Super positive experience. I picked up my tickets at the infopoint near Piazza del Campo, all very quick and clear. Once we got to the Duomo they let us in directly from the fast lane, which I didn't know was included, and we skipped the whole line. The Duomo is really spectacular, with the inlaid floors and the Piccolomini Library that looks like a little Renaissance treasure chest. The audio guide explains every detail well and makes the visit even more interesting. Perfect organization, highly recommended.

The Cathedral iteslef was amazing and well worth the visit but the ticket buying and colleciton process a bit of a challenge. And when we did pick the up there was no audio guide on offer there. Maybe we had to get that somewhere else? In fiture i woul djust buy the tickets at the venue rather than online and pay extra for them.

The online ticket application and pickup went well, but about the audioguide I was not told anything, and as my wife and I were taking the tour we told each other that we had to take an audioguide because without it many things I did not understand. Very interesting. The routing of the individual stations was a little confusing. At the actual tiket statement, not really much was communicated, wasn't so nice - should work on that. Very friendly staff at the actual entrances. The cathedral is a must, fantastically beautiful. Just know that the city is very busy from July 2 to August 16 due to the traditional festival "Palio de Siema" (which is very interesting and their tradition). Wonderful view from the museum.

The cathedral is magnificent. I found the commentaries a little long and lacking in dynamism. I also missed information on all the hidden/protected floors: visuals. In fact, as the audio guide is our phone, we could even have been shown a 3D view of the uncovered paving. I would also have appreciated knowing in advance that the audio-guide would be our phone. We could have anticipated the earpieces. These comments are intended to improve the experience, but the tour was still magnificent.

The experience itself was just as described. We enjoyed our visit to the cathedral, museum, crypt and baptistery. The only thing that kinda ruined it was that we had to pay 2 euros for each of our kids under 6 years old, when the on-site staff told us they should be free. For some reason, the kids tickets for the cathedral-only tickets were even higher, 9.50 euros each.

The cathedral is wonderful. The library leaves one breathless. However, I would like to point out one flaw: the 'order in which the audio guide is displayed is different from the "recommended route" . It would also help if, next to the various sites the guidebook dwells on, there were the Numbers of the guidebook. Otherwise, the visitor gets confused

Incredible interior. You can spend hours watching all of it. Buying online ticket by headout will save you at least an hour to get tickets. You just need to pick up your ticket at the tourist Office just around the corner. No waiting cue to enter the Cathedral.

Siena Cathedral is a unique and unmissable experience, as are the Baptistery, Crypt and Cathedral Museum. To be improved is the location on the app of the point of sale on which to pick up tickets, without the name of the office it is not immediate to understand where to go, However, the audio guide is included in the purchase of tickets even on site without a reservation, the only benefit, which is not small, is the skip the line at the ticket offices.

The entrance ticket lasts 3 days, however the audio guide only worked the first day, after that it did not work, from the application it appears that I have already visited the crypt and baptistery and I am still missing the crypt and baptistery. That it works without Internet is not true. And the QR code does not exist on the back of the ticket. You have to download it at the exchange office and if you don't have internet you have to ask for wi-fi. Very cumbersome. It's not all they offer, I felt ripped off because it's not cheap.

I Duomo is very nice, from the outside though because being in Siena passing through I didn't have time to "skip" the long line, thus having given away 10€. Then to devise a skip the line fee for a cultural work is crazy, we are not in Gardaland. When I went to collect my tickets, the exchange office told me that the visits were free on August 15 and advised me to ask for a refund for the tickets I had been sold. I made the request on your site, but according to your policy, it's not possible. Apparently it's normal for your company to sell a service that's... free. French law condemns this kind of practice. We were several families confused by this archaic system even though we pay a commission per ticket for a service. I didn't use this service afterwards and even avoided some visits to avoid disappointment in the family. I tried to enter the password several times in the application and it didn't work. When I asked the staff they told me to try 00000 or 12345, and that didn't work either. Finally I was told to try it off the premises (obviously didn't work either). So, I feel that although I was able to access the cathedral and the piccolomini library the experience was frustrating for not being able to access the complementary information and wasting more time and money in the process than if I had taken the tickets at the cathedral.

We went to the guest visitor's center and were given our 9 tickets. They did not have a QR code on the back. When we arrived at the cathedral, we saw that we needed to use a QR code on our ticket to get the audio tour. So, we were apparently given the wrong tickets. So, we toured the cathedral as best we could. After, we went back to the visitor's center, and asked why they gave us the wrong tickets. The woman there was not helpful at all. She pointed to a QR code on a placard on the counter and said we needed to scan it and we could go back. We told her that was never told to us and we didn't have time to go back. We asked for a portion of our payment back, since we were misled. She kept on making it our problem and we left VERY disappointed.

The Duomo of Siena is one of the most beautiful cathedrals I've ever seen, and I've seen a number. The Library is also exquisite, and must not be missed. That being said, I wish there was a way to download the audio guide ahead of time—maybe you can send the link when the tour is paid for? That's because the internet in the area was spotty, and I was unable to download the file AT ALL. It's just a good thing the destination was breathtaking, but I missed out on a lot of great information.

Our Guide, (I think her name is Ludi, forgive me if I mispelled) was just excellent! We had a private tour and heard really interesting details about the famous people enterred in Santa Croce (Galileo, Michaelangelo, Machiavelli, Rossini!) the church history, the artwork, and the 1966 flood damage! She answered every question well and thoroughly. Incredible and worthwhile tour, about an hour, it was so great.

Unfortunately, we were not told that the cathedral closes at 3:30 pm. This meant that we had much less time available than expected. The service employee in the Dear Guests office was extremely unfriendly. Downloading the audio guide only worked after the fourth time. Unfortunately, the audio guide could not even be played in the cathedral. The audio guide was therefore completely superfluous.

The most beautiful cathedral I've ever seen. Happened to be there during one of 2 months of the year during which the inlaid floors were uncovered. I loved that the number of tourists allowed in at one time is kept to a minimum to allow you to really see everything. Phenomrnal ancient art and sculptures. We really enjoyed visiting the cathedral in Siena. The process worked well and we got tickets from visitor centre no problem however the ticket did not include visiting muses del opera or crypt. The description of what is included was misleading. We needed to buy a more expensive ticket to cover these things. That could maybe be made clearer on website

I arrived with the ticket at 6:29 p.m. The concierge told me it was closed because the last entry is 30 minutes earlier. After showing the time on my cell phone the concierge resigned and asked me for my ticket. I showed the ticket, duly paid, and the lady said it was not valid. She told me that I had to go to a ticket office that she could not direct me to and that in any case she was closing and the ticket would no longer be valid anyway.

The office to obtain the tickets, from the picture of a folder I was sent, was very near the building I was visiting ( Siena Duomo). Being elderly I was worried it might be a long walk. It was a full day outing with an early start so I only checked my Inbox for emails. However, a day later on checking my email Junk folder I found what would have been a helpful email from Headway. I suggest Headway find a way to make sure their communications do not go to Junk.

The visit is highly recommended but it is worthwhile to make the complete visit of the cathedral complex. It would be advisable that when booking and paying for the tickets with the confirmation you send the tickets with your code to avoid going to the ticket office.

The file for the audio guide was downloaded successfully (100%). When switching windows to the camera, the app for the audio guide was automatically closed again and you had to start again at step 1 for the audio guide. This means entering the last 5 digits of the ticket and starting the download again. After we (3 adults with different cell phone brands and operating systems) had done this several times, we continued the tour without the audio guide.

Being able to see the floor of Siena Cathedral live was a Strong Emotion especially because of the audio guide who allowed me to understand what I was seeing. Without detracting from its entire complex like the crypt and the Baptistery! The Museum then would have taken even longer! I will definitely return there! One flaw in these cases is leaving my man with the dog outside to expectorate despite the fact that we had brought the carrier where to place the dog. Because of this he was unable to share all the beauty that I saw.

We were just having a nice coffee at the museum caffee next to Siena Duomo.. and we were looking at this long line for ticket purchase stretching around monumental church for hundreds of meters under the sun at 35 degrees temperature. We were thinking how get into the church, but to save time and our health. So we tried to see if there are maybe some online services to get the tickets. Online purchase with Headout was done within a minute using mobile in one hand and espresso lungho in the other, in a shaded caffe. Short walk (3 mins) to the tourist office to pick up actual tickets was the only excersise we had to do. Excellent.

Nothing! The tickets advertised on the site are not clear - firts you need to pick up the tickets in a completely different place (not immediately available or mobile as advertised). Then, I have not received the audio guide. I tried contacting the company for the audio guides via email, call and chat - all with no success. Via phone - no answer, via chat, you cannot even get them to understand your request, even if giving the ID number. Via email, same, they don't even recognize the ID number. We had to purchase tickets again to get the audio guide - we lost 59 euros using this crappy website who overcharged and does not deliver. This is a scam, don't fall for it!
