Very friendly staff. Despite the chaotic traffic, you can get to almost all the sights without any problems. However, the sockets for the headphones need to be replaced. Several worked poorly or not at all.

Plenty of space on the bus, commentary particularly the blue line was interesting. We took the first bus of each line and these were on time. In terms of negatives, I think the route misses out some really good sites that I saw the yellow line drive past e.g. cathedral, Quattro.

The truth is that they sell the service as a 24 hour service, it is clear that no one will take the bus at midnight, but the last departure is at 17:00 when the tours start at 10.00, let's say that there are 7 hours available and could start earlier and end later, otherwise everything was fine, although we almost did not enjoy the service, we could not even do the tour with the blue line, and the green line was not working, the green line helps a lot to access quickly to the center of the city. I traveled with my mother who could not walk too much and the truth is that we took little advantage of it.

It was convenient easy to use and economical. We didn't have to wait for the bus very long so our sightseeing time was used well.

Easy acces and good information. The perfect way to explore the city first and then decide what you wanna see from the inside.

It included all the places we wanted to visit and you get 2 different routes for the price of one, covering a wide area 😊

Easy to book on line and staff helpful & friendly on the bus. Enjoyed the tour in Palermo and the audio was good for each site we past drove past with plenty of history for each site.

The waiting time is too long and the explanation not detailed enough.

La linea A è servita bene e comoda alle varie attività. La linea B è meno servita. Non ho usufruito delle altre linee.
