The google directions took us to a tourist office and by the time we realized it we needed to meet at the red booth they were gone. We requested the ticket price refund and got no reply. Not a great experience at all but luckily we took the tour they offer for free when you purchase the tickets as it was amazing not to mention much cheaper.

The tour did not go ahead due to power cut. The company did not inform us about event . Neither the guide turn up .
