the aquarium was a great place, but far too many people packed in at once. the hop on bus we did while raining, we sat down stairs and got leaked on with water running from upstairs.

Overall combo is good. Make sure choose captain cook harbor hop on off next day so you can utilize effectively. Also start big bus hop on off after sea life aquarium visit so you get 24 hours from start and you can cover 2 days in bus i.e. second half and next day first half in bus.

We liked how big the aquarium is and that it had tonnes to look at-a drawback which totally isnt your fault was how busy it was at the time that we went- i find it crazy that adults push to the front(in front of children) to take pics of every exhibit.
Favourites were the penguins, sharks and massive Rays

I was not given a paper ticket from boat staff for zoo so was refused entry

There is no clear instruction on your online website that the scan for tickets must be done at the wharf before boarding so paper tickets for the zoo can be obtained there. Place well informed signage at the wharf and educate the staff involved I.e Ferry operators that paper tickets are required for zoo entry.

It's easy to get online tickets with QR code. The venue is fairly small and it was busy when we went in.
