Big Bus: 24/48-Hour Hop-On Hop-Off Bus Tour of Paris + 1-Hour Seine River Cruise

Onboarding exp was smooth and fast ...I feel if the travelers get a message day before on tour with map and direction it will easy for travel

Tickets were the problem I ended up paying more then double due to tickets issued incorrectly. I should have just bought them on the bus. It added a child that I couldn't delete and 48hrs when I wanted 24hrs so never again and then had to down load the head out app and bus driver had to believe me I had the tickets as they took too long to appear

It was so easy to get on and off. The drivers and guides were super helpful even let us wait on a parked bus to get out of the cold and rain until the other bus came.

Easy way to see the city. We didn't have headphones so couldn't hear the tour descriptions which was a little disappointing but we enjoyed the views.

Would recommend the on-off bus. Great way to get around and see as much as possible. We did the 2 day pass and I'm glad we did so the 2nd day we got off and walked around more.

La verdad que merece la pena.Una experiencia muy buena y coger los tickets online es súper fácil. No os olvidéis de validarlos con el conductor si cogéis el paseo en barco también porque como os olvidéis,una vez que estáis en el muelle es un lío!

Those staff of Big Buses are very helpful and very happy to serve to us about our tour around the city of Paris. They have a very well knowledge about route of those Big Buses for and around the city for us to be guided. We are very happy and we enjoyed our tour at the city of Paris. So easy to travel about Paris and learn a few tidbits about each landmark. It was raining when we went and it was a welcome reprieve to sit in a warm bus and still see all the sights in leisure.

It was good but we did not realize that the day time service ends at 6pm and if you are off the bus you can no longer get in.

Good bus service but little information on location. Near Louvre while fetching Big Bus, three Romanian ladies made a sting by taking 20 Euros from me. This was a set up.

The ability to get around the city by getting off the bus when you want to see an area and without having to worry about adhering to set times

Positive points: The trip is great and passes the best tourist attractions. Negative points: A lot of time in traffic, so the journey takes a long time and there aren't many exits and entrances. As it was raining, the bus was full and, despite having a sleeping 2-year-old baby on my lap, nobody got up (not even from the priority seats) to make room and the driver didn't do anything about it.

Good and easy for traveling, you get to disinetion quick and convenient But I think they should make more stop places

It was the first time trying this type of tours for me. I was hesitant at first but at the end I really appreciated how we were able to see the most important landmarks of Paris in just 2 hours. We really enjoyed the cruise on the Seine. Would recommend! The experience booking the tickets the previous night online was really easy.

Arrived in the country, no connection, couldn't find bus stops, ran after buses and they waved us off... got on the bus and the wifi didn't work. The second one worked fine. Loved the boat, only thing was the toilet didn't work.

I recommend the hop on hop of bus as it takes you to all the famous sights in Paris. It was easy to find the stops and the buses come through frequently so there was little waiting.

Had to wait for 3rd bus as first two were full and the queue was long Buses were overcrowded One presentative called some of the customers waiting in the queue 'stupid' and, becausew he was not aware of what was happening at the front of the queue, encouraged queue jumping. Bus ride was very jerky Recorded guide was OK, but not really helpful in identifying what sights to see after the bus ride

Great difficulty finding any stop near our apartment- in order to start the tour. "Cars rouches" signs exist, but how are we to know that Big Bus = Cars Rouches ? Yes, I know the buses are red, but that's not a definitive clue. Bus driver told us that he could NOT provide a cruise ticket (we had purchased the bus / cruise combo) and that we would NOT need one. At the dock, we discover that is not so. Inconvenient walk back to bus stop to obtain cruise ticket. Wait for later departure-

I would not publish a bad public reveiw . I had the 2 days pass. The night experience and the Siene . It was just my bad luck that the hearing gadget was faulty . I could not insert my headphones. Nor could the person beside me

Easy and efficient way to see Paris! Commentary could be enhanced to share more knowledge of Paris life and history - even more mundane things can be of interest to tourists who come from far away!
