My children likes the activities in the petrosains, We also have a good experience to view the KL scenery from Twin Tower. The staf are very good. The ticketing booking is easy and save our times to que up.

It was awesome!!. We arrived on the Saturday and as we got to observation deck lighting storm and rain deluge..which was spectacular. They closed the tower an offered us a return tickets, which they didn't have to do the next day. Went back and it even more awesome!!. I think they were pushing too many people through and think reflected in, after the observation deck, having to wait over an hour, in a crowd to get to the sky box for less than two minutes to take photos and take In the scene. Was truely worth the wait, scarey and fun. Advise your guests to take a pair of socks as you have to take off shoes. If you don't have socks glass extremely hot and painful. Now the best part was the rope walk. Omg!!!!! . It was the most scarey thing I've ever done and I consider myself to be an adrenaline junky. Sorry to say, I turned to jelly . You have a harness but no real railings... and I couldn't take more than 2 steps from the door. All the staff were brilliant, tell your guests to bring plenty of water as extremely hot and little no shade whilst waiting to go on the sky box. In my option better than patronas towers. Also advise guests to walk 2 minutes down hill to find the best street food hawker restaurant. Fantastic food and incredibly cheap. Main restaurant in Tower lobby good but a little pricey..go to the food restaurant. We found it by luck on the first visit, walking to get a grab taxi. Advise guests about the grab cabs download app)..fantastic value but can get busy .due to cowds

Hi guys it's a first time yous in Headout experience is good I have no issues with the vouchers but aft booking through app I have not received voucher for a week after contacting support through chat with person (no AI/bot) I received in 2 days so kindly if you use here book before 10 days for a smooth process

Not having to stand in a ticket queue. To be assured of a ticket on a specific day and time. Recommendation: When booking on-line I was instructed to present the printed ticket at your office at theTowers to obtain another ticket. When I arrived at the ticket office I was told that my printed ticket already had the bar code and could be used to enter. Please clarify that in the email to which the ticket is attached. Thanks

The experience was breath taking. Travelled from overseas with family to experience the beautiful view of Kuala Lumpur iconic building.

Everything was really easy to do, online voucher for hoho exchanged for tickets and the petronas tower ticket was QR code. Enjoyed the day out, managed both circuits for the hoho bus.

It was an awesome experience visiting the Petronas Twin Toeers & sky bridge - a must do if you're in KL.The Ronda Ronda (hop on & hop off) bus/tour was good too except it was a very hot day so not ideal! The air conditioning inside the bus was not real cool which is why I'm only giving it a good rating. It was easy to find the first stop & use.

I recently visited the Petronas Towers, and let me tell you, trying to take a selfie with these towering giants is like attempting to fit an elephant into a phone booth – ambitious but mostly ridiculous. I'm pretty sure my phone's camera lens now has separation anxiety from being so far away. The view from the top was breathtaking, but I also discovered that my fear of heights is directly proportional to the number of floors beneath me. I clung to the observation deck like a gecko on a skyscraper, contemplating whether I should invest in a parachute for future sightseeing adventures. And, oh, the elevators! These things are so fast they make Superman look like he's taking the scenic route. They pressed the button, I blinked, and suddenly I was on the 86th floor. It was like the towers had their own teleportation system – move over, Hogwarts Express.

A tour on Petronas Towers was fine, really without a problem. Hop on ho off bus was fine, drivers and guides very kind and helpful, but from my sight of view too long intervals in scheduled buses. I am sure that you must adapt the demand, so it's only my subjective sight of view. I am thankful and I wish you good luck with your service :-) Kind regards RS

It wasn't really skip the line. Everyone was in the same queue. Very efficient getting people in elevators and moving you about. 15 minutes was not long enough at the top for the amount of money paid. There were no information boards telling you what some of the buildings you could see were. That said it was a great experience.

We attended both tours - City and garden. Both were very interesting, well organised. We booked the combo ticket in advance on your website and choosed non malaysian. Unfortunateley on the ticket was printed malaysian. So we had to pay the amount of rm 60,- when entering the bus.

Have very nice view and good experience.l feel very lucky and happy. It my first time visit Petronas Twin Tower. I'm from Sarawak. Next time I bring my family visit Petronas Twin Tower again. Thankfully

Timely response and delivery of Tickets. Entry at PETRONAS Tower was simple and without any delay. We went directly to entry point and from there to lift to take us at bridge and later at 87th floor.
