The gardens are lovely, great views from the top of the tree. The floral hall and floral designs are great. Really enjoyed the day

The day I got the tickets one facility was closed, I needed to go back again next day. The website didn't inform that. That was a little sad.

No problems with our online tickets when we arrived at the different sights we had chosen. Quick and easy to book and just kept PDF on my phone for access. Also have free wifi in the park. Magical experience being up the super trees during the free light and music show.

Purchase and use of tickes was smooth, as expected. The presentation of the combos can be improved, providing a better overview of what combo includes what of the complete offer of attractions.

Gardens by the bay is a great experience, beautifully laid out, lovely open spaces, the domes are amazing and not to be missed, a great day out for all ages

Awesome experience.Great shame floral gardens was Shut. Makes us think about the planet being destroyed. A Wake up Call.

I wouldn't call it a theme park because the only ride was apparently extra money after we got in. I didn't like that. The gardens were beautiful though.

The whole experience was amazing. The observatory was our favourite. Great to get so high up with wonderful views of Singapore.

Loved the beautiful gardens and photo opportunities! Didn't realise so many extra parts were add ons, really wanted to do the sky walk but that was not included. As a foreigner, all the bundles were confusing as it wasn't clear what exactly you were getting access to (needs photos). Also annoying that you couldn't pay for the shuttle at the terminal, we had to go back to the main ticket counter which was frustrating!

Activities were diverse and interesting. The tickets were a bit confusing though - skip the line and express were not clearly explained. Ended up buying skip the line when I needed Express

Poor direction guide. Very confused and difficult to navigate between gardens. Not many ppl that we can ask questions but those who we asked weee very friendly

Was different and amazing flowers etc. just wished I'd done it earlier in the day due to lots of rain and wasn't allowed outside on the observatory due to lightning

Everything was amazing. All the activities and site seeing was awesome. I booked through this app & it served me well. I wish I booked more tickets through this app. It has lots of offers which I liked the most.

We did not get to floral fantasy due widespead immigation clearance delays from our cruise ship. We only had a couple of hours in the afternoon but what we did see was fantastic. If you have any influence with immigration authorities, maybe advise them they need to improve tourist clearance processes at cruise terminal. Many passengers not happy.

Ticketing all went well. Really liked walking around the park area. I enjoyed the Flower Dome a lot. So by the time I got to the Supertree Observatory it was perfect timing as dusk was turning to night. And the night view was spectacular! The light show was vibrant too. I didn't make it to the Floral Fantasy this time. Overall, a most enjoyable experience.

Floral Fantasy was the most exciting exposition if you are able to reach it walking from the Flower Dom. There isn't good marking and the personel can't give clear directions.

As a first time visitor to S’pore I wasn’t sure exactly what I was getting and was a little confused about what I had and had not bought for the Gardens (so many varieties of slightly different tickets). The actual ticketing was very good and efficient.

The whole Gardens by the Bay was incredible but especially the Floral Fantasy.

All is great from the online ticket processing till getting into the venue. All personnel are helpful.

Enjoyed the gardens but disappointed shuttle was not complimentary.
