Amazing experience! I recommend starting with the garden, then the forest, and finishing by the water for the best experience.

The exhibit and art was amazing. Our family, grama of 70+ year old, parents and 4.5 & 7 years old, enjoyed the interactions, lights, arts and water areas.

We bought the tickets in advance, so we hardly had any waiting time at the entrance.
I recommend booking with enough of a buffer, we definitely spent 2 hours there and would have liked to stay longer if we hadn't been hungry :)

The ticket buying experience was very easy. We went down and checked the station out the day before we were set to use the tickets. The rail system in Toyko is nuts! So many people around it is very diccicult to know where you are going. Once you confirm your ticket and select the time the lady looking aftre the queus points you in the direction of the station entry then you are on your own. There are two directions and the one on the right is the correct one to Narita Airport but you wouldn't know it. The signs are pretty useless. The train ride is very good.

Shorts were supposed to be provided if skirts, dresses or pants were worn. They were not provided and had to be very careful when walking around the mirrored floors.
