Ticketing experience was fine. We were a party of 5. One of our members was late and missed the boat. When she arrived the attendant in the office let her go on the next boat. She was very thankful. The tour was well worth while.

Le personnel est accueillant et le bateaux est propre. Par contre les commentaires sont vraiment très pauvres, nous n'avons pas appris beaucoup de choses sur la ville. C'est dommage

The guided tour and the captain was so good. The boat was a bit croweded and we didn't get information about that we should check in and the QR code is not a ticket. I loved that the boat was visiting the most famus placeses and areas.

The punctuality of the schedule, the captain's comments and the audio guide. The tour was perfect, we covered most of Amsterdam's points of interest.

Nous n'avons pas pu vraiment apprécier cette croisière sur le canal dans la mesure où il pleuvait et qu'à l'intérieur du bâteau on ne voyait rien. Une raclette était bien fournie pour enlever la buée mais celle-ci revenait tout de suite et par ailleurs les vitres étaient couvertes de gouttes de pluie. Impossible donc de donner une évaluation sur cette croisière, dommage !

Nice to do on the first day to get the lay of the land :) After that it's very basic and nothing special about the boat itself. It's just a tourist trap ^^

The booking system was quick and easy to use. The boat had heaters that were absolutely a must in the windy and rainy weather.

Because it was sunny, we stayed outside and simply enjoyed the tour. But it would have been better if there had also been an audio connection at the rear. Also, we did not see any sign telling us where to check-in.

Price-performance ratio was top! Beautiful and covered boat. Received headphones for the audio guide in many languages from the captain, which is very good. The tour is a great experience by day and night.

Tour should ensure that all audio guide connections are working and not faulty. Not aware that audio guide has commenced as connection faulty, so missed the first part of it. Someone should advise that the audio gauide has commenced, so passenger is aware, if not recieving it, that connection is faulty. Paid to hear th entire audio huide but thats not what I got.

The friendly welcome and the beautiful view. It was a wonderful sunny weather, which made the trip again extr a beautiful. Also that a photo was taken of one and you got it at the end for a small price as a postcard, was a nice memory.

A great way to discover the city, especially if you don't know it at all. The explanations were clear and well adapted to the audiophone.

Too crowed in the boat, most of the passengers non stop chit-chatting as felt like in the market instead of enjoy the ride.
