From Pompeii: Mount Vesuvius & Pompeii Day Trip

Très belle balade. La montée au mont Vésuve est plus agréable avec un bâton 😉 le site de Pompéi est plein de richesse architecturale sauf bémol c est que parfois le numéro ne correspond pas au numéro de l'audio guide , ce qui rends compliqué les explications du site. Je conseille de faire cette excursion👍

They did the tickets and schedules correctly, but the audio guide is bad, it makes no sense to pay for it. It doesn't say anything interesting, they don't give you headphones and you have to keep it uncomfortably in your ear all the time. The rest, fine!

The logistics were good on Mount Vesuvius, in Herculaneum we were left in the middle of a street with no instructions on how to enter the site and only a driver who spoke only Italian.

It was easy to buy the tickets online. We found the agent fine and she explained to us very well about the situation with Mt Vesuvius situation after the heavy rain. We went on November, I feel no need to buy the tickets in advance as was not busy at all. For trip to Mt Vesuvius was good that we're on small van so it was comfortable journey. The headset is not really worthwhile. It's better if you spend time to read or watch you tube about it.

Transportation between the locations was great. Buses were on time and easy to locate. From what I could see, there was only a guide at Mt Vesuvius. For the other 2 stops, one I never found a guide and the other was a recorded audio guide. But overall I saw a lot and was glad not to have to figure out logistics between spots with no car. Would book again.

I took the Pompeii and Vesuvius package. About 2h30 in Pompeii with an audio-guide. This allowed me to explore at my own pace and according to my desires. Then a shuttle bus took me to Vesuvius. Note that it takes about 20-30 minutes to get to the summit. The view over the Bay of Naples and the surrounding area was fabulous. I recommend this activity!

Well organized, but the bus tour to the top of the Vesuvius was not the best. The driver was too fast and because of the lot of bends my vife got sick.

Pompeii was beyond imagination and loved visiting Vesuvius and overall was a great tour. The girl in the office was amazing. Really great the guy in the other office was beyond rude. He was aggressive. Not only with us but other customers. I am not going to name him since there may be reasons why he was so aggressive on this occasion but it was totally unnecessary. Shouting at me to tell me to stay put. Shouting at another customer who hadn't hear when he called her name. And then tell her so what do you not understand when I call you. Is that not your name. All of us spoke about him afterwards. If it's not a one off day for him perhaps customer service isn't his forte.

Headout staff friendly and helpful. Audio guide informative and easy to use. Easy to collect tickets and directions for bus etc.
