Eiffel Tower Hosted Entry Tickets: Summit or Second Floor

Our guide was very nice and helpful but the person who gave us our tickets at the meeting point could have behaved more politely. We had not received our tickets for the Seine cruise and it took time to get them. (E-MAİLS, WHATSAPP MESSAGES again) Anyway eventually we had them but we would have been happier if we had all our tickets at the meeting point without any trouble. Going to the summit of the Eiffel Tower was great. I would recommend it to every one. We enjoyed it. So was the Seine cruise. We also loved our guide (her name was Diana, if I remember it correctly) who tried to provided our tickets for the boat and guided us nicely.

Guide arrived late, there were a few people scrambling to find the guide and we were questioning if we were at the right meet point.

It was an incredible experience. We did it at night and both the views and the Eiffel Tower looked spectacular. Super recommended. As for the cruise on the Seine we also liked it very much, from this means of transport we saw part of the city that we had not seen walking. We liked it very much and the cruise is very comfortable.

It was a great experience. We met at the meeting point with our guide a few minutes before our reservation time, which had us nervous. But the entry time to the tower is 30min after the scheduled time, so we arrived safely. Matias, our guide gave us an excellent introduction to the history of the Eiffel Tower and escorted us to the top. He was very careful to give us time for the kids to go to the bathroom, etc. Very good guide and the Tower...amazing!!!! It was worth it!

Greetings from Puerto Rico. The service was good, the only problem was the weather conditions and that is not the fault of the company. The cold, it started to rain hard and windy 😭🥶🥶🥶, but other than that, excellent.

Well organised and easy to follow instructions. We got to the top of the Eiffel Tower and back down again! The tour guide (Matias) was very friendly and informative. There was still a lot of queueing involved (considering the price of the activity). It said the duration would be about 90 minutes but it took us that long to get to the lift at the bottom. I would allow 2.5 hours for this activity if you want to spend 10 mins at the top and 10 mins on each floor.

Pretty good, they could have arrived a little earlier to check the tickets because there were many of us and it was too cold to be standing in the street for so long. Otherwise, everything was fine.

Its my dream country so its my great experience to visit france and explore paris specifically effiel tower ,thanku so much.

Very good experience and trusted, I have to admit was wondering at the beginning, but later when the monitor or tour guide appear and started explanation and gave to group details and provided us the entrance ticket and walk w us trough security control up to 2nd level to cliff and we went up to top wo problem =)

The host was on time and very knowledgeable,she guided the group through security. She was nice and helpful to 2 seniors in the group

Bad, the ascent to level 2 is worth 18.10euros without guide and for this application we were charged 140 euros, and the guide did not accompany us at all because he does not speak English, please review the case is outrageous to pay almost 6 times what it costs and not have any accompaniment.

We enjoyed the Eiffel Tower with the lift to the summit. However, I booked the tour to take the stairs to the second level and was disappointed that we were forced to take the lift instead.

Matias was very knowledgeable and friendly. He was great with adults and kids. We all leaned a lot and enjoyed the tour and the views! Funny enough we ran into him in another part of Paris the following day! :) Only feedback is to give more specificity (mention that it's in front of the cafe) about where to meet the guides.

Our guide, Danyel was great! He was timely when it came to meeting. He was knowledgeable and relayed interesting facts to us. He was patient and caring with one of the group member's who faced some medical challenges. The tour, from beginning to end, was amazing! We had great views on the path leading to the E.T., and unbelievable views from the 2nd level, as well as the top! Everyone in our group commented on the fact that the tour to the top was worth every cent. I've been to the E.T. on numerous occasions, but this was my first time going into/ up it. I HIGHLY recommend to anyone visiting the E.T. to go up in it. I also want to point out that the tour allowed us to avoid long wait times, which was a priority of ours, so we valued this aspect greatly. If you have reluctance to book this trip because you're wondering if it's legit, I can verify that it is really is. I had some serious reservations about spending the money up until the instant that Danyel showed up in front of the restaurant at our meeting time and was relieved immediately.

The guide met us at the appointed spot, walked us into the tower proper, provided thickets and left us. Not very helpful especically when it came to leaving the property. But the Eifel Tower is awesome.

It was fabulous!!!! Firstly - we did exactly what we had wanted but because u had arranged it we got to skip ques and do what we wanted 💖

Very good tour, unbelievable feeling over Paris. One negative thing is: the thicker what you got in application is not the ticket for the Eiffel Tower. This is only a ticket for a meeting point to meet your contact who will give you the ticket. It is a little difficult process. Tickets for landmarks (such as Louvere) is directly available in the application. Why not the Eiff Tower entrance? It is a complicated and unnecessary walk to collect the ticket in person. Upload it to the Application and draw attention to the fact that it must be printed!

The guide girl (Laura) was so kind and helpfull, talk fluenly and with perfect accent in diffrent languages. She made the experience nicer.
