I find the different programmes engaging and I had a fun filled day. I just find that the rides took a long waiting time and though there is the option for single patrons to queue separately, many people abused the system with people of obvious familial looks obviously having travelled together still took the queue meant for SINGLE travelling patrons. Staff were friendly enough and were generally helpful but still very very weak and limited in English. For a tourist attraction bringing people from all over the world, the Japanese staff should be proficient in conversational English to help more effectively.

It's an incredible experience. Super Nintendo World is truly unique. We were there in December and got there at 9:30 am. We waited no longer than five minutes both at the security check and at the entrance. The waiting time for the individual attractions was completely ok until 12 noon. After that it got really long with up to 120 minutes. It's best to get there early, book a timeslot in Super Nintendo World and check it out. Then relax and enjoy the day.

I loved it; I had gone by myself. I bought my ticket a day in advance. Unfortunately, the other tickets were already sold out. It was really super crowded and that on a Tuesday. But wow how great it was made. Especially Harry Potter. Thanks for a great day!

The entire experience was great and very exciting . Really enjoyed all excitements will definitely come back again. My only request to the management is wish you can open till late or do something for the long waiting queues and it is really taking time for the guests who can't enjoy much on all the games and rides. I believe each and every humans who was in the theme park would definitely love to play the rides and the games again and again it is that exciting and also not to forget the food and beverages are really awesome. I really loved the Jurassic Park foods especially .Anyway in overall I will always love Universal Studios anywhere in the world.

Universal Japan is awesome. We went straight to the Mario and Donky area, brutal! To stay and live! Then we went through Jurassic, Harry Potter (incredible immersive attraction), Tiburon .... There are people to bore and a very crazy and contagious craving for consumerism. Nothing is cheap, but for sure you will get something. The food is good. The staff is spectacular! They put up with 13 and 14 hour days with a big smile and friendliness. I don't know what the labor situation is like in Japan, but I don't think they have it easy.

Basically, the ticket sales process was okay. However, it was absolutely unprofessional that we could only enter the Super Mario Nintendo World at 9:20 in the evening and therefore could not use the roller coaster at all because it was already closed due to too many people. Of course, something like that makes you miss your stay at Universal. We were very disappointed and didn't go home with a smile on our faces.

Crowd was just insane (and it wasn't a holiday/ school break). Wait times for rides (not experiences-they were 10mins or less) were no less than an hour. Food...Basic: pizza, fries, soft drink combo cant be substituted with water. It was a good time cuz it wasnt hot and I went moreso to just be there than to go on every ride. If rides are your thing get an express pass. The fact that it cost the same amount of Entrance fee...that was not enticing.

To be honest everything was absolutely mind blowing for me so its hard to tell what the best experience was but if i had to choose one i would choose the harry potter world for a simple reason: a lot of visitors wore capes of the 4 houses and together with the authentic buildings and the butterbeer it created such a nice "out of this world" experience that i really forgot for a moment where i actually was

Great theme park. The different areas and themes are a cool touch. Enjoyed the Jurassic park area and rides. America themed avenues and boulevards are cool too. It's a great day out and I enjoyed it even more than I thought I would. Ended up buying merchandise which is hard to resist ultimately with the amount of shops to buy in there. Super Nintendo world is a must whilst in Japan and at this park.

All the rides were fun, as usual big 60 min Lines but what can you do. Food and drinks were abundant as you need then to break up the line waits. Live shows were kid and adult friendly. All in all a great day in extreme temps. Staff were fantastic and approachable.

I loved the park! I was really excited to visit since I traveled all the way from Chile, and one of the main attractions I was looking forward to was the Super Mario World and the Jurassic Park section. Unfortunately, I had to leave the park due to the tsunami warning. I have lost family members to tsunamis in the past, and I couldn’t handle the pressure. I truly hope to return one day and enjoy the full experience of the park.

I would have loved to do the Jurassic Park ride, but this attraction was not available. But I was able to do quite a few attractions. The other Jurassic Park attraction (for the faint of heart), Family Spy (I loved it), Jaws (I was transported back to my childhood), Harry Potter (mind-blowing). I chose not to do the Nintendo part, because even with the timed entry system, the waiting time on some attractions was 2 hours or more.

Purchased both entry and fast passes though Headout and couldn't have been happier. Arrived at the park at 8:30am and walked practically straight in. The park was amazing and the refillable drink fountains were a bonus. Recommend the fast past in summer to avoid waiting in the heat although the lines moved very fast regardless.

It was really easy to book the tickets. However, there was 1 missing ticket/QR code in the confirmation and I had to settle that over the course of a few hours. Selection of rides at the park was very good. We particularly liked rides that were a little different like backdrop and koopa karts. We missed out on Minecraft madness because the ride broke down and there was no indication if we would be able to get on if we stayed. The Nintendo area was spectacular and the roaming performers were excellent. I loved the characters coming out to meet the visitors and noticed how they took time to talk to individual children. The staff were exceptional and always polite and smiling. We enjoyed the Water World show however we struggled to find other performances because we couldn't figure out what happened where. We spent a lot of time looking at maps. The crowds were excessive. It took so long in lines and to walk around which meant we really did not cover most of the park. My phone ran out of power and the Charge Spot did not accept Australian PayPal cards. I know we are in Japan but some English translation would have been good on the shows. I would have bought an express pass but was unsure what it provided.

Easy to access, tickets were available in e-version on the app. Easy passage through the gate with QR code to enter the park. Park with magnificent scenery. Japanese staff are welcoming, smiling and caring. The attractions are immersive. Marioland is extra ordinary, even though it's crowded! Remember to reserve a time slot to access it with the USJ app. Meals are accessible. We had an excellent day.

I was totally disappointed because the way who can enter the Nintendo world was chosen by lottery, for which we could applied only once. This the own park that I have wver visit with "lottery " area. Additionally I was not able to use one of the attraction because of body restrictions. On the top on one of the attraction it was done absolutly unapproved joke with my husband that he is to fat.

Amazing experience! We arrived at 8:00 AM (the park opened at 8:30), which gave us a great head start. As soon as we got in, we headed straight to Super Nintendo World and enjoyed every bit of it. The longest wait was for Donkey Kong — but totally worth it! We stayed until 9:00 PM and managed to do all the thrill rides and scream-worthy attractions. Our top favorites: The Flying Dinosaur, Hollywood Dream, and Harry Potter and the Forbidden Journey — absolutely unforgettable! We visited Universal Studios as a family with two teenagers, and it was definitely one of the highlights of our trip to Japan!

We weren't able to choose the time of the queue-cutting tickets, which were scheduled for the end of the day between 6pm and 8.30pm and had to be queued one after the other, which wasn't great for discovering and enjoying the universe we were in. It wasn't possible to change the times, so we queued like everyone else. When we read the descriptions of the offers, we understood that entry to Super Nintendo World had to be paid for separately, and that's why we'd taken the express pass, when in reality it wasn't necessary. What's more, there's no point in having a ticket for the minions attraction, there's hardly any waiting time and Jaws was out of order. The pass was of no use to us, it was a totally unnecessary expense, a simple ticket is more than enough. On the other hand, Universal Studios is really worth it, we had a blast, just with the universes and sets and with the few attractions we did, and the simple entry ticket worked without a hitch.

We managed to enter USJ smoothly at 7. 45am, 45 minutes before its official opening time. As we were there early, we managed to ride our targeted rides without any queue/short queue. There are many rides and we really had a wonderful and unforgettable time at USJ. At the later part of the day, the queue of many rides became very long ie more than 60 minutes. We then played Harry Porter magic wand which was equally fun as well with short queue. Customer service was helpful. I contacted online help of Headout via its apps after i purchased the tickets and the customer service was helpful and answered all the questions i had. Overall, a very memorable experience. We hope to enter Mario World during our next trip.

a lot of the rides were not working or limited to vip passes, but there's no communication about this unless you have the app or rock up to the ride. Further. The park is adverstised as being open to 9pm. This is misleading as all the rides closed at 7pm and the last 2 hours were reserved for 'private functions'. This is definitely misleading and deceptive. The park was beautiful, but not worth the cost of the ticket, especially when you come from Australia to give your grandchildren a positive experience. They hated it.

I was excited to go to the Universal Studios Japan but when I got there I was surprised by the long waiting times. When you need to wait ~120min for the Harry Potter Rollercoaster and even 40 minutes just to go on a Merry go round, you don't have a lot of time to actually enjoy the experience. So basically if you want to make most of your day, you HAVE to get a fast-pass as well. This makes the experience super expensive as the regular ticket is already over 10.000 JPY. Also I wanted to see Mario World but I could only get a slot from 19:30, but the whole park already closes at 20:00.

Not a lot. Took me over an hour to get in as I was denied entry as my ticket stated was already used by someone else which was not true. I spent multiple calls on with a customer rep to get it sorted. Whne I finally did get in, the park was so busy and we could not get on any rides. On top of that we lined up for a long while at Nintendo world and then got told we could not go in and had to do a separate booking on the app.

Nothing, from my personal experience I suggest that Universal Studios should limit the people intake , there was still ticket on sale on the day, I have seen people buying tickets online while waiting in the queue at the entrance. This has lead to chaos in the Studio and 2 hours wait for every ride. I had family of 4 people purchased the tickets and wasn't worth it because we couldn't even go in every ride even though we stayed from 8.30am till 9.30pm. Absolutely ridiculous and hopeless. Either limit the people intake per day or sell day and night rides separately so everyone could enjoy.

It was extremely crowded, it was impossible to walk freely, and I didn't even go on the rides with my child because the wait times were so long. Even the food and drink stands had abnormally long lines. Everything was too crowded, to say the least. It was impossible to enjoy what the park had to offer. It's nice that there are lots of rides and shops with cool gifts, but if I have to wait more than an hour to sit down and eat and then wait in line for more than two hours to go on the rides, then there's no point in what the park has to offer.

One of my tickets hadn't been sent to me, so I had to buy another one, which isn't easy on pla e. I had to register with the address of my ryokhan in Japan. I lost at least an hour and a lot of battery power. No one can give you any information on the spot, except the person at ticket control who helped me and was very kind. For Nintendo you have to take another ticket to reserve the hour, and reload a new application. When you've run out of ninxe battery memory, it's great to be able to communicate in this way all the time... I booked a trip to Universal Studios Japan the night before going, as it was a last minute decision, and I did not receive my ticket, despite the website claiming it would "be processed within 30 minutes". I called customer service and it was an AI bot that didn't understand my issue (just use real people, stop using AI) and also told me I'd receive it in 30 minutes! I had to buy another ticket ( actually from the USJ website which is what I though I'd done when I purchased it from this website). I need a refund, because how can you falsely mislead a customer into thinking I will have my ticket within half an hour, and then not even have it sent to me! Unfortunately, the park is so overcrowded and the waiting times for the few attractions for adults are impossible. To manage 3 attractions a day is not compatible with the entrance fee. Unfortunately more food and souvenir stores than attractions...

Lousy! I didn't manage to get into Mario Bros. World. The tickets said they ran out at 9:00 a.m.. And the only thing left was to pay $150 for an Express Pass. A total scam and robbery!

I can't believe I came all the way from Lima Peru to enter Nintendo World and we were denied access. After paying a regular adult delivery at $75, we were denied access unless we paid $150 US dollars for a fast pass to get into the Mario Bros. attraction. A total scam and deceit!!!

It's a very nice place to escape for a day, with a tonne of fun rides and experiences. If you have young-teenage children, they'll love it too. The park looked up and coming. The various themed areas were phenomically decorated and the food was also good in a 1950s American dining. The big problem of the day was that it was incredibly crowded. It was swarming with people and there was no place in the park where it wasn't. The park could not handle these crowds. At the various attractions we did, the carts took an unnecessarily long time to leave, causing long lines. A tip for Universal would be to list Japanese holidays and expectations for crowds on the website. A tip for visitors would be to do extensive research on expected crowds before booking your ticket.

I didn't visit the park.They used this site to steal money from my bank account and buy tickets for universal studios in Japan.I live in Italy and never been to Japan.I tried talking to the support but they didn't help me.If they use this site to scam people you should do something.I will warn authorities and see if they can do something and refund me.

Nowhere on your platform was I informed that I have to book a slot in advance for the Nintento part of the venue which lead to not being able to visit it as there were no avaiable slots for the day when we were stopped at the venue and made aware that we cannot proceed due to our lack of "free registration". Huge disappontment because Nintendo park was the primary reason why we booked the tickets for Universal Studios. Not to mention the fact that due to my height (>1.95) I was not allowed to any of the outdoor attractions. Being too tall was not mentioned anywhere as well.

have 2-hour lines to get on rides, at 5 or 6 pm the rides close, when the park closes at 9 pm, therefore, you only have time to get on 3 rides at most,,, You have to pay for the Mario Bross ride separately, when Booking doesn't mention that, assuming the entrance ticket is for all the rides,,, the street lights take a while to turn on when it gets dark, And finally, from 6 to 9 pm all the attractions were closed except the food stores and souvenir shops.

It is not possible to take advantage of the attractions as the queues are very long. You can make 2-3 attractions at most. The Mario-Cart World attraction is impossible to make it unless through only by queue-jumping.

The way I bought the tickets was easy and simple, however the park is so crowded that I left after 4 hours because I could not get on any attraction, everything was full and it was too many hours to get on a game. I do not recommend this park, they should sell a maximum number of tickets to get on the rides, I will not return.

Entered without any problems with the QR code provided. Fortunately at 'opening time the line for entry was almost nonexistent. Despite the high price, I recommend the skip-the-line to enjoy the park; queues for attractions are well over 60 minutes.

We have booked two day tickets for Universal Studios Japan and two additional Express Tickets. However, the QR code on the express tickets is the same as on the day tickets. The staff told us that it was not valid. So we were granted access to the park but did not receive the express access.
