I was missing a big panel àbout the closing at fife for the clerical event. A lot of people were not informed and not amused.....

We were too tired to go to Seville from Granada. I am sure the experience would have been excellent just like the rest of the tours in Madrid, Granada, Cordoba and Barcelona 😊

Only the first part of the ticket arrived via email, and x get the second part (visit giralda) I had to download App. I liked that they respected the entrance time.

We did not find the optional bedroom. There was no indication at the entrance. Good thing was we could book a German audio gaet. Unfortunately the return is poorly organized . First back to the entrance then to the exit in front. All in all good.

Our guide was entertaining and very informative in this fascinating building. She gave lots of detail, and was able to answer any questions. Tickets were very easy to buy via Headout.

Wonderful visit! Minor points for improvement: - Given the number of French visitors to the cathedral, it would be a good idea to translate the commentary into French. -It would also be possible to improve access with tickets by creating 2 separate queues, 1 for each schedule.

It was very varied and diverse. Although there were a lot of tourists, you didn't feel crowded. Thanks to the online ticket purchase, you didn't have to wait anywhere.

Amazing palace with interesting architecture. Beautiful gardens. A place that one should visit. Ticketing experience very good.

The ticket ordering , the process of queueing , the visit itself was all good , the issue was the venue made it very clear in all the website and ticket information that dress code was expected, NO shorts, no sandals , no bear shoulders , no large backpacks. This was NOT policed at all . we made the decision to respect the rules and had to return to our hotel to change after as it was too hot to walk around afterwards in long trousers and sleeves . If a dress code rule is implemented it should be obeyed and people should be rejected at the door for not following it . The queue would subsequently be shorter. If they are happy for people to attend in shorts and sandles they need to amend their website and the tickets need to be correct at the time of printing . Otherwise the visit was very good and as expected .

Top, at our time of year (1st week of May), the wire cutter was a real bargain. The visit itself is a must...

The Alcazar looks like a building from 1001 Nights. The filigree architecture conveys a love of detail, meticulous craftsmanship and lovingly developed onamentation

Being able to walk from our hotel placket España and really enjoyed all the rest booking was easy at Seville but we were a bit dissspointed we weren't able to use our tickets for the cable cars as they weren't running and obv we lost our money

You can wander around the palace and garden as you please. For us, a total of 4 hours. It's a pity that you have to get explanations from photos that aren't always representative.

There did not appear to be an audio guide option at the Alcazar and although I had e-tickets, I still had to queue for a long time

It was very easy to get into the cathedral and into Palace Alcázar without any waiting time. Everything went smooth and efficiently.

It was very easy to book the tickets and I received messages to remind me of the time I had to visit the places of interest that I had booked.
