in the car without having done anything. We arrived at a parking lot and took an ATV ride through the dunes (nice!) and then arrived at the village where we did not take any camel ride but there was a 20 min line for a photo for an extra fee, sand boarding could not be done because the boards were all broken and did not slide (they left us the board and we had to look for a hill ourselves). Dinner was included but when you get there they divide you into VIPs (if you pay extra of course) so you don't have to stand on the floor eating crowded with 300 people and stand in line for half an hour to eat. The food was quite good but cold and while you were eating dinner they kept bothering us by suggesting things to sell. The henna that was included was only for a small drawing and for a more elaborate drawing you have to pay extra. We then attended a show and as soon as it was over we had to run away from the result (at 7:50 pm). Result, very bad! The guide more than bad, the included attractions are not as it is described and for every good thing you want to do you have to pay extra. Also in the village we spent little more than two hours which includes dinner and trying to do the proposed attractions that you cannot do because there is a line everywhere. Absolutely do not recommend!!!

We drove there for three hours to spend a short time in a place that was completely overcrowded with tourists and where you could ride a quad bike. We then drove back again for an hour. Our tour guide hardly spoke and didn't inform us about everything. The guide's car was very old and he didn't drive very considerately, which made us feel totally sick. We then drove to the camp. The desert here was really beautiful and the show was also good. However, we were constantly being asked to pay for something. It started with us being told that an upgrade would be useful so that we could have a good table for the show and enjoy the food earlier (costs an additional 30€), when we sat at our table we were constantly asked if we wanted to buy something (souvenir, drinks, additional food etc.). It was my first time in Dubai, but I'm pretty sure that it's the worst experience that you can find here. Our "adventure," as expected, was started from our hotel. Guide picked up in the expected time, and then we had about an hour road to the first stop in the local, let's name it, camp. The first camp is a place where you can find some extra activity for an extra price. We weren't interested in it and had to wait about an hour while other members of our group were exploring all this stuff. After it we had dune bashing in a Nissan Patrol for about 10, maybe 15 mins. It was fun but not very much. Although it was the best thing in this event. If we left in this moment, it would be the best ending of this "time wasting," but we couldn't do it. After this we had to wait an hour again, because the other members of our group tried ATVs. Then we had about a half hour's drive to an intermediate point, a huge, savage parking place with hundreds of cars that brought other participants of this "event.". And again, we had to wait for transportation to the other, in-desert camp. The road to camp also was fun, maybe more than dune bashing in some moments. After the arrival, our guide said something like, "Finding a place to sit and have fun is up to you" and left. The camp was a hell for me. Hundreds of people, mostly Indians, were wandering around, creating queues in places near food and drinks, etc. For me, it was a little trip to India, because I felt this perception of chaos and distraction that you can observe in some Indian-related videos. Camp offered decent Indian food and some shows. Shows was normal but fire show was special piece of shit representing by setting fire to the letters "Dubai" on one of the dunes. Al in-camp stuff took a couple of hours and then we had a long wait of tranportation to the parking area where out guide little bit lost his car. Left the parking also was a quest beacuse of enormous amount of unorganized cars.

Almost everything was below expectations. Starting with the cars which took us to the place. We were 6 in the car, the seatbelts for 2 people seating in the rear seats were not working so we had to travel to the venue without seatbelts. There was a stop in the middle of the way to venue where you can eat and ride bikes and do shopping, this was not included in the tickets and we needed to pay for everything (if you do not have cash with you, you will need to pay extra paying with cards!) The food at the venue was terrible. So just like budget airlines, you pay for bare minimum with your ticket and you will need to keep on paying extra every step of your trip.

Initially the driver was going to pick us up at 2pm at the hotel, he brought it forward to 1pm, so far so good, he stopped at a local business place, owned by one of his business partners, from another time I did this tour we stopped at a place with structure, toilets, optional tours, then we entered the desert region, however the desert tour was very quick, and he concluded by asking us to wait inside the place where the dance performances would take place, the show was very good, but we waited a long time at the camp, the food was ok, but don't expect barbecue, there were two small kibbehs, there was a lot of bread, rice, pasta, there was no dessert, just two pieces of orange, the other time I did it was totally different, there was not only meat on the barbecue but also chicken, after the end we waited another 40 minutes for the driver to arrive. It's the kind of tour that should have started later rather than earlier and the food leaves something to be desired. I recommend that you look for the tours in the red sand desert, which is what I did the first time.

The Miracle Garden was decent, but the desert safari experience was the worst part of the day. We were crammed into the third row of the SUV, and the venue itself was a complete mess. Firstly the location that was told to me on the call by the customer service was different than the actual location where the tour operator took us. The actual location was very poor. All inclusions mentioned in the itinerary were done. Also, the ones which we did were very poor and for very less time than promised. At the end, the drive made us wait for half an hour. He dropped someone else instead of us and made us wait for half an hour after the shows were over. I had senior citizens with me who felt very uncomfortable. Overall a bad trip as the location did not match to what was told initially and driver did not drop us on time and made waiting.

Terrible experience! Utter disorganization!!! Everything based on a constant demand for extra money, people coming every minute trying to sell something. 800 aed for a half hour ride on the quads. Madness!!! On the way the car broke down a we winged over half an hour in the sun another replacement car to take us for the experience. When we arrived at the camp we were left in the middle of the desert, with each piece of information we were referred to a different person who never managed to respond to our requests. We booked the experience mainly so that we could do the sandboad, also self-service, with unscrewed (and therefore dangerous) boards that did not work or even slide on their own. We recently went on a desert safari in Dubai, and overall, it was a great experience. The pickup and drop-off were smooth and right on time, which made the whole process hassle-free. AYA universe was as expected, a very friendly set of team. Would recommend going here to any group of people of all ages. The desert experience however fell so below my expectation. First off, the itinerary did not match what was advertised. We skipped several of the activities including sand boarding that were supposed to be included, which left us feeling shortchanged. The tour guide was another letdown. He was unfriendly, seemed uninterested, and barely interacted with us throughout the trip. His lack of enthusiasm and poor communication made the experience feel more like a chore than an adventure. To make matters worse, a lot of time was wasted getting in and out of the vehicle repeatedly for no apparent reason. It seemed like there was no clear plan, and we spent more time idling than actually enjoying the desert. Overall, the excursion felt disorganized and was not worth the time or money. I would not recommend this tour to anyone looking for a true desert adventure in Dubai.

The drive was nice. The camp wasnt. They delayed tea and snacks to force you to pay 50 AED to be in VIP where they were readily available. Its a cheap tact to exploit tourists. A family of 6 would have to pay an extra 300 AED for this. Some tourists who paid for sand boarding did not get the service as there was no one at the camp in charge of this. The WiFi in the camp is not free, I paid 20 AED to access the internet. Overall, poor satisfaction

We where assisted by our Safari Driver and Guide - Saqib. Great communication, he ensured that we where taken care of. He explained the process and steps every step of the way. As you get to the camp you camp there is a BBQ, Dune Bashing Sandboarding and Camel riding. Camel Riding is a bit short but there are options to have a ride much longer at additional costs. But it all depends on the package you take as there are extras to do such as quad biking etc... Othewise we had an amazing time and do recommend in the summer months you go in the evening, you can tolerate the heat.

I would not suggest going for Desert Safari package at Headout. It was not a good experience, taking this much money for such an experience is not worth it. The inclusions mentioned are just written for showing, the reality is very much different. We were picked up from our hotel at 2pm, taken to a transit point and made to wait for almost more than an hour. Then we were taken for Dune Bashing for 10-15 mins which is not a good experience at all. Your head and stomach will go completely tizzy, it's better to go for Dune Bashing in empty stomach or else you'll surely vomit. Then we were brought to the camp, we were already not feeling very good after the Dune Bashing experience. Then we were given a seat in the camp, it was a shared seat, the show we were told would start almost 2 hours later. Every experience was so minimal, the camel ride is only for 5 mins, they'll just take you around one small circle and drop you back. The Arabic Costume you have to put it on yourself and click picture by yourself. The Henna painting is just a line drawn on the hand, even the food is substandard. Even for skating you need to take the skateboard by yourself and do the skating. The food is just few items in the menu, coffee and cold drink, very limited options. For everything you need to pay extra to upgrade your experience. Definitely not to go by the experiences as mentioned, better to plan on your own or skip Desert Safari in your Dubai trip or probably go last after you have visited all other attractions.

The Desert Safari Dubai was an amazing experience. Our driver and assistant namely Najam was very helpful and acted as a guide. The dune bashing was amazing. Then Dinner Buffet and performances were good. But Quad bike was overpriced at the red sand desert. Instead, if you want quad bike then approach the quad bike in the evenings near the camp before dinner around 5pm as it is affordable and very nice experience. The camel ride and falcon pictures are also a part of this and makes the trip a good memory. Desert Safari is a must in Dubai and booking through this app is safe. But please keep your phone number available between 11 am to 3 pm as the Driver will contact you only on your given number and not on your temporary Dubai number given at the Airport. It is better if you recharge your local number to international roaming pack in your country before leaving. And limit the video calls through mobile Internet as the data gets over in 2 days. You can use Wi-Fi at the hotel or malls for video calling. Overall desert is a good experience. Please carry a cap, glasses, water bottle and charged phones.

The communication was good, day before received a reminder message about the safari. Indid ask if there was anything we needed to know about what was on the itinerary and was responded with 'nothing special'. Then on the day received another message with exact time of pick up. The only thing I would say is it would have been nice to know what the plan of the day was. We were driven to a place and told we will be here for 45mins having no idea why we were there 🤷‍♀️. There were shops, a quad biking place and a couple of people walking around with falcons to take photos. - which you had to pay for. Then arriving at the main base area. Dune bashing- was not informed before the driver started it. We had two children with us (1 year old and 3 year old. So would have been nice to have been told what was about to happen! Our 3 year old cried the whole time! The rest was hanging about taking photos etc the camel ride - it said in the inclusion when booking tickets 10-15mins ride. The guide said a few mins ride and then you have to pay for 10-15mins ride 🤔 There were people taking photos and then literally forcing you to buy them! And at the end of it I seen them giving away the photos for free to the people who didn't fall for their sympathy stories!!! We paid over £50!!! We had two little ones and I asked my husband to get us food when the buffet opened because it's quite difficult with the children. However he was told at the food station he could not get more than one plate!! By the time I went they were closing everything so hardly got much to eat!! Just a heads up most of these inclusions that are mentioned you have to pay for! Overall it was a good first time experience at the desert but definitely could have been better!

PLEASE DO NOT BOOK THIS EXPERIENCE!! So you get picked up in your 4x4 (6 of you cramped in there) you then get taken to this place where they do quads and if like us you decide not to do quads you are just left there in the boiling heat with nothing to do until the others have finished. You then get a 5min dune bash on the way to the camp where the buffet and performance is. We got dropped off at 4pm and the entertainment and food wasn't till 7:30pm so we was left in the camp in 40degree heat to do nothing for 3hours. This is all a big scam they get you there to milk you dry with the snack stands etc then try charge you 60aed each to go in "VIP" so you don't melt away. Honestly please do not book this if I can stop at least 1 person making the same mistake I did im happy. The driver was rude too and didn't speak a word to us. Horrible experience.

What an amazing family experience feeling the adrenaline rush as we zipped through the dunes in a 4x4, followed by a drive to the Bedouin camp where we immerse yourself in local culture. We enjoyed live entertainment by the talented belly dancers, a fire and tanoura dance show, traditional camel ride, henna tattoos, Arabian costume dress up and a BBQ buffet dinner. Special thanks to Mohamed Badsha (tour guide) that also made this experience 5 star. Definitely recommend.

First the associate told me that the driver would wait for me for 5 - 7 minutes and if i dont show up he leaves me, it's fair but it wasn't a nice way of informing. Then the driver was very harsh while driving and the he didn't slow down on road bumps, the car kept bouncing in a very annoying and a little painful way. And the camp was filthy not only dirty. The bathroom at the camp was a disaster. And the person in charge was Pakistani or i don't know what nationality but i couldn't understand his instructions, and when i told him to repeat he was annoyed and wasn't patient. And honestly he was obviously stupid so i think you should be considerate about who you hire to resemble you. And when i wanted to pay for VIP seats he told me to keep the money with him untill he finds change rather than keeping it with me. The VIP seats had no benefits except the seat was larger and not on the ground with 2000 people in the killing crowd in such a small place for that many people. So basically i was forced to pay extra and sit in a comfortable chair which should have been a default not a privilege. And what kind of VIP ticket was that?! The food was a complete disaster, the only good thing about food is that i didnt have to stand in the line with 2000 people, and im not gonna start talking about the low quality of food but it was extremely ridiculous. And i repeat again, the place is filthy and dirty and kept me worried about getting sick or caching an illness. Also the type of people there was extremely rude and scary. Im a very courageous person and i felt insecure!!! And when we wanted to leave, the way that all the cars were parked made it difficult for our driver to find a way out so we had to keep waiting standing and sitting on the sand for more than an hour and a half WITHOUT ANY GOD DAMN PERSON TELLING US HOW SORRY THEY ARE FOR THE FREAKING INCONVENIENCE!!! The driver went to the car for like half an hour trying to find a way for the car and made us wait without telling us what was going on, he just said: "wait i will get the car" and he was near us so he could at least got back to us to inform us how long its gonna take and apologies for the inconvenience, another Pakistani stupid unprofessional person. And when we finally found our way out he was also driving recklessly all the way back. I don't know if i forgot anything but it was a totally waste of time and money for nothing, and i had to ruin 2 other plans that i booked with you just because of the poor time management of this bad trip. I wish i hadn't booked with you honestly.

The safari tour was not what I expected. Sandboarding and henna did not happen. There were only 2 type of food that were bad. Chicken BBQ was only available to VIP customers. As for normal tickets, they would be presented only after the show. And we could not eat anything because the driver said that we should return soon. Dune bashing was normal The camel ride took a few seconds, i.e. one lap. Not even a minute! None of the dishes served on the menu were available None of the dishes served on the menu were available. Had to spend ~90 AED on extra food when I got home. Another annoyance was another family that shared the same car with us. It was a very uncivilized family. The man kept belching both on the way and on the way back! It was so disgusting! They took the baby with them, and the child cried on the way. There is no such rest!

Our dirver Asif was very punctual and polite. The food quality was not as expected as there are around 800-1000 people in the camp. Belly dancing was cancelled as it was ramadan month when we visited. The camel ride included in the package is of only 1 minute, if you wish to do ride more than a minute you will need to pay extra. Also included heena painting is a small art, will need to pay more if you need big art or some other designs.

We were picked up form hotel at 3 pm but were promised at 2 pm. We reached the camp at 4 pm. The fire show and buffet in the camp was the most interesting part of the tour. At 8 pm driver came to pick us up from camp. On our way he had issues with tyres. We spent almost an hour at master shop and waited for him to fix the tyres. We reached our hotel at 10 pm

The expérience was in général génial. I recommend taking the combo which is more comfortable . The transport in general , the pick up and return was comfortable they dropped us where we said and picked us up where we planned . The communication between them was good only in English. The only thing less good , was that when we arrived at the camp , they explained how the food worked , but not very well how were the ones we had to enjoy , since we could not do everything included in the package . Firstly, the headout booking system said that under 3's did not need a ticket. The event organisers insisted that ours did if she wanted a seat on the Jeep. They were rude in their approach and far from helpful. The guide picked us up, but never throughout the day stated where we were or where we were going next, where our meeting point was (spending a long time trying to find him). There was no mention of sand boarding, it never happened and was never offered. The first stop was at an area where you can either go on a quad bike, or spend an hour constantly being harassed to buy drinks, head scarfs (not needed), sand bottles or necklaces all at an inflated price. When you arrive at the show (final stop) they try to sell you the VIP experience for 60AED each. Do it, budget for it and buy it. You get your food nearly 2 hours earlier, you get a better selection and unlimited soft drinks from the go, as well as better seats. You still at this stage get constantly harassed to buy the same products as before. Overall, I think the day could have been so much better, with a bit of guidance, information and less harassment.

One of the most remarkable activity we did during our Dubai tour was the thrilling Desert Safari. We enjoyed self driving bikes under supervision of professional guards,Camel ride and relished variety of delicacies served under a clear beautiful sky. To give the evening an amazing end many artists showcased their talents too. Our guide is so good and so friendly. He took us to all the places and provide us all the details but i m not happy with this details you are providing in this ticket. 1) provided food is served cold and tasteless. So much waste of food 2) not providing the proper camel ride which is waste of money n time 3) know one there to help you with the photos for sunset and also all the details mention is so much waste of money 4) except the driver and dune bashing all is so waste of money and i will never recommendate this package to anyone 5) falcon photo is aldo mention but that is also chargeable

The first stop (40 minutes) is boring if you're not interested in shopping or other paying activities. We really enjoyed the dune bashing close to the second stop. The sandboarding activity was disappointing. Some assistance would have been much appreciated in order to know how to do it. The camel ride was enjoyable, but very short (about 1 minute). We also took advantage of the free hena tattoo and got a flower tattoo (two free options are available). Pay attention to the Sun so that you go to take nice pictures with the sunset. The show was nice and the food good.

I do not recommend this experience. They stop you at a place to do quad or buggy. But none of the 6 people in the car were going to do it and we were 45' standing in the sun. Then we went to the desert and before entering the enclosure a camel ride which was 15' timed. Then there were no boards for snowboarding because of the sand. At no time did they offer us water when it said unlimited drinks and the henna tattoos we didn't even see them. Then in the enclosure if you paid 15€ per person you had food from the hot buffet and if not after 45' you went in to eat leftovers. Not at all satisfied.

The pick up driver very kind , but I expected a different excursion sincerely . Right on the desert with different attractions . Instead the tour included the very short car ride and the buffet . I would have paid much more , if it was specified , in the end the services mentioned were free for everyone ,it is confusing that you write camel ride , possibility to wear traditional clothes ,( moreover there were no clothes and no one to give information ) You should write 5 minutes of driving on the dunes , because the rest was for everyone .
