Kennedy Space Center Tickets & Chat with an Astronaut

My 8yo loved the chat with the astronaut (JD Bartoe). He was sitting on his seat hanging in every word. He made a huge impression on him. My kids also enjoyed the play space. Our only complaint is we should have allotted more time to see ALL the things! We will definitely be back in the future.

Tickets allowed entry for 2 days and able to see all the attractions at leisure. Collected tickets at visitor centre. Gateway Departure to Mars was awesome.

John wax excellent and his ability to take on all questions was second to none. He was informative as well as amusing. I would also call out the staff at the Information Centre and the security staff at the iMax who were very helpful and effective when I realised I had lost my phone once I had left the centre. On returning they had it back to me in minutes, despite dealing with a missing child and a medical emergency. You have a top notch team!

Our chat with an astronaut with Dr. Barlow was fantastic! Informative, entertaining and engaging. A gracious man who comes alive when he speaks of the science behind the investigation of the sun. Wonderful support staff and a decent spread of food as well. We would highly recommend the experience!

My family and I met the man who invented space surfing!!!! He was so amazing answering all our questions about space, and how it is truly a different world up there.

Loved the way they presented their artifacts. The Apollo/Saturn V display was wonderful and brought back many memories. At the end of their audio/video presentation on the shuttle when they revealed the actual shuttle Atlantis, tremendous! It takes your breath away. Loved the astronaut hall of fame and the in memorium for the Apollo and Shuttle astronauts. The background info and personal artifacts displayed actually gave a little insight to the actual people. This is a must see destination not only for space buffs but for young people to educate them on the history and importance of America's space programs.

It is a unique experience. The chance to talk to an astronaut is a dream. Unfortunately we were not allowed to take a picture with him and shake his hand.

Meeting Jim Newman, the astronaut for the day, was great! I think I had a huge grin on my face the entire time. And we had the ticket and could just go straight to the security line to get in. Super easy.

NASA was so cool! It was awesome to learn about everything they are doing and to meet an astronaut and hear about his real life mission!

The size and scale was unbelievable. Had no idea how big the rockets were. Such a great experience and looking forward as space is no closer then ever before.

That we were able to actually talk to a real astronaut. And got intelligent answers. But it would have been better if we could have been able to take a picture with him and not wait till 12nn for the signing autograph. We were not able to do so because we had to go to the other nuilding

Everything. The whole experience was so interesting and fun for us. Chat with an astronaut, with Mark Lee, was way more than we thought it was going to be. He shared so many incredible stories! An added humor throughout. I would do this whole experience again. Can't wait!

Fabulous!!! It's amazing what all the people who participated in the Apollo missions leave us as a legacy, we are looking forward to Artemis.

The chat with astronaut was brilliant. I could have listened to Bob for hours, everything he talked about was so interesting. Even answering my young sons question in detail. His wife was in the audience, and they bounced off each other, it was great. One of the highlights of the day for me.

Loved the space centre. So much to see, didnt get a chance to see it all. The best part was the lunch and chat with Woody Springs.

Great exhibits and able to watch a live launch while we were there. We paid extra to meet with astronaut. We were supposed to be able to greet him and get picture, but they did not leave time for that and that was disappointing.. The question and answer portion with the astronaut was excellent.

Fantastic place.. Great day out with the family. Loved interacting with John Fabian !! THE LAUNCH SIMULATION WAS EPIC ! Good Luck with The Artemis programme NASA !

Lots of cool stories from our astronaut, informal nature meant no questions were too silly to ask. The host really helped the flow of the event too.

Absolutely loved meeting an astronaut. His story was cool. I enjoyed the Atlantis building and how the screen lifted and Atlantis was there. My 12 year old son liked the VR experience.

Absolutely everything! I most loved how everything was set to help you live through the experience as if it was actually happening. The launch simulation was the best part of it all!
