Nice experience in Barcelona october 2025 with family . Advantages of the app: ease of booking and presentation of qr code tickets. Small inconveniences with the language of the guide in presence at the Sagrada Familia: you could not choose the Italian language but only English. Fortunately we understand it quite well but it was quite tiring to follow the explanations despite the skill of the assigned guide. Also the audio guide of Parc Guell is, in my opinion, to be improved by inserting area recognizers via the gps of one's cell phone instead of having to autonomously search continuously for the area, which one does not know at all, often listening to different guides to the place where one actually is. We who entered through the topmost park door started listening about the pavilions, but they were located elsewhere. Before we understood how it works it took more than a little bit of time and moments of confusion. But in the end we made it and it was a good experience.

The bus tours were amazing and provided us with the opportunity to see all of the amazing part of Barcelona. My group was a big one and yet we still managed to stay together and saw all the amazing parts of the city. It was very accessible and we visited all the main attractions. The stop were spread out evenly and we got to also have a food tour. The audio travel guide was also very helpful and there was language for every one. The quality of them at least in German was good and very informative. I would gladly recommend the survices to friend and family because it is wotlrth it and I would also advise anyone that goes on to the tour to book online l in advance because it's easier to cary the tickets on your phone in digital form. Overall I was very satisfied with the tours and services.

All around it was a great experience. The employees and the company proved they could smoothly and calmly handle the unexpected when we had to have a replacement bus after our bus had brake problems as soon as we stepped on the bus. A replacement bus showed up within minutes and the tour proceeded normally, no issues and no problems. The information given on the tour was interesting and just enough without overwhelming us with dates and times. The app was helpful when we hopped off the bus and later needed to hop back on. There is an opportunity to improve the audio, not all the audio jacks are in good condition. app was simple to use

This was the absolute best way to see Barcelona! The hop-on hop-off bus was incredibly convenient, with frequent buses and well-planned routes that covered all the major sights like the Sagrada Familia, Park Güell, and the Gothic Quarter. The audio guide was informative and easy to listen to. The highlight for us was the eco-catamaran cruise. Seeing the city skyline from the Mediterranean was breathtaking and so relaxing after a day of walking. It was the perfect combination of efficient sightseeing and a peaceful escape. We were standing on the street where the stop was marked on the map. The bus driver saw us and pointed us to the stop, which we walked across the intersection to, but the bus accelerated. Further on, we had two buses where the audio guides didn't work at various seats. The wait times without getting off at Plaza Catalan and Sagrada were far too long. The audioguide often breaks start again Some parts were faster by foot than by bus because of the traffic. Sorry but Hop On Hop Off works in other Citys better. I don't know if the competition in Barcelona is better

The unexpectedness of what we found. The peace of the parks...the charm of its route and leave for the last the impressive monumental staircase, the Hipostola hall and its aqueduct columns and the panoramic rest of the Greek theater or nature square. The first time I took these buses and I was skeptical. But I changed my mind In one day we visited all of Barcelona, even going for a swim in the sea! Very convenient in that there is about a 20 min walk between one destination and another, so madness to do everything on foot You can get off and on whenever you want Super explanations! Only warning, for park Güell book the day before. Because otherwise you go up about 500 mt really tiring walk to be told to book online and there was room after 2h So to be safe book the day before online so you will get off when you have the reservation time The stops are clearly visible Very friendly staff Now in every city I go to visit I will book this very convenient tour!

We bought tickets for 9.30, when the park opens and headed straight to the two houses at the end, to avoid the crowds them walked back slowly and it worked a treat. A truly fabulous site with great spaces, viaducts, gardens, Gaudi designed buildings and structures and amazing views over the City. The terrace with the wavy seating is s must do. East access from City on the V19 bus (E 2.65 each way).

fast and d reliable, I do not understand why those who buy on the internet do not have priority access to the bus and have to queue with those who have to buy the ticket, with the risk of being stranded due to overbooking. I find this unacceptable, given that the ticket has been acauisted for the prefixed day and in case it is not to be used one is èerdon, I would add rightly, the money. For the same reason being for those who buy on the Internet a risk, the same must be rewarded with priority. In Italy for example it is used to do so.

Once we saw other guests with headphones, we got a couple pairs for us. The narrative was good, but was complete static in one seat on our second bus. The 'Optional Catamaran cruise' was disappointing. As a sailor, I should have known that a 1 hour cruise was too short to raise the sails! Seeing the harbor was nice, but kind of a waste of a sailing catamaran when you never raise the sails!

The museum is fantastic and specially the 360' room however the "construction viewpoint" is absolutely ridiculous! Also you should be able to access a small part of the stadium it's under so strict ion for long enough there should have been enough forward planning for visitors to have an access point even when under construction to see a glimpse of the stadium

The first green route bus was flooded upstairs and no one seemed to care. We c'had to keep our feet up the whole route otherwise we had water up our shoes. The green route was shortened from stop 13 to stop 3 and no one told us. The staff seem unhappy. No one is smiling or welcoming you properly. They look bored and not caring for us.

We loved being able to enjoy the bus while doing our sightseeing all day long from 9:45 am to 7:45 pm (we took the bus closest to our apartment, only 10 min walk away) impeccable 😉. Hello, we were in Park Güell in August 2025. We particularly liked the park view. It is beautiful. What we didn't like was the audio guide. As the park has several entrances, we entered through the wrong entrance and the sequence of explanations was not correct. This should be improved. It was better at Casa Battlo with the signs. Everything went well, we found it a bit bumpy that some of the buses didn't go through. I thought they were doing whole laps, but sometimes we had to change buses in the middle. However, the next bus was there straight away and the explanations with the audio guide were great! What was probably extremely unlucky, but rather amusing: during the journey there was a downpour, despite the roof, the "1st floor" was completely flooded and the water came down the stairs like a waterfall in the bends or when the bus braked. We passengers took it in good humor, as it wasn't cold. But we were surprised by the attendant: he remained seated, staring at his cell phone and gave no information or help. People came screaming down from above after getting soaking wet. The information that this could happen would have saved some people from getting completely soaked!

The first bus we hopped in, Can't hear the audio guide because the driver and conductor were so busy socializing -talking really loud! The second bus we hopped in was all ele tric and was having operational issues...the bus had to be stopped and sit for 10 or 15 minutes before it could move again. The drivers didn't know what to do and were communicating via cell phone to know what to do. This happened 3 times until the bus would no longer move. This is a dangerous situation and could have led to an accident with passenger injuries. Your company needs to be more responsible in training drivers in what to do and NOT continue operating a tourist bus that is not safe to operate.

The Park is amazing to visit. However, we did not receive an audio guide on arrival. There was no water facilities inside which is ridiculous.. There was a cafe which is still signposted but must have closed a while ago. On asking a guide if there was water available she was uninterested and not helpful. There were only men standing outside the park selling water which is crazy. You don't know if they are genuine as they do not have anything showing if they are official vendors. It is very expensive and unfortunately because of those reasons it was not a great experience.

Very beautiful park, very very large and full of points of interest, to be discovered by audio guide or guided tour. We opted for the audioguide. In our experience, the signs with the directions of the route to be followed should be better organized: we found ourselves bewildered, even after consulting the route map, which in our opinion was confusing and unclear, so much so that we probably followed the route backwards. Nevertheless, the park is really worth the visit!

Buying the tickets online was very convenient as I was able to save my euros for other things. We took the hop on and hop off green line in Barcelona and had an easy way of seeing a lot of the city. It was a hot day, so the bus ride on top was the best way to get a lot of the city in. My feet really appreciated the ride. Ps. We only had one day and a half in Barcelona, so this was a great option to get in as much as we could.

The reason for my 3 star rating: the bus waited at each stop for quite a long time. Not sure if this is always how it goes or if this day was an anomaly, but sometimes we waited as much as 10 minutes in the mid-July intense heat and blazing Sun for the bus to continue the loop. The park is beautiful! The Gaudi experience is another intriguing way to learn about his imagination and dedication to nature. We went early in the day (9:30a, June 7) and it was quite warm by the time we left about 11:30a. Make sure to wear sunscreen, hat, and take or buy water. The walk up to the higher levels is worth the climb! Remember that once you go down to the terrace (serpentine bench) you have "left" the park and would need to buy another ticket to get back in. I recommend the audio guide!

The HOHO service was convenient when you know the stop but absolutely unhelpful when you are new to the city and not know where the exact t location of the meeting point was (I took a taxi to the Museu FC Barcelona meeting point and had to ask several people and walked back and forth to find the stop, while it would have been helpful to have a location intersection with street names). Also, the last stop was very unclear (19h00 vs the exact end time at the respe time stop).

They are not overcrowded and you can get on and off wherever you want. Perfect. Or you can leave one or two things for later. So we went to grada familia to get on the bus. At first we were also wrong, but once we knew which buses and the staff explained the concept to us, our adventure could begin. Nice way of exploring the city with explanations in your own language about what you see along the way. And you can leave or re-enter the bus whenever you feel like it. For those who visit this wonderful Park it would be congliabile to go in the morning at the opening so that it is not too crowded to take photos, already around 11.00 am it fills up, especially near the iconic "iguana" on the staircase. The two bus routes allow you to see areas that you would be unlikely to reach especially if you only have a few days. The cost is quite high but it is really worth it, I would definitely repurchase it! I would only recommend checking the audio stations on the older buses because several were not working and if the bus is full you may be walking around without the audio guide explaining where you are.

Gorgeous park!!! We went on a Sunday. There were acoustic singers/musicians in different spots around the park adding to the amazing atmosphere. The different architechtural features by Gaudi were just gorgeous!! We were in awe. Wear comfortable walking shoes and bring something to drink! They will let you bring in refreshments of your own. They do not have any for sale inside the park.

It is not possible to follow the tour as indicated, as several sections are closed. The audio guide takes you up the steps, but the wardens do not allow you to climb up the steps. As you have to start "backwards", it is difficult to find the right place to listen to the audio guide.

Well, I wouldn't say it's entirely your fault - I didn't check carefully either. It's a hop-on hop-off package, but if you don't check the dates carefully, as I didn't, you risk getting tickets that don't match. Our tickets for Parc Güell were not for the same day as those on the tour bus - there was a week's difference! So, my advice: stay calm and be very careful when buying tickets on unofficial websites.
