Combo (Save 8%): Valencia Hop-On Hop-Off Bus Tour + Oceanografic Tickets

Purchasing the tickets was easy; however, finding our first bus stop, which was right by our hotel was an issue. The Sea You Hotel and the businesses around had no idea where the bus stop was. We ended up walking to another bus stop down by the ocean, which was over a mile away. There needs to be more awareness. Once we got the hang of the routes, we had no issue. Additionally, the first bus we rode on was really outdated. None of the headphones outlets worked on the top of the bus and the bus looked like it was going to fall apart. We purchased a 2-day pass, which was a great option. All of the other drivers and buses were really nice.

The route is perfect. But we had problems with the pick up times at the stops, since they arrived outside the marked schedule and some buses did not stop at all and there were users at the stop.

The bus that we were waiting did't show as scheduled at 10:03h at Plaza de Toros. Yes we were informed by the staff, however due to that it was owercrowded.

Ticketing experience was quick and easy. The lines do get long to wait for the bus but the stops were great and informative. The only part we didn't enjoy was the beeping from the audio, the recording had a very loud beep after every fact that was said.

It's all very neat and in evidence, certainly the dolphin spectacle moves one, but the greatest fascination arises from the silent and elegant sight of sharks and rays... the only drawback to the sight is the confused and ringing vociferation of so many people, in an environment that should reproduce the silence of the deep. I think there is no remedy for this, nevertheless it is a truly wonderful trip!!!

It was good to see Valencia the audio guide was good the first driver was rude and refused to let me on with my mobile ticket the office support staff were helpful on the phone and the second driver was very helpful

We loved all the different animals and buildings that accommodate them. The dolphins show and the belugas were a great highlight.

We were very satisfied with aquarium. It was amazing and incredible. Only one problem, we didn't know how to get discounts for parking in garage. Accidentally we bought something in souvenir's shop and we asked them for payment and they gave us card for discount. Close to parking machine one lady told us how to use it.

Que logramos ver los lugares mas representativos de la ciudad mientras nos iban explicando la historia relativa a cada uhno con la posibilidad de subirse hy bajarse en cualquier estacion y volver a subir. el audio tenia varios idiomas .

Ha Sido una experiencia dormida le, es la segunda vez que visito este lugar y me ha vuelto a sorprender...La amabilidad del personal y la limpieza del recinto...

I stupidly hadn't downloaded the app, so my ticket wouldn't work. Had to go home, download it, come back, then wait an hour for a bus. The commentary was dreadful. Poor information and grammar. A trip along the beach would have been nice.

Absolutely everything . Unfortunately most of the people do not speak English but they do their best to help.Awsome experience.

Esperienza di acquisto biglietti ottima. Da migliorare la gestione dell'entrata: paradossalmente entra prima chi compra il biglietto direttamente in biglietteria piuttosto che chi lo fa online, in quanto sono molto fiscali e aspettano che scatti l'orario scritto sul biglietto prima di farti entrare. Abbiamo dovuto fare una coda. Anche le indicazioni all'interno del parco non sono chiarissime.

Acquisto dei biglietti per l'ingresso all'Oceanografic molto semplice e dettagliata. L'oceanografic è meraviglioso, in 2-3 ore lo abbiamo apprezzato per intero (compreso l'esibizione dei delfini). Il cinema 4D non l'abbiamo visto. Abbiamo potuto anche fare colazione all'interno della struttura e qualche spuntino.

Find it very nice.only it takes fff to get your tickets if you order them online. For the rest a great park to dream away.

Exciting facility because of the professionalism of the staff and the attention in caring for the environments and animals. The dugong is amazing. The audio guides clear with very interesting explanations.

We bought the tickets the day before. We arrived at the opening time of the park. The staff very friendly and easy tour and the dolphinarium great.

You define them, the fish, I think everything really, although the crocodile area is fake, I don't know why I thought it would be real.
