We went to the HeadOut meeting place 30 minutes before out "tour", but there was a long line into the "office" and it wasn't clear if we needed to meet our guide inside or out front. When we went inside and presented out voucher, there were no tickets for us, so we had to wait while they printed something out. The print out did not have a bar code, so when we found the entry gate (on our own - there was no guide or map to get us there), there was a long delay while the gate tried to reach someone to verify our tickets. Worst tour experience ever.

The film showed in the office about Acent Rome was interesting . I didn't reoalise that the ticket I purchase lasted a month , that was a surprise and rather strange as I am not sure how many folk would be able to take advantage of that .
Less cost would be better I think .

It was a great experience with many memoriable moments. firts of all i liked that we skipped the line, we had a hosted enter. we bought the all inclussive tickets and we could enter toa ll the museums that were there. about price it was ok affordable. with no doubts i will suggest6 Headout to all my friends. its a great application
