Tootbus: London Evening Bus Tour

The bus did not show up at the agreed meeting point. We stood there with about 30 people and none of us received a message by email that the meeting point had changed. Over an hour's wait that day was in vain. Nobody could be reached by phone at this time either. The ticket costs were spent on nothing. I wrote a complaint to the provider 2 days later. The whole thing is now being investigated. The fact is that the meeting point has changed, but no one was informed. The costs may be refunded. Just wait and see! Otherwise, I have received a receipt number as compensation. I can use this to get 3 tickets for free next time I'm in London.

The tour didn't even take place. Nobody was informed. We waited with the other participants for 1 hour at the bus stop. Hotline could not help. Paid money but received NO SERVICE. So far no further information on request or refund of the ticket price received.

i am waiting for 2 hour on 5 may but tootbus was not coming and i feel bad for this experience its not good enough for me headout this is not fair
