The view was great, weather was beautiful, and I would do it again. But the 3rd part of the ride, 2nd cable car, was closed with zero explanation. So we never hot to the "top".

Easy to book for a start. Trip to the top of the mountain amazing. Restaurant available at the top. Thoroughly enjoyed the trip.

The show was absolutely amazing, my only regret was not getting the food with the show as it looked and smelt amazing. Alpenzoo had lots to offer and some amazing animals to visit. The top of Innsbruck offered amazing views and free sledges for anyone to use which was a lovely extra activity for anyone wanting to do something up there that isnt just skiing and was both child and adult friendly. Finally the crystal museum had lots of exhibits both indoors and outdoors and an amazing restaurant on site. Only bug bear here is that you have to buy private shuttle tickets to get here, however at only 11 euros return for adults and children free it wasnt too bad. Overall the digital tickets were very easy to use at each destination and saved the hassle of having to buy paper tickets on the day.

Wir haben einen beeindruckenden Tag in den Swarovski-Kristallwelten verlebt. Toll war dabei, dass wir durch den Kauf der Online-Tickets keine Wartezeiten beim Einlass hatten. Die ausgestellten Stücke, das vielfältige, hochwertige Angebot im Shop sowie das perfekt gestaltete Außengelaende sind einfach sehenswert. Weiter so!!!

A worthwhile visit with interesting insights and unusual exhibits. The outdoor area is also worth seeing.

Quick, uncomplicated booking and payment of the tickets was very good. It's not headout's fault that the experience didn't suit my personal taste.

Beautiful experience every room you are enveloped in exceptional magic, beautiful the snow room, also the park outside very nice with the merry-go-round and play area for children highly recommended experience

It was so easy to get to and use the tickets straight from my phone. Very stroller friendly and the views where incredible!

Fun trip up to the top. Passed through some rain clouds on the way up but turned to snow by the top. Snow and clouds did not let us see much but was nonetheless an awesome experience.

Booked via the Internet and everything worked out. In the Alpine Zoo, the scanner had some problems but that was solvable. Everything was great and the weather was great and the view from the Hafele. I will do it again. The Alpenzoo but rather outside the holidays......

Impressive were the hologram messages. Also in the garden the famous fountain, also one or the other has pleased me well. What I found a pity, I wanted to bring my grandchildren a glitter stone, but unfortunately there was nothing. It would be nice to get such small stones for children as a souvenir. I also found it more something for adults

Had hoped for more for the money. Was much of any artists and little of Swarovski itself exhibited. The whole figures have been missing.

ticketing experience I have bought it online so it was quite smooth and went well. cable ride was great. not much crowded people, it was frequent trips on the times wise. the view points at extreme top was simply no words it was magical.

The staff at the entrance was very friendly. The program and the Crystal Worlds were an experience especially for our grandchildren, which they will talk about for years to come. The facility was in a very well-kept condition. The prices in the restaurant were more than fair! Gladly again!

I enjoyed it immensely. I recommend everyone young and old to visit the Swarovski Museum. It is a unique experience. Then the ability to go directly into the store to appreciate the wonders and creations just as enjoyable😁 🌟 🌟🌟🌟🌟

Ein wunderschöner Ort da oben und alle gut organisert. Das große "Aber": viel zu volle Kabinen und Gondeln, zu stickige Luft - die Fahrt hinauf und hinunter hätte so viel schöner sein können, wenn mehr Platz und Luft gewesen wäre. Zu wenige Halteschlaufen und Möglichkeiten sich festzuhalten bei voller Bahn

Museo davvero particolare con effetti ottici eccezionali, Molto particalare la stanza del ghiaccio. L'esterno pulito e piacevole soprattutto per i più piccoli.

Der Besuch war großartig, komme sicher nochmals vorbei. Manko: wir hatten die Tickets am Feiertag und die Parkplätze waren voll, als wir ankamen. Beim Kreisverkehr war ein Parkeinweiser, der uns zurück schickte. Es war eine lange Autoschlange und natürlich hat jeder gefragt, warum man nicht hinein kann. So etwas ist ärgerlich, denn wenn der Parkplatz voll ist, kann man doch die Autos vorher ableiten.
