Combo: 24/48/72-Hour Hop-On Hop-Off Bus Tour of Warsaw + Skip-the-Line Palace of Culture and Science Tickets

That day was very cold and the air conditioning didn't work. it was not cheap by 2 Pax ! Bad ! I often saw something, but the information came later.

There are no signs on the streets to knoe where the hop on hop off buses stop. Impossible to find the itinerary. Nobody could told me where to go or find the buses. Finally I gave up and made my oen tour. Its a shame and a lost of time and money.

I would like to request for a refund . As information was not provided correctly + we were at stop no 3 for almost 3 hours but no bus . We were there between 11.40 to 2.45 pm . But not once we see the bus at stop no 3. The Information on the website is limited. Instead of asking people to go other locations , they must come to stop 1 . To start tour . I feel it's more of a scam .as I haven't seen bus anywhere on the roads.

Nothing. The buses did not arrive on time at the designated bus stops and the whole experience was a disaster. Never again! Thank you Petros Pashiardis

The tour itself was ok, not a great quality, a lot of silence, not a lot of explanation ("Family Smith lived there" - no explanation who family Smith is). There was mist inside the bus for the first 1h, we had to wipe out the windows constantly to see something. Second hour was ok, so the bus should ust have been warmed before. But, most of all: You don't provide the exact spot where the bus is, and you provide the WRONG TIME! I wasted 1h30 - 30 minutes looking for the bus stop before calling customer support, and then, 1h waiting for the actual correct time when the bus should arrive. You should fix this ASAP, it's unacceptable. You provide a googlemap spot, which is wrong, how hard is it to say "11h15 at Emilii Plater / DWORZEC CENTRALNY 14"?? So, mediocre tour, and terrible service from you.

Could not find a place from where to board the bus. Hence could not travel. Can we get a refund for our two tickets.

There is no explanation of where to take the bus, access to information is very difficult, the bus is very dilapidated, the sound system hardly works and the driver is rude.

We went to the meeting point and waited over an hour for the bus. Called the office and reported it and asked for the refund for our tickets which were unused. Got no where.
