Really worth a visit to the Palace, its stunning! The ticket experience with Headout was simple to use and we certainly did skip the queue. Highly recommend.

The tickets worked great, we even went earlier than the scheduled time pr because there was no line and we got in without any problems!

The Royal Palace is gorgeous! The entire palace is just amazing. The security people in each room were helpful, and the entire experience was perfect.

Gut war die Rundfahrt durch die Stadt und die verschiedenen Tourenangebote. Nicht gut waren unter anderem die Audiokommentare. Diese waren zum Teil inhaltlich schwer verständlich, da viele Fachbegriffe verwendet wurden.

Esperienza positiva, ci sono due percorsi con lo stesso biglietto, a mio parere una cosa positiva, anche se la parte che viene definita Madrid storica è meno bello rispetto all'altro che propone la parte della città più lontana dal centro storico. Personale gentile e disponibile, autobus puliti e molto frequenti nel corso della giornata. Grazie

Palazzo meraviglioso, peccato non si facciano visitare tutte le stanze. Indicazioni del tragitto poco chiare (per caso abbiamo trovato la parte dedicata alle armi)

Wie bei allen Bustouren durch Großstädte, man bekam einen guten Überblick. Jedoch war es schwierig, anhand der Angaben für den ersten Zustieg die Haltestelle zu finden, man muß auch aufpasssen, da es Konkurrenzunternehmen gibt, so daß man erst den richtigen Halt und die gebuchte Linie/Gesellschaft finden muß, war im Vorfeld nicht gut kommuniziert. Dann waren die Busse tagsüber meist vollbesetzt, so daß man nur selten oben einen guten Platz bekam, daher konnten wir das 2 Tages Angebot nur eingeschränkt nutzen, auch das Personal war nicht gerade besonders zuvorkommend, Erfahrung insesamt eher ernüchternd !

Duch den Kauf des Online-Tickets konnte man links der langen Warteschlange innerhalb von Minuten in das Palais gelangen. Es hätte allerdings etwas besser beschrieben sein können, wie es genau mit dem Schnelleinlass funktioniert, aber einmal drinnen, ist alles ok. Dass manche Räume regelrecht von großen geführeten Gruppen belegt sind, ist zwar nervig, aber da muß man durch ! Ansonsten ist das königliche Palais sehr sehenswert und einen Besuch wert.

Great buying the tickets as tgere was a very long queue to pay for entry. Palace was excellent, we paid for the audio tour which was really good.

The skip-the-line tickets worked exact the way they should. We walked right into the Royal Palace when we arrived. The palace itself was amazing.

A great place to visit. Tickets were easy to purchase and jumping the queue definitely worthwhile. Would definitely recommend!

No lines , I entered exactly at the time indicated( At the Prado, despite the skip-the-line tickets I had to wait over an hour). The Palace is wonderful, not to be missed at all.

There are no wire cutters. We had to queue like everyone else with tickets. In France, a line cutter allows everyone with or without a ticket to pass through. What's more, we had to stand in an extra queue to leave our rucksack and then do it again to get it back. The audio guides are not in French and not available on the phone. This makes it very difficult to interest children who don't speak the language.

It was okay, nothing special. The audio guide given to us (at a fee) was not even charged so the battery died halfway through. Also, for "skip-the-line tickets", we had to wait in a line for 45 minutes.

Ease of use, Extended Tour is also good for diversity Maybe you shoul communicate more clearly, that walking tour has to be reserved...so I would do it earlier Generaly satisfied with the tours

El palacio es impresionante y muy bello. Cuando llegamos había una fila muy grande para entrar, pero afortunadamente yo ya tenía mi entrada , la compra la realicé en línea y pude acceser muy rápido. Recomiendo hacer la compra antes

It was easy to book the ticket. It was however not necessary to show ID, so that was misleading information. There was mention of a redemption point. It was easier to say to enter using the ditections for Visitors with tickets. Liked the visit to the Palace, it was a nice exhibition with very detailed exhibitions.

Quick entrance to the Royal Palace. We had our tickets on our phone, which was no problem at all. Very handy if you don't want to wait hours to buy tickets on the spot. I'd definitely recommend it!

Wonderful place. I was enchanted by the majesty of the royal rooms imagining the history that reigns inside this immense palace. Thank you madrid
