Booked entrance to the Alahmbra in Granada. Explanation for how to do detailed and we were in in no time. Very convenient Headout app. Highly recommend! The 'entrance to the Naziaries palaces has a specific time and you have to arrive a bit earlier while for everything else you can walk around freely. The complete tour according to the guide takes more or less 3 hours.

Much cheaper and easier way to book the tickets compared to the official site or turning up on the day as ques are very large. Really beautiful place lots of history and stunning views well worth the visit!

It is an incredible place - I could have spent the entire day there. Before you go, prepare yourself by finding out exactly what is there (it's quite a large ground with multiple attractions so look at a map before you go and while you are there) and maybe read about the history a little. Don't forget to pack your identity document and earphones to listen to the audio guides! Also, be ready to walk a lot :)

Magnificent place, especially the Palace. However, you don't have to pay for audio guides, as a free QR code is displayed.

The Audi Guia on the phone does not work well, it restarted several times, sometimes it did not load the audio, etc. The subtraction of the spectacular visit.

Very informative especially using the headphones and amazing value for money. As a senior it only cost me 6,80€ for unlimited hop on and hop off for days. Made a mistake and should have clicked on excellent.

It was easy to get tickets online in advance and they were inexpensive. I used it two days. The buses came by frequently and never had to wait long. I felt sorry for the driver. Some of the roads were so narrow and bumpy. Plus the route was condensed due to the EU meetings that closed The Alhambra area. I was bummed about that.

Tudo é bonito e está bem conservado! Pediram para estar 15 minutos antes para ficarmos numa fila ao sol durante esse tempo! O bilhete e identificação é pedido mais vezes do que num aeroporto e finalmente não deixaram sair a comer um gelado comprado no fim da visita ( no espaço exterior)!

The ticketing experience was very good. I would encourage Headout to advise tourists about how strict people are with punctuality when it comes to these events in Spain. If you are late by 10 minutes you may miss your whole visit.

The palace was fabtastic and the gardens are beautiful. It was a little strange to have to show your passport on 3 occasions. The booking through headout was efficient and the communication was great, I would definatley use them to book future trips.

No parece correcto hacer la publicidad de "Alhambra sin colas" porque, como minimo, hay una cola de control de las entradas (en nuestro caso, esperabamos unos trenta minutos). "Comprar sin colas las entradas" sería más veraz, aunque en nuestro caso - comprando online - esperabamos no media hora sino una hora para luego recibir la noticía de que nuestra hora elegida no fue disponible. Y eso despues de haber pagado y proporcionado ya todos los datos personales. Pero una vez entramos, Alhambra es espectacular.

Process was simple. However it doesn't give me option to buy as group of 4. Maximum number it let you purchase is 3 at a time. It also doesn't give any meaningful explanation.

The Alhambra is breathtaking, this applies to buildings and gardens. Everything is maintained and restored with great dedication. Here you can experience history up close. Whether you join a guided group is a matter of taste, we opted for a tour without a guide and felt very comfortable.

This is the best video of the set. I encourage everyone to see this attraction. I just don't recommend the Hotel Vedran as a place for a fight.

Great experience Initially the time slot was deemed to be full AFTER we had booked. Fortunately we were flexible to change. Head out did contact us and we're efficient with the change!
