I had no expectation when booking the ticket. I was really happily surprised. Fantastic building and history lesson. It's an amazing place and we spent many hours exploring all of the building and it's contents.
I would recommend this place to all.
The staff are fabulous and even the cafe is a great post experience chill.

We opted for a single entry ticket, but without an audioguide.
At first, we had to queue for a few minutes, but soon the museum staff came to collect us with our special tickets.
This type of ticket gives you access to the entrance courtyard, the many halls of power, and rooms displaying armor and weapons. You'll cross the Bridge of Sighs, which is a kind of tunnel, to access the prisons on the two lower floors.
You won't be able to visit the rooftop cells where Casanova was held, or the secret itinerary rooms.

Ease. Even though the city was packed, we were able to get in quickly. What I liked most: the palazzo, of course. You never get tired of seeing it, I would have spent hours sitting in front of the wonderful painting by Tintoretto. I missed a bit of information about the different saints and characters because in the distance, I could not distinguish the attributes well, but that's stuff for the art-enthusiasts.

Booking online and getting straight in without having to queue was wonderful. It was not too busy so aibwas able to view the rooms and art easily. I was able to stroll through the beautiful palace and enjoy the wonderful rooms and exhibits.

I was particularly impressed by the prison wing and the passage over the Bridge of Sighs, which you normally only see from the outside. Of course, the palace is magnificent and impressive. There are great frescoes and lovely details to discover.

Magnificent Doge's Palace, the tickets provided trouble free priority access, no ID was asked at the entrance, enjoyed it very much. Easy access, but it wasn't specified at the time of booking that access to the palace was only available from 12pm. Another point: as many of the tickets were pre-sold, we found ourselves queuing... But having said that, the wait was reasonable. In the end, this ensured our visit. And fortunately, because it's a real marvel.

The Doge's Palace was a wonderful experience. Beautiful. Very entertaining and interesting.
The only thing I had imagined differently was the "fast line". It was described that we would NOT have to wait with this ticket and would be let in directly without having to queue. Unfortunately, that was not the case. We had to go to the end of the queue. Because everyone in the queue also had this ticket. That really annoyed us. Thank goodness it went relatively quickly and we were let in within 15 minutes.
