Combo: Siena Cathedral, Museum of Brunello di Montalcino & Pienza Pass

Una fila chilometrica alla biglietteria del Duomo Comprensibile era un bel sabato. Abbiamo saltato la fila senza problemi, ritirati i biglietti, goduto dell'immensa bellezza del Duomo, delle Cripta, della fonte battesimale che purtroppo in parte era in restauro. Un unica tristezza : perchè abbiamo dietro alla spalle tanta bellezza, tanti mecenati e politici che l'hanno ideata e costruita ed ora guardando il presente ed il futuro c'è il nulla!!!

Very easy to purchase tickets. The tour to see each of the exhibits was easy to follow. Each exhibit should be visited. The Duomo is amazing and hard to believe this was built 600+ years ago.

The ticketing experience was so easy and we were able to skip the line and get right in. This is the prettiest cathetedral we saw on our trip. It is just stunning and not to be missed. Go up to the roof for a wonderful view of Siena!

The Duomo complex was a fascinating and beautiful place to visit and gets 5 stars. The ticketing experience with Headout was average at best - given the mark-up over direct ticketing prices we had expected to be given detailed information on ticket collection (from when could they be collected), up to date opening hours and a detailed description of how the OPA Si pass works - especially with regards to the fact that several of the sites included have to be visited at the same time. There was essentially no information given by Headout and we were grateful for some very helpful local OPA staff who were able to guide us fully. I would not use Headout again for obtaining tickets that are available directly as there was no 'value-added'

Would be very helpful if you state what entity to pick up the tickets from. Was looking for a head out sign or person.

Purchased our tickets in advance, went to the counter to pick up our tickets (no wait) and proceeded into the duomo. Super easy and the person at the counter was very nice and informative.

Upon arriving in Siena and discovering on the official website there were no available tickets for the Duomo the following day, I found some on your website for a mere 8 Euro markup for 2 tickets. I received the online confirmation immediately and the next morning picked up the actual tickets after a 5-minute wait, then got into the cathedral right on time. Great experience.

Booking tickets online saved us from hours of queing at the ticket office, in the baking sun I might add. A little bit tricky to find the counter where one present the booking code to redeem tickets, but it worked out in the end.

Definitely a benefit to buying tickets ahead of time. The lines were very long for those who hadn't. Beauitufl Duomo to visit

The venue. I was absolutely blown away by the cathedral itself and then the view of Siena from the bridge. I felt however that the information on where to go between the different venues could have been a little clearer.

I had to queue up to buy the ticket for the Gateway to heaven. Why is it not included with your ticket - that's just bad!:-(

The children were mesmerized by the whole experience! Booked only the night before...everything was fast, friendly and fantastic! We were able to avoid all the queues...which was a godsend when you have two young children...and the beauty of the cathedral in Siena silenced any potential of a pre-teen disaffection towards mam and dad dragging them around another 'boring' historical building!

Very practical reservation (enormous time saving) and recommended given the number of groups visiting this marvel. despite the number of visitors, the people in charge of reservations are very friendly and helpful.

The online ticket purchase option made it much easier to access the Duomo and other towers included in our tour. It ended up being a very busy day, but our skip the line tickets and early appointment time made it much easier.
