Stadtrundfahrt: 1-Day Hop-On Hop-Off Tour of Hamburg with Optional Cruise

The driver was great - very helpful. I wish I could have understood what he was saying But, seats too small - I sat next to a guy who didn't close his legs so I was perched on the edge.

We first did a full tour and then the cruise, but unfortunately we have no time to enjoy "Hop on" "Hop off", because 2 stops near our hotel were not in service, but we did not receive this information, so we looked for the stop, lost about 2 hours asking locals where the stops are. And the stop posts are a bit hard to find. As a result, we advise you to start your tour at number 1. Despite this, we had a good experience. The explanations were very interesting, but it's a pity we don't understand German, because the driver's explanations in German were very complete and interesting. Well worth the trip.

I really liked the route and the information provided, pleasant communication. There was only one minus - I had to listen to the information through headphones in the selected language very loudly, so as not to hear the information in German, which was also spoken very loudly too.

I bought tickets for my family, my brother, my mother and me. My mother and I were visiting the country. The only one who speaks German is my brother and upon entering the bus, as the ticket says, I presented my passport and the QR code, the bus guide told me what was that I was presenting him, that he didn't even know the QR code nor did I need a passport. Until my brother spoke to him in German he decided to scan the QR code and was more polite. Until we got off at stop 17 and got back on, we met another driver who was very friendly and attentive. The boat cruise was fine, but we didn't have the app for English translation so our experience was limited. But the guide did a good job of helping us. It seems on the cruise many had a pleasant experience.

A round trip worth seeing accompanied by insightful description of the sights by a sympathetic voice. Supplemented by additional humorous information from our bus driver ANDREAS. Best advertising for Hamburg!

The Hop On Hop Off bus tours are so convenient and informative and very affordable. They allowed us to see more of the city than we had planned. The fact that they are multilingual is extremely helpful to tourists that don't speak the native language. We rode around then whole route and then chose which places we wanted to go and had a wonderful day. We enjoyed our tour so much in Hamburg Germany that we used Hop On Hop Off in Berlin and purchased the 2 day pass.
