Great experience; very interesting history.
Booking via headout was so practicle. However at the entrance there was some difficulty with voucher. The receptionists at the entrance do not easily accept the voucher ; they insist on ticket pdf and unfortunately they are not acting visitor friendly. So be sure that you have pdf tickets with you

While waiting in line to enter, I could not pull up my ticket after logging in. The individual working the first point of contact was extremely rude and unhelpful. Soured me. If u don't like tourists, don't work in tourism!!!
